Great location, heated floors in the bathroom, great bed(mattress), huge nice pillows, amazing breakfast, bonus coffee and cake in the afternoon, helpful staff

got an option with breakfast and dinner included, well dinner is just a name, it's a poor choice late snack I would say (one type of soup, one type of snack/main). Although when booking it is understood as a proper dinner. weirdly the floors in the hallways and in the room are not good, very squeaky and noisy The fridge in the room did not work, not possible to turn it on.

Staff, location, and breakfast were excellent. Really friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast choices and quality of food was great and breakfast ran till 10am which was a treat. And hotel is so well located with all tourist attractions within easy walking distance that a leisurely late breakfast still left plenty of time to pack things in even with short daylight hours.

I booked a double room for single occupancy - the room was adequate for one but would have been small for two. Bathroom was good with heated floor and plenty of hot water and good shower but the room itself was a little bit tired.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was very good, with a tram stop right outside taking you to the main railway station and within walking distance of the main sights. The included evening meal was useful, saving having to find a restaurant every evening and navigating Norwegian menus - though there was no choice of food with usually only one main dish on offer. Free afternoon tea with cake was a nice touch. The underfloor heating in the bathroom made getting out of the shower very comfortable!

I would have liked more choice with the evening meal, as I'm not keen on fish. The top mattress on my bed kept sliding all over the place as I changed position in the night. The shower in the bathroom was rather cramped. The bar was not open during my stay.

Fantastic location in a quiet area but very close to the central area and many tourist requirements. Easy access to the hotel via the train direct from the airport (use the next train stop after the main Oslo rail station to ensure a very short walk to the hotel). Very friendly and helpful reception staff throughout our stay. Room had a fridge which was very useful. Breakfast choice and quality was excellent. The "help yourself" evening meal, while limited in terms of choices, was a significant benefit in a city where eating out is very expensive.

While a fridge was provided in the room, the lack of tea and coffee making facilities was an obvious downside.

From the first impression of the front office staff is wonderful. They smile and give you good pieces of information. The rooms are big clean and smell nice. The amenities are top-quality. The breakfast selections are more than anybody needs, even the pickiest food eaters will have something to eat and enjoy. The playlist music in the restaurant for breakfast is beautiful, and a lot of good things to mention here

The hotel doesn't have a parking space available and private parking spaces are super expensive. The staff du provides the best tips on how to pay less for parking time there. I will return

The hotel is in an excellent location. We had to walk about 100m to the main University of Oslo campus with historical buildings. I asked for the room with windows to the courtyard and it was accommodated. I think the mini fridge was put off (they are ruling them out), and that was the mini inconvenience compensated by -10C outside in the first week of February. The staff was very kind and we appreciated a lot the Tea time with cakes available and the Dinner! I have been travelling for the past 25 years and this was the most amazing solution, where healthy food choice was available and I was not bothered by searching for places to eat outside with very little time during work travel. We were also able to have time for nice interaction with colleagues, and this besides excellent breakfast in the morning.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Selene saved some dinner for us on our arrival which was after the dinner had finished. We had an issue the first night due to a technical issue with the booking and we got a lovely upgrade and discount for the first night thanks to Selene and her manager and other helped us too throughout our staff (helping us find a 24 hour pharmacist when my wife got stung by a jellyfish in the Fyord). . It was a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Nothing it was perfect

5 minutes walk from station, bed comfy evening meal was basic but good - lots of tea and coffee available - didnt have breakfast but nice it was all included in the price friendly staff

for some reason in the rooms opposite the courtyard there are external sun blind automatic that move about up theyre fine but when theyre down - and the day i was there it was quite windy they rattle and bang like someone is hammering on the window it stopped in the evening but its a bit annoying during the day

Breakfast was superb! The room was quiet towards the backyard of the property and the staff very friendly and helpful. Great that dinner also was included.

The dinner included was at times short of food due to many hungry tourists. But the cook was very friendly and did his best to help us all, also with vegetarian options that was not on the menu.

Close to train station and central for walking around the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. The dinner included is light, soup, bread and salad and fish one night. Alcohol is not included and is expensive

The rooms are lovely and warm but too warm at night. One side of the hotel has a tram line and can be noisy if you leave your window open although the trams stop late at night so can open the window then
