The room was small, but pleasantly laid out. Nice cupboard space. Good bedside lights. Bed hard-ish, but that suited me. Air conditioning worked well, but it was the kind of electric system where your room key powered the electrics in the room, so you had to plan to have the a/c turned on when you were in the room, so it would stay cool after you left, and took the key. One of the best breakfasts I've had in a Portuguese hotel. The same management runs the Italian restaurant next door, and provides the food for breakfast. Interesting assortment; nicely prepared eggs, mushrooms, bacon, and especially the grilled tomatoes with mozzarella! Also all the usual bread and cakes, cheese and sausage, yogurt and fruit. We had one meal in the Italian restaurant--just a light snack--and it, too, was very good. And same management runs the hamburger snack bar and a couple of other restaurants near the market (direction away from the beach). All in all, a very professional offering. The staff were charming.
More hooks in the bathroom would have been useful. There's nowhere to hang your robe or an extra towel when you're in there.

Great Hotel! I would highly recommend this place, location is perfect, great staff and the breakfast is good. If you want to visit Lisbon this is the best option, Uber is around 16eur in one direction. There is a restaurant Napoli in the same building and the food is amazing. You will also get voucher for 15% discount for the restaurant from the Hotel. Beach is also amazing! Definitely good choice!

Breakfast was fantastic. Wifi was good, but did have lower signal in the room. Staff were excellent. Discount at restaurant next door was wonderful. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Very secure. Main door locking overnight was appreciated
Sink water pressure went from 0 to 100 very easily, took some getting used to. Probably user error, but the toilet flush didnt stop flushing occasionally, and had to go and do it again.

I had a good stay. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always willing to help with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is also fantastic and the Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.
The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow at times, but it didn’t affect my stay too much. Overall, I recommend and I’d definitely come back!

For the value of money it was alright. We got a tiny room with a bathroom which was more than enough as we spent most of our time outside. The property is oldschool and still uses a key system which u have to leave at the reception. We had to sometimes wait a bit to be let in/out. Breakfast was alright, alhtough i would have prefered more vegetable options. Aircon was a big bonus, big shower.
Key system, breakfast was not filled up if you went in the last hour/ half. Waiting at reception to be let in sometimes

This hotel can offer you very good value for money. Rooms was confortable, clean with everything you need. Breakfast was perfect, better then in 80% hotels with higher categorization. Breakfast consists of a really varied offer. I would like to thank to staff for very polite and professional approach. We definitely can recommend this hotel, especially i f you rent a car —-> location is not so far from the city center, but enough quite and nice.

The place is VERY well located, just minutes from the beach. It may not be super convenient to visit Lisbon, but there are buses that take you there, so it is not super difficult. The room is not super big, but it is okay, you are not spending much time there anyways. it was clean, and the staff was nice. The breakfast was also good.
Everything was nice, the only thing as I said is that it is not close to the city, but there are buses so not a big deal.

Perfect location, really attentive and friendly staff and clean rooms. Would come here again :)
Unfortunately there is a system where you leave the room key behind and pick it up again when you come back to the hotel - sometimes the front entrance would be locked and you’d have to ring the bell or call a number, not always having luck with someone being there right away to let you in. This also resulted in hearing said bell or phone ring through the rooms, a bit bothersome at 6 in the morning.

Location is great, both near the center (stores, public transportation, restaurants, etc.) and the beach. Breakfast was also nice, with fresh and varied food. We could tell some of the rooms were renewed, which wasn't the case of the room we were in, but the room was fine, exactly what we booked.
The shower was a bit clogged. Also, our room was probably above the breakfast room and they would put music on that was very audible. Not a big problem, but could have made for a more comfortable stay if it wasn't for the music.

The hotel is located on the Atlantic coast very proximal to the ocean, wide beaches, surfing etc. There is an original fish restaurant next building, as well as an Italian one in-house and other choices. There was a very generous buffet for breakfast in a in-house restaurant. Instead of usual routes, one can take a straight 4km walking route from the port of the ferry from Lisbon city coast, where there also are many original fish restaurants.
The view from the room was towards the wall. The furniture and bathroom were somewhat old.
