Wheelchair access room booked which had railings provided and an easy access shower. Bathroom is very large. The kitchen well sorted and clean. Location handy to town and great restaurant down the road; Budha Stix

If sleeping in the lounge access to the bathroom was through the main bedroom making it tricky at night for toilet visits. Sliding doors very stiff- tricky to open from both sides. Reported to management and they were pleased to be informed of this issue and said they would address and sort.

The amount of utensils and wares in the kitchen is sufficient for cooking full meals. We also quite appreciate the complimentary milk being provided for our coffee/tea being a bottle rather than the small packets. The bed was very comfortable and wide enough which more than cover the minor noise downside.

The relative lack of sound insulation in the building so when other guests check out early, footsteps/conversations can be heard and that may disrupt light sleepers, but generally the location is sufficiently quiet.

Very clean, tidy, warm. 1 Bedroom Unit was very comfortable and spacious. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and stadium. Very quiet. Easy to find and to access. Unit had everything provided.

Only complaint was the Bed was too hard and very uncomfortable for myself with back problems. Although bed was new it needed a topper pad to make more comfortable. I used the extra blanket and bed cover underneath sheet to make comfy as there were no toppers available.

The only thing that was a shame was poor room service as beds were not made once over the 4 days we stayed. Only room service that we received was fresh towels each day. Coffee etc topped up once because we asked. Lack of room service was the only thing that was a let down. The host was exceptional in regard to welcoming us and very helpful. The facility served us really well and we would stay there again. Maybe they were short staffed and will have the room service sorted for next time.

Sorry we didn’t have breakfast we bring our own but there was something there for us to make breakfast and we didn’t use. Location a little bit far from where we meet but we like everything else.

Maybe the iron should put in room because it was hard for us to find. My suggestion is to put in the draw in the room. Sorry we have been to different area and this the first time for us to find iron in the kitchen. Hope this helps.

As a elderly person who had travelled to Dunedin for a medical procedure the following day I could not have picked a better motel to stay at, as the excellent service by owner could not be faulted, he went out of his way to help me.

Friendly staff and a great location closer to many things.

Only if there was a lift to carry the heavy luggage would have been great. Also, there were no washing sponges for washing dishes. It would have been great if dishwasher tablets were kept for all guests. Rooms need a face lift.

The 2 bedroom unit layout suited our family very well. The location was great and very central. The facilities were great and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly. Will stay again.

The bathroom looked to be newly renovated but had some drainage issues. Shower fwg drained very slow so there was risk of overflooding the bathroom. Shower rail fixing also needs attention.

Always like Allan Court it is within walking distance of the hospital and shops

Just noticed it is not as eceptial as has been in the past not sure if staffing is the problem but little things missed

Lovely friendly staff, nice clean room, comfortable bed, easy to find location, good parking, great heating & nice & quiet.

Put some net curtains on lounge window looking into the carport for ground floor. Felt a bit open to all in daytime.
