We enjoyed our 2 night stay and the beds were comfortable. We particularly loved the warm bathroom floors. We loved the terrace on the first floor.. comfortable space to hang out and enjoy the warm sun even on a cold/rainy day. Excellent location. It was within walking distance to Otago University Campus, library, town is only a few steps away but tucked away from the buziness of town.. There were road works conducted with heavy machinery in the middle of town. However, this did not disrupt our stay or disturb our sleep. Within walking distance to hospital and Dunedin city. The architectural buildings and stores surrounding Appartments are unique and beautiful. The beauty of Dunedin that we enjoyed from our room balcony. Motivating environmental care and preserving energy. What an inspiration. We came away from our stay feeling greatful, with a more appreciative perspective and how we can contribute to our environment even in our own back yards. I would encourage anyone to visit Dunedin a beautiful city with it's own hidden jems and make sure you stay and experience Euro Appartments. New Zealand at its finest. Great value for your money. You will not be disappointed believe me.

Absolutely nothing. Wanted to stay a little longer but unfortunately Auckland awaits with responsibilities 🙃

We had booked a 1 bedroom apt for 3 nights. On arrival, we were told the apt had no balcony, and we were offered a studio apt with a balcony. When I asked about the price difference, I was told the studio was more expensive but we could have it for the same price, which I found interesting as the 1 bed apt was supposed to have had more facilities. However, no complaints about the studio - comfortable king bed, good pillows and bedding, great shower, table with 2 chairs for eating, bathrobes etc and some undercover car parking available. . And great location for a visit to Dunedin.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The service was very professional and the rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. The rooms were very well equipped. The location was perfect for visiting family in hospital and for not having to use car and pay for parking.

Noise was sometimes a problem due to location of the property - roadworks, weekend evening partygoers and upstairs guests children running around late at night. I know this is all outside of the property’s control, so don’t hold them responsible. It would have been nice to see the motel not supply single use body wash, etc but to opt for a dispenser on the wall.

Fantastic location adjacent to George Street. Be warned that there are significant road works going on in the area at present (September 2023) and this made accessing the motel challenging if you don't know the road system around Dunedin. Bed was comfy and room was warm when we arrived (they had turned on the heater - appreciated the touch) Shower was a disabled access so the floor did have a tendency to get wet but the underfloor heating soon sorted out any excess once we had mopped up. Good room size and quiet even though we were close to a lot of potential noise on George Street. Good wifi.

A good place to base yourself in Dunedin. Apart from the roadworks which are beyond the facilities control not much to complain about here. Car parks are tight but hey you're in the centre of Dunedin !

We had x2 studio rooms, really spacious, exactly like photos. Close to town, lovely staff who provied us with fresh bottled milk on arrival. We liked it because it wasn't on a main street, it's a back street so there's not so much noise and not really any kind of view but that was perfect for us, we wanted somewhere affordable yet clean, comfortable and a little bit of luxury and this place delivered on all accounts. We would 100% come back with no question (and I'm fairly picky).

Room was great - clean and comfortable, well kitted kitchen, nice lounge area for 3 adults. Location was perfect, mall in the next block, supermarket and liquor store within walking distance (a block away). Highly recommend.

Lift goes to first floor, but then we had to drag suitcases up another flight of stairs....But considering how nice and convenient the rest of of the experience was, that was easily overlooked.

Accompanying my husband who was urgently sent to Dunedin hospital from Invercargill. He was admitted overnight at 7pm. I booked motel then. Staff very helpful & kind . Allowed me to leave my car in their park after check out while I gained further information from hospital staff. Close to hospital, cafes and shopping - very convenient.location.

Street works made access difficult. They sent email with clear description of route to gain access in these circumstances beyond their control.

Location was great- right in town and within walking distance of everything. Clean and very well equipped.

Lots of road works on the Main Street which the motel had no say over. Wasn’t really an issue but one night we were unaware that access to parking was blocked. Lucky we were coming in so found parking on a nearby street but would’ve been a pain if we were going out as we would’ve been blocked from exiting

Needing a good-sized freezer and an oven to prep for work meetings and presentations in Dunedin, I specifically booked this motel for the amenities on offer. Aside from the current extensive roadworks, the location is excellent and within walking distance of restaurants and cafes, and a shopping centre. The apartment met my expectations.

The George St. roadworks are horrendous.! Not the fault of the motel, but very disruptive, nonetheless. They make getting anywhere around the city centre area a nightmare.

We loved at stay at Euro Motel. The hotel manager Joanne was incredibly lovely and accommodating, given we had to change our stay last minute due to cancelled flights because of the Auckland flooding. Our room was super spacious, modern, clean and comfy. The bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in! I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to any friends and family visiting Dunedin. Great location too! The cafe across the road was super delicious and the mall was a minutes way away. Despite being so central it was nice and quiet and we slept really well! Thank you so much :-)
