Have stayed here several times before always very clean,location 3 mins walk to plaza etc Room excellent spa always a bonus

There was a issue with a large cultural group that arrived on 2nd night and ignored all rules and were very loud and disrespectful to all others staying at the property..This group created issues into the late AM when handing our keys in the next morning over heard staff trying to address the issue with the Team leader of the offending group..Staff apologized to me they had tried to sort but got know where with group Felt sorry for reception Staff

Lovely clean room and bathroom. The staff were so lovely. They were great in the way they allowed us to have an earlier check in as well. I would definitely recommend to other people to stay there.

I wasn’t aware there were so many steps up to the studio. Only a problem as I’m waiting for a knee replacement so this was difficult for me but I should have thought to have mentioned it. The receptionist noticed I had a crutch and expressed her concern but I assured her I would be fine.

A friendly welcome. Our unit was beautifully prepared and had everything we needed. The teapot was a nice touch and a nice surprise, beds were comfortable and plenty of bedding if needed. The bathroom was impressive. The motel is so central to everything. Near the plaza and the square, eateries nearby (Burger King is across the road, and there is a long-established Thai restaurant and pub the other side of the road) and if you need public transport there's a bus stop close by.

Location was great, rooms nicely set out with plenty of room.

These are comments not for public display as it is in no way a critical review purely a recommendation. The mattress is due for replacement - had to sleep in the spare room on the single. TV too small should think of larger option when due for replacement.

Easy access to room for my mum who is wheel chair bound. The bathroom was great for her needs! So close to the city center and walking distance to everything!

The parking space directly outside the disability access rooms should be designated for these rooms. It's hard to access the car for the disabled if it is not directly outside the room. A couple of times another car parked in this space. I guess you can let guests know they can use it if there is no one using these particular rooms at the time.

Good location just near the shops. Parking was easy and the room was decent. Spar bath was nice. The bed was a bit to firm and what looked like a double bed was in fact two singles. A good place to stop for a night if travelling onwards. But we didn’t find it that comfortable. Though that is not saying it was bad. Nothing wrong with this place but I wouldn’t call it a holiday location.

Spa suites were a fabulous size. Location is great being in walking distance to just about everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and slept well - was surprised at the lack of road noise for a Friday evening.

Could use a lick of paint in the rooms. Beds were in casters so moved around (couldn’t sit in bed with back against the wall as it would toll away).

The room was a great size, very comfy bed, all amenities were catered for (tea coffee milk etc), room was very clean and staff were very friendly... let us check in earlier as we had arrived a bit early. Location was perfect for what we had come to Palmerston North for. Next time we are there, will be booking with you guy again.

Nothing - everything was great

Loved the room, it has everything we could of needed. We checked in after hours and the heater and lights were on ready for our arrival so it was nice and warm. The spa was huge and brilliant, a little slippery but the railing was there for help getting out. We just came for a quick spontaneous birthday getaway and we really enjoyed ourselves. Wish we could have stayed longer, I hope to stay again sometime as it was worth it. The lady at reception was lovely too. Thanks heaps

The only thing that would prevent us from staying again is if we can't afford the 200 bond for any damages but in saying that at check out time the refund was instant which was awesome as we didn't cause any damages. However we fully understand the damage bond as the rooms have huge spas and it must help keep them in good condition ect The only thing that was a bother was that the bed is on wheels and it kept rolling away from the wall when my partner was watching TV in bed as he was sitting up

Very spacious and the room was serviced to a high standard.

The parking spaces should be labelled to match the motel unit. If you were to arrive late, the parking space outside your unit could very well have been taken. The carpet needs either replacing or a thorough cleaning and the furniture is extremely tired (paint chipped).
