The hotel is located about 3km from Faro Airport. We stayed 1 night on 16 September and again 1 night on 19 September. The rooms are of good size and very clean. Our adult children stayed with their 18mth baby in a family room. We stayed in a twin room with an en-suite bathroom. It has a large closet and a small bar fridge, but no hairdryer and coffee/tea facilities. The entire place is very clean. Breakfast is sufficient with a good variety of food. Free parking is available on site. There is also a pool and restaurant at the hotel. Just check your bill at the restaurant as we were charged double for one of the items which was corrected after being challenged. Our stay was overall very pleasant.

Nothing, but would have appreciated a hairdryer and coffee machine or kettle in the room.

Check in was easy and efficient. Staff were polite, friendly and very accommodating. Room was comfortable and clean. Restaurant was very nice and the food was excellent as were the waiters and waitresses.

It was clean, comfortable, modern and well maintained. Not a luxury hotel but more than adequate for a stop over waiting for a flight. The staff were really good. The restaurant was a spacious, busy chicken restaurant very popular with the locals which served simple but good food at reasonable prices.

I loved this hotel. We booked in at 10:30 ish; the girl who checked us in was welcoming, cheerful and so helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was the same. The bed/ pillows were so comfortable, the room was also nice and quiet. The only issue was the airport was only a 5 minute walk, but I didn't know the area and I didn't want to walk around with my daughters late at night. I booked a taxi with Booking.com (a Portuaguese taxi company) that didn't turn up or answer the phone to me. It got sorted in the end but caused anxiety for my young daughters.

I was so happy, but if I had to say something I missed a kettle for a cup of tea. This may be just an English thing but it didn't spoil my stay.

The restaurant serves lovely chicken meals and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is very convenient to our car hire offices so rather than pay extra to hire a car in the evening and get to our house late at night this is the perfect answer - a good meal a comfortable bed and an sensible start time in the morning.

We were slightly surprised that our booking didn't include breakfast. It wasn't a problem as we had an early start in the morning.

Large sized rooms, very comfortable bed, easy to use heating/air con system. Beautiful large bathroom with bath tub and shower. Buffet style breakfast is delicious and keeps me full most of the day. Very close to the airport (about 20 min walk) bus station approx 4 mins away from hotel with links to main centre for shopping and to the beach. Aldi just up the road. Continente just down the road. Both perfect to stock up on snacks and water for the hotel room fridge. Staff are very helpful for all our needs (my partner cut his foot on a sharp stone at the beach, upon arrival back at the hotel the staff provided plasters from so we didn’t have to go out and buy any). Such a convenient location and comfortable stay for such a low price, bonus to have the restaurant next door too with tasty meals, I will happily return again and again :-)

Very close to the airport, staff was very nice. We didn’t try the restaurant but it was PACKED so it must be good.

Pillows were a bit weird but otherwise bed was comfortable.

I booked this accommodation so easy as it was close to airport as some of us were flying Saturday night at 11 and some Sunday at 645 . The hotel didn’t mind us all staying together until the Saturday night departure . We ate in the restaurant and it was gorgeous . I was very pleased overall. Staff at reception were so helpful and couldn’t be more accommodating

Good location close to the airport, spotless clean, very helpful staff. Highly recommended.
