Excellent staff who nearly all spoke english. I was told about the death of Queen Elizabeth II on my arrival, which was extremely up to date as it had only been announced that afternoon. The location near the central station and with excellent connections via Tram and Bus on the doorstep. Breakfast was good and was slightly better than the standard of other hotels I stayed at on this trip. I did worry about there being only one lift and if not operational could make life very difficult.

Better noise suppression on the windows as it was very easy to hear drunks outside the hotel through the night

Everything was great, no complaints. Very kind reception staff that are always happy to help, very clean room and a very comfortable bed which is always a bonus. Lots of space in the room and bathroom and a very nice shower. Lots of channels on the TV and a great view of the train station and general area from room 203. The windows are extremely good so you don't hear the trams or the trains passing by which means you get a great rest. Didn't use the breakfast service so I cant rate that. There are 2 elevators and flights of stairs to the rooms so it is very handy if you don't want to wait for an elevator. The air conditioning is absolutely fantastic, it is on always day and night which makes sleeping very comfortable in 30 degree+ heat

The only bad thing I will say is there was a cleaning lady who got extremely aggressive with me because I could not understand or speak Ukrainian!!!! Not really a pleasant experience to open the door to.

As an experienced but budget traveller who doesn't spend much time in my hotel room, I only have the following main criteria to judge accommodation on. Comfy bed?: Pretty comfortable. Clean?: Very. Shower?: Good. Location (safe, convenient, interesting): Directly opposite the train station. Easy 10min walk to the old town. Recommended. WiFi?: Works fine. Decent speed. Convenient check-in (for late/early arrival)?: Arrived mid-afternoon, quick check-in. Check-out fine. Could store luggage for a few hours. Really good staff.

Very little. This is a good hotel.

The location of the hotel was just superb. We got the room with the balcony, so, the Wroclaw main station was just in front of us, and the city view was spectacular. But if someone doesn't like noise, the place is not for them. We Loved it :) The staff was really great. They helped us whenever we needed them, super communicative and friendly. The breakfast was also average.

Well, I don't know if it could be better or not, considering it one of the oldest hotels, the rooms are not dirty, but they have now some stains on the walls, henceforth, we felt the wallpapers and carpets should be changed and the balcony should be cleaned more often. The breakfast should have some more options as well.

perfect location for the travellers. great view and high ceiling. also nice breakfast, I advice you to order it, on weekdays it starts at 07:00 which was perfect for me: I had to check out at 09:00. so, I had plenty of time to have breakfast without a hurry. special thanks to the receptionist Anna, who kept in touch with me and insured me that it is okay to have a late check in due to the delay of my flight. thanks to her for her care!

I loved the place, the only thing was a hole in the bathtub. the water was pouring to the floor via it. and there was not washing gel in shower. it seemed like someone forgot to fill it in.

The location and appearance of the apartment are perfect - you can quickly get to the different parts of Wroclaw by public transport.! It was elementary to find the place and enter it. The girl at the reception and another at breakfast were super friendly. The room was small but quite clean. There was a TV but we didn't use it, because it was super inconvenient to watch it from our beds. Breakfast was tasty, despite the small number of dishes.

The Wi-Fi signal was poor, so I couldn't efficiently work there, even reading my messages was a big problem. Mostly we couldn't even connect it. You should be ready to use your own mobile internet. There was significant noise from the road and other rooms in this hotel. Sound insulation is close to zero. The towels in the room were clean, but with holes.

Superb location. Excellent staff. Good room for hotels of this class.

Spring mattress a bit soft and wobbly for our taste. Pillows firmer than "feather" ones, but still too low for our necks. Would be nice to have plugs for mobile phones on both sides of the bed, although this is not vital.

Breakfast was a little basic. Weekends were very hectic and had to queue to get into the breakfast room and because they were so busy tables weren't cleared.

It was important for me that the hotel was close to the central railway station, so this hotel was perfect. Behind the station building is a huge shopping center, where there are many shops, cafes and entertainment centers, which is also very convenient. The central bus station is also located in the same place. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the old town, but it's not difficult at all. Another thing that is important to me in a hotel is a good breakfast - and it was good.

The only thing that was uncomfortable for me was a small flat pillow - it is not suitable to put under your head if you want to lie down, read a book or computer.

I have often stayed here - excellent central location overlooking the central train station - no frills apart style hotel with breakfast (which I rarely have)

Nothing - but is just an overnight stop sort of place when travelling or perhaps a weekend city break - perfectly adequate for what it is. More convenient for railway station and airport bus than the Old Town (15 minutes walk away)
