The motel was situated in middle of town, absolutely perfect! The room I booked was a studio and was perfect for me. It had everything a person could need , was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. I loved the dark tinted glass on the outside door and windows, giving total privacy from the outside. The bed was so comfortable! I just melted into it. I loved how the stairs and balcony walkways were carpeted with an outdoor carpet, great idea, preventing anyone from accidentally slipping in wet or damp conditions. The hosts were very and friendly and welcoming . I will recommend this motel to anyone traveling to Wanaka, it cant be faulted.

There was nothing I didnt like, it was perfect in al aspects

Short 5mins walk to town shops, restaurants, ice-cream outlet, New World supermarket and the beautiful Lake Wanaka. Cold during our stay on 29 Nov with strong sun shining into the unit. Close the curtain to solve that but you missed the beautiful mountain views right infront.

The 2nd level units require some work bringing heavy luggage up the stairs.

Within a few minutes’ walk to the lake and business center. About 10 minutes’ walk to the “Wanaka Tree”, and about 10 minutes’ drive to the Puzzling World. A restaurant (2 minutes’ walk, forgot name) offers 10% discount for Bella Vista guests. Room is clean and tidy.

The toilet seems a little old, but OK

the bathtub and the bath salts that were provided, i definitely took advantage of this as the night was cold in wanaka

better wifi connection and sky tv would have topped this off for the hubby to watch his rugby also the other drunk tenants above the reception veranda making an awful lot of noise up until 3am! but that's something the owners couldn't control or could they?

I was there for one night, which I worked most of the afternoon and the night. I requested a ground level room as I have a lot of luggage (work and personal). It was not a problem to change. I was a little worried about noise from the interconnecting room beside me and the accommodation/units above me but did not hear anything - so was wrapped with that. Will stay again.

Good room in excellent location close to town center. Easy walk to almost all the restaurants and cafes and shops in town, and very handy to the lakefront and the famous Wanaka tree.

While the view was not particularly important to us, the description of view was a bit misleading the "garden view" could be more accurately described as a carpark view, although there was a nice garden outside reception.

Even though we arrived late, there were keys and instructions on how to get to our room. The room was clean and well presented. The bed was very comfortable. It was near great places to eat and drink.

The room was small, and it was a bit hard to find a place to put our luggage.

Location - perfect for the event we came for close by and worked out with the booking for dinner we made to the Speights Ale House. Room was amazing, tidy, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately hubby work up at 2am because of the music/noise coming from the bar I think and couldn't sleep.

This motel is situated within minutes walk to the town centre and the beautiful Lake Wanaka. The friendly staff offered us an upper room option for a better mountain view and the view was spectacular. The place was clean, comfortable for a couple and has a big wardrobe.

All good.

A great location and the rooms presented very nice and clean. A bedside table and light would have been good.
