We called on the way to say that we wouldn't be able to pick up the keys and the matter was arranged perfectly and we were told that we are definitely not the only customers for whom Google Maps has estimated the travel time completely incorrectly. So this is a big plus. Another excellent thing was the big swimming pool, jacuzzi and above all SAUNA! We are from Finland and it was great to get to the sauna after almost a four week break. At home, we take a sauna almost every day and this was truly a luxury.

Great location, walking distance to village centre of Wanaka or other parts if you want to explore. Lots of good walking trails nearby. 2 pools and gym facilities. Comfy beds and having your own garage and washing machine etc is very helpful.

Block out curtains would have been wonderful as travelling with a small child meant someone didn't want to sleep until it was dark :( Perhaps a fan too as it does get hot.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment. It was a good size for our family of 5, nicely furnished, comfortable and in great condition. Warm welcome at reception and excellent information pack within the apartment. The apartment was well equipped including a washing machine and tumble dryer. Good sized balcony with partial lake and mountain views. Beds very comfy. 1 bathroom with bath and walk in shower, 1 en-suite. TV with full sky package. A bit of road noise during rush hour, but nothing that disturbed us. Nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna to wind down in after hiking all day. Close to town (20 minute walk, 5 minute drive). Adequate parking on site, including private garage for the apartment. If we returned to Wanaka we wouldn't look anywhere else. Absolutely nothing not to like.

Spacious apartment with our own garage and laundry. Two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms great for a family. Gas fire in the large living room was cosy. Under floor heating was so appreciated. Great view of the lake.

Wi fi was patchy and not strong signal. Location fine for those travelling with a car but not without a car as it was a little way out of town.

This unit was very spacious and clean. It was well equipped in the kitchen and a very warm space for a winters stay. The facilities are good and also clean. If you want a sauna, you'll need to put that on first to warm it up whilst in the gym or 20 mins earlier. The bathroom has underfloor heating which is a nice plus.

The knives in the kitchen could have been sharper or a knife sharpener provided. Also some hooks in the garage or in the entrance space to hang damp/wet coats or even in the bathroom would be useful. However, there is a provided clothes horse which you can bring in from the garage and put near the lounge heater to dry ski wear etc.

Lovely, modern and exceptionally clean apartment. Kitchen appliances and fit out and laundry facilities well thought out and easy to use. Comfortable bed, great shower, outdoor setting plus a pool and tennis court in the complex really appreciated.

Nothing, this was one of the best places we stayed in on our road trip.

Excellent facilities in the apartment. We had a pasta dish for dinner for 6 people and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the plates, cutlery and cooking/serving utensils we needed. There were some excellent facilities (spa, sauna, pool etc) on offer within the complex. Check in staff very friendly and gave great information.

The apartment is very comfortable and really spacious. We liked the open plan kitchen and great bathrooms. The pool is also a great place to relax. However, it is a bit far from the lake. You need to drive there. There is no lake view. However, the price is reasonable.

we wanted to go for a walk in the evening without driving; and it was necessary to drive to the lake shore for a good walk/scenic places. Gym is also very poorly presented. Equipment requires some upgrading.

well equipped apartment for family with kids. Staff are very kind and thoughtful！Good location，5 min drive to Mt Iron trail and 20 min walking to the town. Gym and spa are the highlights. We enjoyed our stay.

As I told the friendly staff：The washing machine‘s water inlet is not working properly，longer time to fill up. Some screws of the pans need to be tightened. We stayed for 3 nights，no problem with no room service，but prefer rubbish to be cleaned out daily.

Great place to stay, comfortable, clean and spacious. Well placed to town and general shopping needs and has all amenities. I noted some comments before my stay about the size of garage and that it was too small, I parked a 4x4 in the garage with ease. Would definitely stay here again.

Some of facilities are a little tired, but to be fair this was minor and just coming out of Covid I think this could be a general problem across many sites.
