Big rooms with big comfy beds. Very nice location, right next to the monastery which is really cool to see on the doorstep as you’re leaving. Really good breakfast with free pastéis de Belém that you would generally have to queue up for hours to get at the shop. Pleasant and attentive staff. All around one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in!

The only unpleasant things are minimal and mentioned by most people already as I’ve seen, which are the carpet floors in the rooms, the Wi-Fi is complicated to access and doesn’t really work, when it does it’s very slow, and there’re no plugs by the bed.

Location was perfect. The hotel was stylish. The breakfast was excellent. The room was a really good size.

When we arrived we had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone appeared at the desk to check us in. The carpet in the room had lots of small marks / stains. The bath still had someone else’s hair in it. The wooden floor close to reception was lifting in places, as much as 4” high over 2 sq. metres - badly needs attention.

This Hotel is in the ideal location, in Belem. Close to the nearest tourist attractions: Jerónimos Monastery, Belem Tower, Padrão dos Descobrimentos and of course the Pastéis de Belém. Once you are in Lisbon you must taste them. The location is also close to public transport: trams and busses. Uber works here perfectly. The Hotel's comfort is also very good. Excellent employees speaking perfect English and very nice breakfast (a lot of fresh fruits and Pasteis de Nata served with coffee).

Location was perfect. The room was well laid out, although the carpeting is getting a bit old. Breakfast room was comfortable and easy to get to.

I don't know if you have an operating bar or not. When we came back around 8PM, we asked a staff member if we could have glasses of wine or port in the bar, and we were told you only served hard alcohol and maybe beer. When we looked at it the next morning, the space was called a wine bar. It was a mystery to us. (Not a complaint: Probably in my best interest not to have another glass of wine. But you might want to consider whether you couldn't be clearer on whether there is an operating bar)

Excellent location with trams and buses very near, but not metro. Opposite world heritage site, botanic gardens and other sights of interest. World famous Belem pastries around the corner and local restaurants. Superb breakfast and extremely quiet. Friendly staff with perfect English. Nearby convenience store also.

All staff was very polite and kind. breakfast was super good. And location is also very pleasant

I could not connect to any hotel's wifi with my iphone or macbook. that was really annoying. Room's isolation was not the best, so you would most probably hear your neighbours' voices and any other sounds

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, breakfast was amazing and the location super convenient. Loved it.

The carpets in the corridor to the bedrooms is the only change that can be considered. Perhaps that's on the cards too. One should not harp on the negatives especially as business have only now started to recover.

The staff were very nice, breakfast was great, and the room was about right for the price. Very comfortable, quiet, spacious and clean. Fantastic location; right next to the monastery and close to the best patisserie in Lisbon!

The room was a little tired, especially the bathroom. But it was still fully functional and clean so nothing to complain about.

There was no complimentary water in the room, the mini bar was empty and the bathroom window lets a lot of light into the room as the door between the bathroom and room is glass too

Very cozy room, comfortable bed and large bathroom, very clean and the staff was very pleasant. Very quiet location with access to each public transport. Lots of restaurants and food corners nearby, where you can enjoy great food and sangria.
