Very helpful and kind personel. The hotel was also clean and easy to navigate. Check in and chek out went smooth, no problems. We liked the location - near a very nice, spacious park that you can use to reach the harbour. The nearby airport and railroad caused no problems because the rooms were sound-proofed well, there was also AC available.

There were basically no vegan filling options for breakfast, only sweetened vegetable milk and breads. Because of convinience we still paid for breakfast to get the plates/bowls to eat on + the fruit, bread, but most of the breakfast components we had to buy ourselves to compose a filling meal. A veggie patty or plant-based spread like hummus would be nice.

Unfortunately for the second time, I had to use a private taxi company as the normal taxi company is not reliable and you cannot book in advance. The hotel could only recommend the private taxi and this I could book in advance. The normal taxi company you can only book on demand and they often don't turn up. I had to pay for 2.5 km to the airport, 17 Euro... I wonder, if there is another way for guest, if they don't have their own car and can go to the airport.

The room was very clean, the bathroom was big and equipped with shampoo and hairdryer. The bed had a hard mattress just I like. The airport was so close that I could walk there with my backpack. There are several supermarkets in Montenegro village close to the hotel if you do not wish to eat in the hotel.

No fridge in the room. The hotel is situated next to a busy national road. Therefore, the hotel is better connected to the Montenegro village rather the town of Faro itself. Actually, the hotel is closer to Montenegro village than to Faro town.

Was staying for 1 night, for early flight in the morning. Room was actually better than I expected, having stayed in other Ibis Hotels. Staff at reception was good, inclusive a very odd circunstance happen later at night as I arrived from dinner into car park, and staff at reception immediately stepped out to assure safety of their guests, so fantastic compliments to the colleague at Reception (which I didn't got the name I am sorry) for assuring I & other guests were safe. Had a good relaxation evening, watching some movies on Hollywood Channel and a good night sleep. Other guests were very respectfull of quiteness through the night, so all quiet experience. Got up early, they serve breakfast from 4am, so you always good to get a cup of coffe and some pastries and yohgurts, etc. Had a very quick and smooth drive into car rental, which drop me earlier then I expected it, so all in all, good experience for value. Would definitely stay again.

Very close to airport ideal if you arrive in a late flight. Nice breakfast with fresh orange juice that you can make on your own. 24 h open bar- restaurant that was life saving for us after a long day travelling with a toddler. Nice outdoor space Very clean and modern-fresh vibe In general it met our expectations for a practical stay in between our late flight and our final holiday destination in Albufeira

Receptionist wasn't welcoming at all when we arrived. Our room was so small that literally, we didn't have space to put or open our 20 kg suitcases on the floor without having to jump over them to move around the beds. It was funny that the main entrance door to the building it's very low for such a big building and my husband had to bend the head down to pass underneath ( he is tall by the way)

For value this might be the best hotel in faro with a pool. The rooms are basic but fine, after all all you do is sleep in them? The pool is great, although the ants around it could be got rid of I'm sure. I would 100% stay again.

My pillow was terrible, but to be fair I didn't ask for another, and I'm sure they would have provided one, but I was slightly inebriated in the evenings and by morning had forgotten! Ants around the pool were annoying and a few ended up in our room, probably off our shoes/bags

Great hotel, perfect distance to airport as we had a really early start. Staff were very helpful and friendly even at 4.00 in morning. Fantastic breakfast available from 4.00 am, shame we couldn't do it justice but a coffee/snack was the pickup we needed!

It was hot in bedrooms and a little dark. We couldn't open blackout curtains or windows because of heat outside and air conditioning was noisy ,so we didn't leave it on. A small gripe in the great scheme of things, with the high temperatures across Europe.

Room was clean and tidy, mattress was good, enough for sleeping well Airport transportation organised by the reception was on time, even if it was before 7am Diner taken in the cafeteria (because nothing else around for eating), simple but good Staff was really friendly and efficient

Someone on the parking tried to start a motorcycle up to 2 in the morning. You should remove the panel in the corner supposed to be used as wardrobe … it’s useless and takes some space for nothing except to hide the ironing board. Broken slabs next to the pool should be fixed

The hotel is 3Km from Faro airport and that is why it is a popular choice. That said, it is not expensive as a trade-off and provides a host of features which many motels do not do. It has a restaurant which operates at most times. although choice is very limited. It has a lovely swimming pool which was a big plus. Lastly the room is available from 12 noon which can be, and in our case was a big boon. The property is securely gated and that is reassuring.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast is good for the price (continental, with toast, boiled eggs, fresh juice, good coffee). Rooms are clean and big enough for a dogbed next to the bed.

Our pup was not allowed in the breakfast area - and the staff was not very helpful in finding a solution (just sent us outside to the terrace). A pity was also that the garbage man came very early in the morning (I think around 5.30 a.m?) making a LOT of noise just below our window. I guess we were just unlucky.
