Location: A 15-min taxi ride from the airport and a 5-min walk to the marina with shops, bars and restaurants all around. Room: Spacious and comfortable with a clean and adequate bathroom. Breakfast: We had the buffet breakfast on our last day. You get a nice selection of juices, coffee, tea, pastries, cereals and fruit. Staff: Every member I spoke to was extremely helpful and informative. We arrived at around 11pm and it was nice to be greeted by a friendly staff member who ensured we had a quick check-in. They were happy to answer any other questions, they are a real credit to the hotel.

I arrived exhausted after a very early flight with no sleep. Check in time is 16.00hrs but the receptionist on duty arranged for me to have my room at 13.00 hrs. I will always be grateful to her. Hotel is in central location. Staff were wonderful. The receptionist on duty next day took my luggage to a waiting taxi!! I did not have breakfast so cannot comment. Good value for money. I would stay again.

Rooms could do with an update. While clean, the carpet was badly worn and unit slightly damaged.. Obviously well used. Hotel is popular.

Clean, modern, quiet. Check-in was pleasant and reasonably fast.

We booked 2 rooms for 6 people, which was what Booking.com said we needed. We were notified we had to use existing beds from the hotel, but we were not not informed that there was only one bed in each room. Elevator was too small and there was only one, which the cleaning staff were using. We went outside to pack our bags in the car and couldn't get back in. No one came when we rang the doorbell so we banged on the glass until an annoyed staff member finally showed up. Why can't the room keys open the front door?

Location was great, close to mayor attractions walkable. The size of the room was fair , just what we needed, just enough space to rest and take a shower. Breakfast was great, easy to start the day adventure with your tummy full. Plenty to choose from.

They should be more flexible with the check in. Leave luggage in locker until check in to start the city visit without the luggage

Great location in centre of faro. Room was just what we needed and was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. For being central the hotel wasn’t noisy and we were able to get a good sleep.

There was nothing that stood out that we didn’t like.

Friendly stuff and they helped us kindly to store safely our luggage before check in. We arrived 4 hours earlier before the time. It was still okay and we continiued to explore Faro City Centre. Great location and feels like at home. Modern 3 star hotel with everything what I want and need. It was our second Time when we booked this hotel in one week time. My choice and probably will book this hotel again next Time. Good memories! What I like îs the central location, the very nice and careful staff ( reception, breakfast area, room cleaning), the coffee and tea maker în the room, the free wifi, the comfy bed, the spaceful closet.

What can be improved in my opinion: maybe, a larger offer of tv-channels and a larger offer for breakfast ( like boiled eggs or omlet, fresh vegetables, yoghurt).

Location was great, breakfast was nice and staff was very friendly.

My only issue is with the state of the shower cubicle. The base was cracked and that led to water getting all over the bathroom floor. Plus the grout needs replacing or proper cleaning and it’s getting a bit messy.

Staff of the hotel is really nice and very helpful. Location is central (Faro center is not very big) and the rooms were clean and with sufficient space. The mattress was a little bit firm but we liked it that way.

This hotel is a little bit run down which you can notice in the bathroom, but nothing that will impact your stay - it's a great stay.

The room was ok. Very comfortable beds.

The bathroom was very badly designed with a lot of problems, as the WC too close to the shower, the door of the shower not properly closing thus letting all water go out. They need a better architect
