This is my 3rd time staying here, and I will always return. Perfect little place that's always clean and quiet. In the morning, there were lots of smiles and chats with the housekeeping ladies who always made sure we had plenty of what we needed. The beds were amazing and soft. Best night sleep I've had in months. My partner and I had heaps of room. We had lots of blankets for comfort and choice. We had a lovely kitchen and dining table and a seating area. The rooms always provide plenty of storage for those long stays, too.

The bathroom did not have any handle bars to pull yourself out of the bath that was very low and oddly shaped. The toilet was very low, like a child's toilet size, and because of it being so low, there were no handles to pull yourself up. I do know that some rooms have these bars as I have visited before.

The location was very convenient for Palmerston CBD and the Plaza Shopping Centre. The proprietor at the motel moved us to a quieter room, as there was a large sporting group taking over manyof the motel units. This was also a refurbished unit which was very clean & tidy. The bathroom was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The last place I gave a score of 10 to was Raffles in Singapore. I am lucky to have travelled extensively in lots of countries and continents and this has to be the best motel I’ve ever stayed in. Superbly run with ultra modern facilities. Clean as a whistle. Everything works perfectly. Quiet, comfortable with every convenience. Very well equipped. Very nicely decorated with coordinating colours. Even give you a free bottle of milk on arrival. It’s highly unlikely I’ll ever need to travel here again as I live in Canada but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The location is a very short walk to the supermarket, the Conference centre and the city centre shops and restaurants. It is easy to drive to, has good parking and is a short drive to all other "sites" e.g. the gardens. The managers were lovely and very helpful. The room was great value for money with a kitchenette, coffee, ironing board and a spa bath. The bed was large and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

The cooking element got very hot very fast - which we weren't expecting - so we set the smoke alarm off the first time using it. We heard another smoke alarm go off so perhaps they did the same. We learned start lower and work the heat up, not start hot and work down. Not an issue though.

Nice and helpful owner, clean room with more than enough space. I liked that they use reusable shampoo bottles and conditioner to do their bit for the environment. you have a shared bit of space at the back with some grass and some seats. And the location is very close to the city which made it possible to walk to dinner instead of having to take my car.

I see alot of motels, this one by far exceeded my expectations. Rooms were alot larger than I expected which was perfect for myself and kids, staff super friendly, lots of space for us all to do our own thing, nice quiet area, lovely rooms and plenty of parking. Very close to plaza/ town, takeaways/restaurants and things for the kids to do like skate bowls. I highly recommend the Camelot and I will be staying there for future work weekends and holidays with the family.

Nothing could have been better, it is perfect

The apartment is spacious and has a great relaxing lounge. The shower was reasonably new and there was great pressure. The Kitchen was clean and a good size. This was a very comfortable apartment and suited me and my friend well to have plenty of space. Could not fault it. The mid evil castle look is unique. My friend enjoyed it so much he didn't want to leave.

Perfect location close to everything you might need, easy distance to center of town as well. Carparks just in front of the rooms making it a breeze to travel and un/load the car. We didn't expect the Housekeeping but it was most welcomed and so kindly appreciated! Thanks again for such an awesome place to stay :D

It was very close to The Plaza, so we were able to just walk to the mall and back with ease. It was also close to my sisters place so it was easy to find our way.

There were some heavy roadworks outside the hotel. I would have appreciated a heads up ahead of time and maybe even a small discount since it was annoying to travel through.
