The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean and nice. The common kitchen had a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, as well as all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cookware required. There was a table to eat in the kitchen, and two alfresco tables in the courtyard behind.

The property is very hard to find on Google / Google Maps. There is no signage outside, and there is another place called Casa aOrta nearby, which caused a lot of initial confusion and anxiety, as it was evening when we arrived. Look for Pastelaria Ruby / Cinderela next door or Stay Hotel opposite, to locate the place.

We bought food and made our own breakfast. The location was excellent being right next to the central precincted shopping area and a short distance away from some of the major sights and churches. The room, kitchen and bathroom were all very clean, as was the city itself and also Faro beach which was very nice to see,

The location of the room in the house could have been better as it was next to the street and did not have an ensuite bathroom. However, the bathroom allocated to us was good.

The size of the room was great, the decor was characterful yet minimalist with a vintage mirror in the bathroom and matching wood furniture. Love the mix of light fixtures. The window shutter perfectly shut out the light, and the shared kitchen was well equipped. We were upgraded into the suite and really appreciated the kindness. Jesica popped over to see if we had any questions about Faro and the property, offered us extra towels and was really friendly.

The bathroom paint is flaking/bubbling but this is clearly from the moisture when people don't open the window after using the powerful shower

The location is very central. The staff were so kind and accommodating. The property has everything you need for a stay in Faro, with a lovely patio and rooftop to relax on. Not sure if it was intentional but the bed had soft and firm pillow options, which i thought was a nice touch! Room was clean. Nice accommodation for the price.

Could use a bin in the bedroom, and an updated sink in the external bathroom. Doors are thin and noise travels easily but overall good.

Very bright spacious room with high ceilings. The bed was comfortable. The room and the whole place were very clean. It’s was handy to use common kitchen for breakfast which looked like new. We got a warm welcome and tour around the house with the map of the area and recommendations. The guest house is located on the ground floor with the access to the roof - during the warm weather can be pleasant to spend some time there. The external private bathroom was just across the whole, just a few steps away from our room - very convenient. We enjoyed staying there.

Beautiful room comfy bed very spacious with lovely modern bathroom great shower,often well equipped kitchen and outside terraces right where you want to be in town in a lovely Portuguese style cute house with tiled front,but the best part is the staff and owners fantastic, helpful and totally kind ,choose this place you won't be disappointed ....love it ❤️

It was so clean and had everything we needed. The property was so close to the old town so we got to the restaurants, bars, bus station and the harbour very easily. Jessica was so friendly and welcoming to us when we arrived. Using the shared kitchen was all ok and we met nice people. The roof terrace also has the sun all day so it’s perfect to sit on. Will stay again if we visit Faro again!!

Close to the centre. Small property - just a few rooms so quite calm. Nice common kitchen. Clean. Our room was nicely furnished with interesting details.

The room was on the first floor and the windows were facing the street so we had to keep the shutters closed for privacy and close the window at night because of the street noise (cars etc.). Room was heated with air conditioner, but the bathroom was cold.

can't beat the location, one street away from the main pedestrian shopping street. the room was spacious and airy. Jesica, who greeted us, made sure we learned how to lock and unlock the (old locks) door and gave us a brief introduction of Faro

the log bedside tables were more aesthetics than practical. the bathroom didn't have any hooks for hanging

I loved the place and the location. There was an air conditioner and a shared modern kitchen. The only thing was the bathroom. Since it was outside the room it was very inconvenient to use the same keys. I would suggest to have an extra key for the bathroom. In this way everything would be perfect. Would love to come back again!
