Staff is the remarkable thing in this hotel. They are young but they are very helpful. We're had a problem with the air conditioner, it was not working at all and it was 35 degrees outside. After several attempts they upgraded us to a bigger room with perfectly functional air conditioning. Breakfast is nice buffet with enough range of choices. It is at a waiting distance from the city center.

Pillow cases were stained.

The hotel was very clean and in excellent location. The staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The receptionists were particularly friendly and efficient.

The room was not ready for my arrival at 2pm but it was quickly rectified. I only had to wait 20 minutes. The WiFi was not great. Poor coverage and kept dissappearing. Not a big deal.

Nice hotel, polite staff, clean room and bathroom. 5 minutes from the airport bus station, 3 minutes from the main train station, 10 minutes easy walking from the city centre. Around the hotel you can find a lot of shops and mini markets. The Wi-Fi is good! Inside the room you can find tea and coffee facilities! On the arrival in the room you’ve got two bottles of water! You can order breakfast on the reception on request.

A very good place just 15m away from the center of wraclaw and nearby the train for daily trips. We took a room without breakfast but we still tried breakfast by paying ~8.5euro each the fist day to see if it is worth and was really worth is so we had it again thw next day. After the ckeck out we had the option to leave our lagguage at the hotel until we take our flight and it was really helpfull

We didn't had any problem with anything just small things that we didnt know like if we should request towels or toilet paper by ourself and how the heat system works but i am sure that if we asked we would have been aided

The hotel provide really good breakfast. Rooms were clean and there wasn’t enought noise from traffic. personal were so kind.

Beds weren’t so good because they were still creaks. Nobody do not know how it is with parking, on the parking there were people which do not speak English and there was problem with understanding. We were confused with prices- when we have to pay or no and people who working there were confuse also.

The living space was large, divided into separate rooms - bedroom and a day room. The location of the hotel is OK for my standards - I don't like to live in the center of everything. Breakfasts are a three stars standard but prepared with care and I really recommend you add these to your stay. Overall, everything went well.

The room might be a bit cleaner - stains on window curtains and chairs were somewhat destroying the overall experience. For those ones who like to spend their time in a hotel room when visiting Wroclaw - please remember that there is a tram line just outside hotel walls - might be a little loud.

Near the train station and at the walking distance from the city center. Large room. The heating works good. Enough pillows. Lot of restaurants nearby. Good WiFi signal.

The shower water does not flow quickly and stayed on the feet during the shower. The carpet and the couch were overused, seems a bit dirty.

The location is very convenient if you travel by train - right in front of the main station. The room is okay. It was our second stay and we'll probably come back.

Light in the bathroom could be better. Last time we had a big mirror in the room so I could put on my makeup there. This time the only mirror was in the bathroom and unfortunately, it distorted the reflection right at eye level.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location :) Very friendly staff! Lovely I must say!

Carpets could use better work at vacuuming in the corners (but to say the truth rest of the things vere clean and well cleaned, carpets vere only one thing)

Perfect location, old building, nice staff. They prepared breakfast in a bag, so that's nice.

Dated furniture, a bit moldy and dirty. Some things we said through chat were not well communicated within the staff.
