Room sizes, clothes rack, oven/stove, fridge, storage space, shower water pressure, TV size, bathroom storage space. Free use of washing machine and reasonable dryer charge. Lovely shrubs and trees although the birds pooped on my car. Lol. Not much noise heard from neighbour's units. Fresh towels and teatowels daily

Lighting was really harsh in the main room, no lights or switches close to main bed, or over bench and stove. Quite abit of pet fluff around and door tracks need a clean Laundry was a bit yucky till I swept and tidied it. Spa was out of order

Location was perfect for us, looking at the property from the outside it could do with a little bit more attention (eg gardens/ weeds etc) as it lets the place down a little bit. Because the actual facilities were great. Large space and great value for money as we are a family of 5 and our space had a lot to offer us. All staff we encountered were so lovely (receptionist and cleaner of our motel room so appreciated both of those ladies very much). Had a warm comfortable stay. Our room was fully equipped with everything we could of possibly needed or wanted.

Just the gardens could do with some attention as it lets the place down a little bit looking from the outside in. Other than that it was a great stay so not much else we didn’t like.

Perfect location. Amazingly quiet even though location is central. Beds were super comfy and we all slept well. Accomodation was roomy and it was a bonus having a full kitchen and fridge. We travelled with our two dogs and so appreciated the well kept and inviting grassy areas. We will definitely stay here again even if not travelling with our dogs. We also loved the easy check in and check out.

No Contact at check in - all done via text. We found a bit unusual but it didn't cause us any issues and seemed to work well

The room was all ready for us when we arrived. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The staff were warm and friendly.

There wasn't anything about the hotel that we didn't like. The weather could have been a bit warmer. But despite the weather, it was a good trip and a good place to stay away from home.

Dog friendly. Comfortable large bed, and warm heating. Small kitchenette was useful and well equipped with the basics to prepare simple meal. Good clothes rack for drying off clothes or towels. Good amount of floor space for 3 people.

Interior lighting was dim, and no light above kitchen sink so hard to see what you're doing. No fan in bathroom, windows had to be opened which was cold and felt unsafe. No handle to hold stepping out of shower, which has large step. Bathroom floor tiles new and very slippery especially with a towel down.

Close to pak n save and the plaza, lots of parking at motel. Nice private pool to swim in and spa pool. Love that it’s dog friendly.

Property looked a little run down, lots of weeds around pool. The gardens could do with a good tidy up and door to inside motel room needed a good sweep from leaves.

Room was fantastic great size loved the kitchen, beds were warm and comfy.

The builders in the room next to us took up all the parks with large transit van which was frustrating fortunately we found an alternative outside. Might be worth allocating numbers to parks in future.

I was very happy with my accomodation clean rooms, good shower & toilets and room to park my car. Very happy that the key was left in the room on my arrival. No need to go to office to collect keys. Thank you very much.

Only thing I didn't like was not enough milk in fridge but that ok cos I always travel with extra milk, tea, coffee.

The property was accommodating with our check in time due to change of our ferry. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised on the size of the family unit and the amenities. The shower was superb! Pet friendly which is very rare also. I'll definitely book again when I'm in Manawatu.
