Staff was friendly, entire facility was modern for the price point you paying, the views were great from the balcony, rooms well appointed and clean and very spacious. Thank You

The mattress was hard and I'm not use to that.

ideal location with very pleasant 15 min walk to village square. staff very accommodating. stayed several times and always enjoy. on this occasion initially allocated room at end of first floor with pool side view however balcony was directly aligned with roof of terrace that leads down to pool. obstructed view compared with other pool side view rooms we’ve had in the past. we asked if there were any other rooms available further along on same floor or any other floor where this wouldn’t be an issue (if possible, we would have made do if necessary as room itself was fine). staff accommodated this without hesitation and we were very happy with alternate room and the view was beautiful. the reason I mention this is to demonstrate the high level of customer service from the staff. really impressed by how accommodating they were.

lovely hotel, spacious rooms, great distance from main village with pleasant 10-15 min walk or very short taxi ride, quick walk to Pingo Doce supermarket which is well stocked of anything you would need, good size balcony area and room equipped with everything you need for self catering.

there is not a lot of Sun loungers at the pool area, not enough to accommodate guests when really busy. you can use the beach instead if you don’t want to use the pool area or find there is no room (we did this some days and actually really liked the beach).

A great stay for anyone driving through the Algarve region and spending the whole day outside. We were beach hopping by car, and it was great to drive up to daily made-up room, with comfy beds, kitchen, heaps of space, and bathroom with hot water. 'Intermache' chain was our go-to for breakfast foods, and we could keep it in the fridge and use the cutley/plates/cups provided.

We have no complaints. Maybe if there was a little washing line to hang bathing suits and any laundry that needed drying.

If you want a total chill and relaxing hol, this is the place for you. From the time we arrived, we were in switch off mode. Room was fab and had all you need. Clean, tidy and great atmosphere. Very close to local supermarket and quick trip to Alvor, which has plenty of places to eat. We had a small problem with our AC, but Pedro nd the team quickly resolved this. I cant recommend this hotel enough and we cant wait to be back with the rest of the family.

Nothing, totally perfect

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My wife is Coeliac and I requested a gluten free breakfast for the next morning and she was provided with an excellent selection. I also requested early access to our room as we were arriving 3 hours earlier than the access time and this was provided for us. Really couldn't fault anything about our stay here and look forward to visiting again.

The hotel does not provide evening meals but to be honest, that was not an issue for us as we know Alvor very well and it's a short walk to many restaurants in the town

The garden / pool area is very comfortable, with lots of space for the kids to run. We were in a two-bedroom apartment, very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was working very well. All the staff we talked too was very friendly, polite and ready to help.

The bathrooms in the room should be remodeled as they are quite old. The hotel overall should be remodeled as well, as the entrance hall and common areas look a bit old-fashioned. We did not have breakfast, so we cannot rate the food quality / quantity.

Spacious rooms, always so clean, great facilities in the room (big fridge, barista coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob etc) big pool area wirh loads of sun loungers and lovely helpful staff! It's a very family friendly place without being loud and too busy. Really enjoyed our stay and would come back to this hotel

Nice apartment, spacious and clean. Just a 10 minute walk into centre of Alvor. Our air con did not work on the first night, this was sorted quickly by reception and they moved us to a upgraded apartment.

Pool area did not have enough sun beds even though there was plenty room for them. Woken most mornings by kids upstairs running around at 6am, could be better soundproofed.

Third or fourth stay, year after year, love the look of the hotel, rooms are clean and modern, pool is lovely and quiet. Had breakfast at the hotel for the first time and it was great, fresh produce, lovely fruit and bread, would recommend
