What we liked was how big our room was. We took a double, and it's muuuch bigger than a one-bedroom. Breakfasts are great - you can really fill yourself up for a day. The location is awesome - 5 mins to the city center, many walking routes to browse the city, shops, restaurants etc. The location is top!

The room wasn't really clean - shelves were dusty and I found this out after I put my clothing there( Also - the stuff doesn't clean your room regularly, so I put a badge and asked to clean it at the reception to ensure. Noisy neighbors might also be a problem since you hear everything as if it's next door. We used ear plugs.

Huge rooms. Really high ceilings and lots of space. Very clean smelling sheets. Kids play room great to have. Tasty breakfast. 5th floor looked newly renovated and restaurant also good condition and attention to detail. A lot of character and charm, obviously was once a fine hotel.

Quite dated and some parts tatty...shower head broken so water squirted out through cracks in handle. Two of the four plastic chairs had cracks in the seats. Wall paper peeling in corridor. Lift 1978...no inside door.

The breakfast was very palatable and there was a lot of meals you can choose from with a right balance between salty and sweet snacks. The staff was also very kind, friendly and ready to help at any occasion.

In my humble opinion, there should be more power plugs than two in the room, one of which was only in bathroom. Besides this, I have nothing which I disliked during my stay there.

The breakfast was amazing. One of the best I've had in ages. Original and local delicious choices, on top of the continental ones. The restaurant altogether is very interesting and it has a nice atmosphere. The location was great as well. Very close to city centre and main train station. And we very assisted by very pleasant and helpful receptionists

The room and mattress are a bit dated and the balcony we had doesn't seem very safe

Verry good location close to the centrum of the old town. The breakfast was with super quality and quantity. The staff was friendly and competent. The room was clean and confortable. I will come back again. I strongly recommend the hotel.

During the day there was noice from passing trams.

Great deal! There is parking right infront of the hotel,delicious buffet breakfast and the hotel is not even 10min walk from the main square. The staff is very nice and helpful.Our room was spacious, clean and we got 2 free bottles of watter which was very nice. It’s equipped with everything you need for a short stay and wifi connection in the room was very good.

The room was a bit cold-we visited the hotel in december, but there are extra blankets in the closet and that was enough for us Many people here complain about the noise.The trams outside are really loud,but they do not operate at night,so we weren’t disturbed at all The only thing I would change would be the spring mattraces,but we slept good anyways. I definitely reccomend this hotel and I would love to visit the hotel again!

Breakfast buffet was excellent

This is not the hotel's fault but Booking.com displays the wrong photos for the single-room descriptions. The superior single photos are displayed for the standard single room. Not a big deal, but the photos do not match the room type.

We really like the location and the room, reminded us of classic vintage movie and we loved it anyway! we really like the elevator and if you love so much of historical building, you should definitely stay here

The toilet could be better but we like it anyway, breakfast should be refilled because we came at 10am and we didn't get many options.

Although it is an old hotel, it still shows the glamor and elegance that existed when it was built Convenient location near the train station and the old town. Huge rooms with sofa and comfortable bathrooms The rich breakfast is served in an amazing room of another era.

The girls in the restaurant are polite as opposed to the girls at the reception who were indifferent
