We found the room was very spacious and extremely well equipped. We really appreciated the special touches including the fresh milk on arrival, the many tea/coffee options in room, the Sky movies and the comfortable bed and nice towels. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The roof made a loud cracking noise a number of times just as we were falling asleep (maybe something in the roofing was contracting when it got colder outside?). We realise there is not much the owners can do about that.

First of all the delightful woman who checked us in was very friendly, she was a pleasure to deal with.Perfect location as close to the airport for an early morning flight. Room was big & comfortable with everything you could need if staying in & cooking a meal. Comfortable furniture & a decent size TV at the perfect height, no strained neck trying to watch as so many other accommodation locations have. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this place, we would stay again if passing through Palm Nth.

The accommodation, comfort and cleanliness could not be faulted.and we felt most welcome once we were able to access the unit. Very comfortable indeed for an elderly couple (both 86-year-olds!!

We were left standing far too long out in a very cold wind on arrival. We tried several times to raise someone to come down to attend to us having rung the bell and used the phone contact number as indicated on the office door. This was disappointing since we had sent an earlier message with our eta. For a crippled man to have to stand so long waiting was quite uncomfortable.

On arrival we were warmly greeted by a lovely lady who made us feel most welcome and we couldn't fault her customer service. The unit was nice and roomy and bathroom had a lovely big spa bath. Parking was great and we have booked for next year. Would most definitely recommend Braemar Motel as a lovely place to stay.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming, opened my room for me and placed the milk in my refrigerator. The spa room was well appointed, quiet and cosy with good heating, a big TV and Covid compliant. You can have an inhouse breakfast but there are plenty of cafes within a short distance and a supermarket only minutes up the road, The booking was easy and my early departure was without any hassles. The location is only minutes from the Airport I will be happy to stay again.

Shower pressure could be a lot better. But was very hot no less.

The friendly staff, the location to the city centre was close enough for me to either drive or walk but also far enough for a bit of peace and quiet. All facilities listed on the website were available during our stay. Plenty of car parking spaces

Everything was clean and functional but slightly dated.

The staff are always so amazing, very friendly and lovely to have a chat with. The location is brilliant and a perfect location for some delicious food deliveries. Extremely clean and the beds are so very comfortable. Also, we had left behind our HDMI cable 3 months prior and they returned it upon this visit. Thank you all for such superb service, very grateful!

The only thing that could make this better is if the rooms had air conditioning. They did have a pedestal fan but it was still pretty warm for these summer months.

The location is very convenient. The room was spacious, with a king sized bed and large tv. The kitchenette had everything we needed and a good-sized bench. Also, there was plenty of parking right by our room.

The toilet was uncomfortably close to the vanity

Great value. Close to everything. Dairy straight across the road. Hospital just up the road. Clean & tidy grounds. Lots of parking available. Bonus was the Spa Bath enjoyed very much.

Nothing really, had everything we needed and staff very accommodating, and helpful.

Friendly welcome, clean and fresh room, spa bath was excellent after hiking around the sights. Separate laundry room was also handy after two weeks on the road.
