Breakfast was great. The ladies who take care of it are quick and thorough. They keep everything neatly clean and make sure the extensive breakfast is kept just right. The hotel itself is in one of the best locations in Kraków. You're inside the city walls and all the great things like restaurants and museums are within easy reach. If you sleep at this hotel, you are within 100 metres of Leonardo's masterpiece, "The Girl with the Ermine", a fantastic painting in which both the girl and the ermine could walk right off, that's how lifelike it is. Furthermore, the gentlemen and lady at reception are very helpful. I asked where I could buy a large bottle of water. Within the blink of an eye a bottle was brought and when I gave my room number to have it put on the bill I was made clear that this was just part of the service. What a nice hotel.

Amazing 5* hotel, excellent quiet location in the Old Town. Bedroom was spotlessly clean, daily cleaning. Rooms had hair dryer, tea/coffee, bottled water, toiletries, shoe shine, shower caps, clothes brush, sewing kit, slippers. Mini fridge stocked with minuture alcohol bottles, beer, chocolate, water and nuts (cost was extra). Staff very professional and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent, cereals, juices, fresh kiwi juice, champagne, fresh fruit, various teas/coffees, meats, cheeses, cooked eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, beans. Various breads, marmalade, jams, 3 different honeys, pastries, constantly restocked.

A very elegant structure, in an incredible location, within the old city walls and next to Czartoryski Muzuem. It is also conveniently located 10 minutes away by foot from the main train station (Kraków Główny). Though a few meters from Floriańska, there is no perception of noise coming from the streets. The single room is relatively big and well furnished.

My room was located above the restaurant/kitchen area: 2 nights out of 3 there was loud noise coming from below, well after midnight (restaurant supposedly closes at 10:00PM). Noise stopped immediately after my call. Breakfast is quite rich on the savory side, less on the sweet.

This is a fabulous hotel with amazing staff. The breakfast was varied and delicious with a really good range and choices of foods and delightful choices. Their were two lifts one was a bit snug for my wife's wheelchair, the other one had ample room. There was a couple of steps to navigate at the hotel entrance which we had to lift the wheelchair up, there was always a staff member eager to help which was much appreciated and helpful. The position of the hotel is amazing just short walk to the main square and a great choice of many facilities. We had a brilliant stay and a wonderful time. I can recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful hotel, Greeted at the door by concierge who carried our bags to the room, made us feel so welcome, reception staff so helpful and were on hand 24hours a day, nothing was ever a problem. Greeted every time we passed reception as if we had been staying there for weeks. Buffet breakfast was amazing, such a huge variety of foods available, fruits, yoghurts, chesses, meats, bread, butter, jam honey and loads of stuff i have never seen before :-) even sausage egg and bacon for us Brits!!! Staff so courteous and polite. Always there to help, but not in your face!! The hotel pictures do not do this place justice, so traditional and so modern at the same time, the bathroom mirror is heated to stop it from steaming up, just so many little things that made our whole stay extra special. here is not one single thing i could fault in this hotel absolutely stunning and a credit to Krakow

The location is just "near the corner" of the old center town. Surroundings are great, filled with artistic open air exhibitions. Breakfast in the hotel is tailored with immense healthy opportunities, which I, as a very picky healthy eater, liked a lot. Very healthy stuff were there, beside of that also the exposition of the buffet was great. Congratulations to the staff :-) Rooms are exquisite, nice decoreted, clean as well, with the touch of art. I recommend, recommend.....

There was absolutely nothing I did not like. Every smile of the staff was so sincere and warmhearted. So, simple to say, I would really like to come to this place again.

This was an exceptional stay that we'll always remember: service, staff, classic design - it feels like a good old British hotel. I traveled with my mother and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the twin room (I expected it to be much smaller), so it's a great choice if you're looking for a room with 2 separate beds or travelling with a friend. The room is very spacious and cozy, feels luxurious and classic. The view from the room is beyond expectations! Imagine having a cup of tea or taking bath with a view of the museum exhibiting Leonardo da Vinci painting! Definitely recommend booking at least 1 night here if you stay in Krakow to feel like Polish Royalty :-)

Can be a bit noisy because of tourist groups near Barbacan, but with windows closed the room is pretty quiet. It's not a disadvantage, just be prepared that the hotel is located in a historic area (although it's a pretty cozy street, not the noisest one!

Great central but very quiet location with great views through the window (towards the XV century defence wall Kraków Barbican and next to the impressive The Princes Czartoryski Museum with Leonardo da Vinci's 'Lady with an Ermine'). Beautiful both interior and exterior of the hotel, highly professional staff. Rich breakfast with fresh fruit and vegetables' healthy shots, wide choice of food. The train station is about 10-15 minutes walking which is very convenient (no need to take public / private transport).

In our room, I was glad to see glasses made out of glass, however, in 5***** hotel I would not use the IKEA brand as it contradicts esteemed luxury a lot. Given the level of the hotel, I would also put some hair conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrush instead of so many shower caps. The mattress was covered with highly plastified cover(s) thus one might sweat a lot in bed just because of that. There was no woollen plaid in the cupboard. However, all that could be solved :)

This hotel was wonderful. The location was amazing… Right next to the only remaining part of the city wall and next to a wonderful museum. We did not have breakfast there although it looked excellent, but we prefer a smaller breakfast, so we loved that there were several coffee shops close by. One was a chocolate shop that had very thick, hot chocolate. It was amazing. One is a Costa coffee which is an excellent chain, one is a little French bakery and another is a great place to have breakfast or lunch called the Gossip café. I’d actually researched that ahead of time and was happy to find it was just on the other side of the museum. We were able to walk to the main square through the beautiful city streets, and we felt very safe. The hotel staff were absolutely delightful. The room was very comfortable, spacious and very good value. My friend who I traveled with has already booked a trip to Krakow for her parents, and made sure to book this hotel.

Lovely hotel with character. Reception staff very friendly and helpful - recommended us several great restaurants and made bookings for us on our request. Variety of breakfast options, some of which changed daily. Great location all round, particularly for the old town. if you want to spend a lot of time in the jewish quarter, you might want to stay further south as it's a 25 min walk. But a really nice hotel so probably worth it.

Breakfast staff repeatedly ambush you asking for your room number throughout the course of breakfast. They don't say hello or good morning or anything, but more act as though you're an interloper trying to steal a breakfast. Didn't affect our stay at all of course - just a bit comical and I imagine the hotel would want to know the impression this leaves on its guests.
