The noise level during the day and night was awful. I stayed in a room on the 4th floor overlooking a very busy road and railway tracks. I couldn't sleep and asked to change rooms, I was then given a quiet room facing the inner courtyard,this was quiet and helped me get a good night's sleep. I would have rated the staff excellent if the receptionist had listened when I requested a quiet room on checking in. She didn't listen and was more interested in trying to charge me twice for a room I had already paid for. The staff I spoke on the following day when I asked to change rooms were much more helpful. If you are a light sleeper, make sure you get a quiet room. Would definitely stay again in a quiet room.

It was my second stay in Hyatt Regency and its a fantastic hotel to say for both business/leisure. The rooms are big, clean and very cosy. The location is amazing with Tagus river across the road. The view of the 25 de Abril bridge from room is amazing as always and worth even more at night. The hotel staff are always active and attentive to your queries and requests. The attendant Bashaarat is always around and ready to provide any assistance whenever required. The hotel is new and still smells of fresh carpet in the hallways.

Such a big hotel and no proper swimming pool...! The pool in Spa area is only for 16+ and probably good as a lap pool only. The breakfast menu is still very continental as mentioned in my previous review. If they could add few Asian/Arabic dishes, it will definitely be hotel catering diverse breakfast menu. Fud for thought for the management !

Hotel just opened on the 19th August. Spectacular view, furniture and staff just amazing. Pity there is no vote above 10+++

everything in how the property has been built is wonderful. however on this particular trip, a lot of the amenities, for example the spa were not open yet. I believe they have since been opened. The staff are wonderful and the hotel is extremely clean!

The cost of the room service in terms of food orders from the restaurants on property are by no means in keeping with any cost of food in Lisbon, just from my experience. they are more in line with prices of NYC and exceed, again in my experience, any prices I have experienced in London for similar standard. I would recommend to travellers to check this and be aware that one does pay service charge for delivery and then of course one wants to add a tip for the staff. the service charge of Uber eats is far cheaper, and the food across the restaurants in Lisbon if one does one’s research, just in my opinion and my experience, can be better.

The room was beautiful, as well as the balcony. Housekeeping was phenomenal; everything was so clean. The gym was fantastic, too! Location wise, it's not too bad. Close to some good restaurants and sites, but further away from theore bustling areas of the city. ~25-30 min Uber. Overall, lovely place to stay and would absolutely recommend.

very clean and certainly had a luxurious feel to it

We booked the hotel based on the availability of the swimming pool. Our kids usually like to have a swim every day on holiday. We learned that it was only available for over 16’s and came with a cost.

Staff very friendly and welcoming! New building, excellent apartments and infrastructure in general (fully equipped gym, fancy SPA). Definitely a very good option to stay in Lisbon, near to the Belem tower.

Very nice property

Restaurant prices were more North American prices not in line with the usual pricing in Portugal. Menu was limited and rather expensive. Understood it was a five star hotel but but the menu was not in line with all other services the hotel offers. A bottle of wine started from 35-40 Euros and higher. A glass of wine started at 9 Euros ??? More like a New York not Lisbon. No wonder there were only 3-4 tables occupied in the restaurant.

Overall it was just amazing.

Honestly it was amazing, but some misunderstanding with House Keeping, room cleaning and timing, maybe language barrier.
