the owner didn`t charge as next paragraph below , there was a previous overcharge on the stay of 10th & 11th they agreed to the overcharge but were going to contact you booking .com so i did not pay for the 23rd & 24th April You have noted on my app ACTION REQUIRED please remove this as dispute all sorted now.. there were 3 charges for $140.40 ON THE 12th April 1 from booking .com 09 debit 2 from Aspree motor inn 10 debit , only one was refunded prior for the 12th by credit by Aspree due to confusion ???? between YOU BOTH !! Sort ya selves out.... However upon arrival on the 23rd the other over charge was resolved by Aspree

Booking and check-in were easy. The room was fairly clean and well-equipped. There was even a coffee plunger (French press). The shower was great, and there was a light over the bathroom mirror, which is always a plus when you're travelling for an event and need to check your make-up etc. Friendly, helpful staff, and the wifi was good.

The room (studio) was a little small for three people, but for a short stay (we stayed one night and were out most of the time, except to sleep), it wasn't a problem. For a longer stay, it might feel a bit cramped, so I'd recommend getting a bigger room. Also, there were only two of each type of cutlery, plates, bowls, and cups in the room.

The lady at reception was polite but didn't have time to chat with guests. I loved the fleece blanket. A touch of warmth and home. Very clean. It was handy to have a supermarket close by.

It was annoying as you had to go down to the far lights everytime to turn around as there was no other way to get on the other side. I found it noisy. I asked about the broken glass in the car park. I was told about a car accident and she hadn't had time to clean it up.. The building didn't match the picture in the advertisement.

It was a last minute booking for me and in all honesty, I normally stay at the Quest. The reception was unattended when I arrived, but the receptionist was friendly who appeared to give me the keys. I decided on this venue from looking online when I arrived into Palmerston Nth. It was a well set out room and had all the amenities I required in a self contained unit. The bathroom was great and the unit was renovated nicely.

Not a anything bad just the shower plug was obviously clogged up as it started to fill when I used it. So thankful that the shower was lower then the barrier to prevent any spillage.

I had 11 ladies attending a Conference. I had 4 rooms with two in each room. that left three and Aspree solved the issue by providing an adjoining room so we could be together. Fabulous result. Plenty of parking. Lovely war, clean rooms and blissful sleep. Great location to everything we needed too! Ten out of Ten. My second time staying and I'm coming back in July to see a Musical with a mate. Can't wait.

room was clean and tidy , kitchenette provided cooking equipment which was appreciated Nice and quiet room. New internet had just been installed that afternoon which was appreciated. All the comforts of home were there on tap and within walking distance to restaurants or supermarket.

I had being in my room watching TV with the door which was locked and someone ( I assume it was a guest) opened the door with a key. On seeing me he apologised and shut the door. It made me feel a little unsettled , maybe I should have said something to the front staff but I left early.

The shower had good water pressure and the although quite old was comfortable and clean. The location close to the square and easy to get to the river bank by mobility scooters.

The over racks and walls were dirty. The exterior areas were littered with dropped leaves especially by the back of the laundry. Grass by the clothes lines was uncut and weedy.

Closeness to town

Microwave placement in unit. It was too high and as an elderly personI I had to use a chair to reach it. Friends unit had their microwave so low they had to kneel on the floor to use, Neither. Is helpful for senior citizens. When mentioned to staff they explained the regulations for microwave placements which prevents them using it on a bench . So the designer of these units didn’t plan well.

Spacious rooms. Quiet - no road noise in my unit. Had everything I needed. Comfortable couch. Kitchen. Supermarket close by. Booking.com upgrade meant it was high value for money.

A couple of things needed mending/replacing. If I remember correctly, there were few pots and one potlid missing, and above-mirror light not working in bathroom. No view. But, frosted glass meant absolute privacy.

The room was clean and spacious. There was a table to work on. The bedroom was small. The curtains were effective and the room was quiet. Due to our flight cancellation that were super flexible with checkout which was incredibly appreciated.

Kitchen amenities were pretty basic. Non matching plates; and only two wine glasses...both non matching. However you could have cooked a simple meal. We microwaves a dish and we had all we needed for that.
