Great location that suited our needs well. Staff were kind and went out of their way to accommodate our special requests prior to arrival (parking in view of room and allowing our small dog in the car) We loved the swimming pool which was warm enough to swim on a cold winter's morning and also the small thermal pools to warm up afterwards. The unit was immaculately clean and reasonably well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great.

We had clearly booked for four people but the 4th sofa bed was not made up ready for our arrival and we had to go ask, and then ask again for another towel, cutlery etc. We booked a room with a private spa in a courtyard attached. When we asked for the plug to fill the spa we were discouraged from using it saying it was too cold and hard to keep the spa warm, but the plug was given. We felt if a spa is advertised it ought to be set up for use... in particular there were no floating rubber covers for the spa which is what is commonly used to retain water temp between uses. This is poor management and after advertising the spa to attract guests it borders on a transgression under the Fair Trading Act.

We booked the 3 bedroom apartment for 4 Adults and 3 children. It felt more like a home, was so spacious, exactly what was needed. One room consisted of a large double bed, 2nd room large double bed and 2 singles, 3rd room had 2 single beds and there were 2 single beds in the lounge dining area and it still felt spacious. Staff were friendly and also accommodated for the extra cars .

Would have been nice if a vaccum was available just because I prefer to keep the property clean. With 3 children under 7, keeping crumbs off the floor tends to be a little impossible 😁

I liked the lady at reception friendly helpful and easy to deal with. The location was great we could walk to town and the netball courts were just up the road. The Pool was right by our rooms which was great.

The old fulla he was a busy body he came to one of my ladies rooms when a couple of our friends were visiting us and starts telling the lady at reception that we have more than we are meant to in the room etc and just poking his nose around where it was not wanted or needed.

we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite with fully stocked kitchenette. Yong was so friendly and helpful during our check in and provided a small carton of milk for our morning coffee! He suggested great places to eat and shop and provided maps to make sure found our way. The hotel has two small thermal pools that were too hot to actually get in but we managed to splash ourselves with the mineral water. Be sure to remove all your jewelry before hand. My silver was badly tarnished… The hotel is showing its age but was clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to main eating and shopping and directly across from a nice park.

Would have been nice to have a sign near the thermal pool to advise to remove jewelry.

Property is fine neat and clean. They provide all the kitchen stuff bedding was nice . Heaters ac were working .

Its very small thing but I guess they should provide toothpaste too , but again never mind and it was very windy and doors kept banging all night which was quite uncomfortable may be doors need to but screwed up . If they could provide more information in kitchen explaining they have provided gas stove as well it will be excellent.

The staff were friendly, the room had everything I needed, and it was in a safe area within walking distance from the city center. There were restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and parks nearby, making it a convenient and value-for-money place to stay.

The young staff is very friendly and helpful. So is the boss that see us leave. The room and bed is very comfortable. We like the 2 by 3 mineral dip all by ourselves. Walking distance to kuirau park and sat market. Nice stay!

The parking lot for room 8 need reverse into the lot in front of the house, not for big vehicle. I did like dozen 3 point turns to reverse in to the narrow lot due to other vehicles in outer lots.

We spent 4 nights at this Motel and had a great stay. The room was big and comfortable, with a very handy well equipped kitchen. The hotel also had 2 mineral hot pools which was great to relax by the end of the day.

The room did not have bedside tables so we used a chair instead. Also the room lightning could be improved.

This location was excellent. Easy walk to the CBD and the central park. Each room was assigned a parking spot. While the pool area was not large, it provided a good spot to relax.

If you are looking for an upscale place to stay this is not the place. However it is clean and comfortable and is a perfect location for walking to the CBD and parks.

Lovely staff and room although my unit was too close to the road/footpath for my liking and I felt paranoid having a spa at night just hearing people walk past sounds real close like they were on the otherside of the wall or near my car. The rooms above reception can probably partially see you in the spa and courtyard in the unit I had, otherwise I enjoyed our stay. Will be back when I need another break from home 😁

I don't really have much to complain about everything was pretty good. Maybe put a max fill level for the spa for people like me as I didn't know much about them and didn't realize it was flooding out to the footpath until reception come to tell me (sorry again for that)
