- The people who run this hotel are very friendly and attentive to your needs. Kudos to them. Very kind people. - The hotel itself was very clean, rooms were clean and cozy and had everything you'd need. - I liked the electric curtains and the way the room is illuminated. - The rainfall shower was purely amazing, loved it. - Everyday you'd get your room made-up and a fresh bottle of water. - Tested room-service in the first night I arrived, it was okay. - The cooked dishes (at the restaurant) were very tasty, they do have good chefs. - The kitchen staff was also very nice, especially the team serving you breakfast in the morning. - The hotel itself has a nice style, in my view - a combo between vintage and 'new-age smart building'.

- The mattress was a bit too soft for my taste, it was the kind that you'd sink in. - Something that they can't change (but they could at least adjust the price for it), is the room-size. Very crowded and packed room. Obviously you shouldn't need more than a bed and a shower, but a bit more space would have been good. - The breakfast itself wasn't the richest as you'd find in 5-stars hotels, but still good enough. - To use the parking, you do need very good driving skills, as the access to the underground parking levels is done via an elevator, and the access ramp leaves barely any space for any maneuvering (no more than 8-10cm on each side for a BMW 3-Series with the mirrors folded).

The hotel shines, literally and figuratively! The entire team, front desk, restaurant, kitchen all are incredibly friendly and dedicated! It is a relatively small house with about 25 rooms, located perfectly just minutes away from Belem sights and the congress centre. The restaurant is bustling with customers from the neighborhood, the kitchen staff is creating a perfect combination between artistic and down to earth quisine. The wine on offer is exquisite and their team can guide you towards your new favourites. Their own cocktails are fantastic! At any given time during the day or night their staff was helpful and attentive! In general so much effort has gone intto each detail.... The soaps and shampoo are all in reciable packagind, no plastic used! .... You could not ask for more!

There is nothing we could find to complain about. If you would have to pick something it would be that the curtains open via remote control, that seems like a quirky overkill of technology, but then after the second night I thought it to be quite comfortable.

- The hotel was very comfortable, full with the most recent technology in the rooms. Every detail was thought of in detail. - The breakfast was amazing with many options offered as both open buffet and a menu for specific items that can be provided by the chef with no extra cost. - The spa services offered a place to decompress and relax. - The staff was very polite, helpful and friendly.

- The hotel is located very close to historical monuments and museums in Belem, but reaching Lisbon central area could take a short while. The hotel itself was in a location that felt like a residential area, if you're looking for a buzzing lively location, this is not it. For a calm and restful stay, this place is amazing.

Amaaaazing!!! You've ruined expectations for all my future hotel stays :-) Staff were immensely helpful, huge thank you to Joao on reception who was super attentive. The place is brand new, spectacularly comfortable, incredible breakfast, cool decor, great hotel gym that they ensured was clean before I went down...just an awesome stay and would love to thank to the team for such a wonderful break!

The gold wallpaper means that the sound bounces around a little in the hallways, perhaps something softer would keep the noise down? I am a very sensitive sleeper so have earplugs anyway, so didn't bother me :-) that is really the only comment I have...everything was just superb! Stay here!

We travel to Lisbon for our anniversary and everyone made sure everything was ready upon arrival. Traveling with our dog was also amazing since they made us feel he was one more guest, everyone was super kind to him, and us! Facilities were extremely clean and breakfast was probably the best we have ever tried in all of our trips! The neighborhood was super quite and nice to rest but close to bars, pharmacy and supermarket; we rented a car and it was super convenient in order to go downtown. The hotel is very beautiful, decor is exquisite and the whole crew is very attentive to details and extremely kind. Shoutout to Miguel in the reception who greeted us every morning and the rest of the personnel in reception and all areas of the hotel. Overall our stay was a 10/10, would for sure recommend to everyone!

There was nothing we didn’t like, TOP stay.

Loved this hotel! Excellent value for money and beautiful decor and interior design, particularly the lobby. It is a small hotel but gorgeous and felt very cosy, it was not busy when we stayed so it was lovely. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the rooms are very clean and the beds are super comfortable. TIP: Request a room with a shower that is sectioned off, otherwise you may end up with a room with an exposed glass shower cubicle. We requested in advance as I was travelling with family and received a room that met our expectations so it was no issue, but keep this in mind! The breakfast buffet was small but tasty - not mind blowing but good enough! The mini-Portuguese tarts are a MUST try! Location of the hotel is good, it's not in the city centre but not really so far out that it's inconvenient - probably a 15 min drive to the city centre and taxis are very cheap (EUR 6 - EUR 8) whereas a tram is EUR 3 per person for a single ride. The hotel is in the Belem district so very close to the Jeronomis Monastery (beautiful!) and famous Pasteis de Belem (home of the original Portuguese tarts). Would recommend this hotel for sure!

Nothing really

When I booked it, I didn’t realise how prime the location was. Tucked away in the beautiful district of Belem, this hotel blends almost seamlessly into the natural cadence of the community as though it’s been there for years. Upon arrival, the staff was immediately courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Just excellent! I enjoyed that even though I arrived prior to check-in, the staff readily accommodated me and found a ready room for me. Will definitely be back!!!

Literally nothing, it was perfect. No complaints!

the staff, the decor, the cleanliness, the service.. everything is fabulously taken care off.. everyday the team took such amazing care of our needs during breakfast. the housekeeping was excellent. staff always spoke so kindly & respectfully. always ready on their toes to assist. a lot of thought has been put into the design features of the hotel. you can observe & appreciate that in every nook & corner of the hotel. the Christmas was so beautifully decorated. great options on the breakfast. the chef makes an excellent banana chocolate cake.. amazing omelets and a great selection of breads, fresh fruits and so much more. spa & gym facilities looked amazing, although we didn’t use them. perhaps during our next stay. in all honestly- they need to work on their room service. which I believe they surely will as their standards are very high. we were disappointed with our room service experience, so they were kind enough to invite us to dinner at their in-house restaurant and also offered us a bottle of wine.. strangely, despite inviting us to dinner, they charged us for the meal. which we don’t mind paying of-course, but I felt you can’t invite a guest to dinner and then give them a bill 😅 I think it was perhaps a miscommunication between the staff.. but the food was excellent- the green bean tempura, the pork cheeks, the prawn with lemon & garlic, the olives, the fish cakes, the steak.. everything was outstanding. if you love spicy food like me- ask for their in-house chilli oil. it elevates the whole dinning experience! all in all.. we had a fabulous stay, and are looking forward to return to the hotel again. we plan to make wine & books our go to hotel whenever we are on Lisbon!

Very nice, clean, neat and modern hotel in a quiet location but still close to the old part of Lisbon (Belem). As for the service, we would especially like to praise the staff at the reception, the guys are really wonderful and always ready to help. After a full day of exploring Lisbon, a sauna comes in handy at the end of the day. The dinner in the restaurant was also on a level. We will be happy to recommend this hotel to our friends. Thank You all 😊

Everything was really wonderful, we only think that the service at breakfast needs to be worked on.
