So close to the beach, very clean and breakfast was beautiful!

When booking the rooms it’s very deceiving what you’ll actually be booking. Expect a down grade from what you see online.

The location of this hotel couldn’t have been more perfect, many beaches and the center were accessible by walking. We didn’t need to use any taxi or public transport to get around and managed to see everything that we wanted to see. The breakfast was delicious with a stunning view! Every day the breakfast slightly changed which was wonderful as you always had something new to try. Our hotel room was also very clean and nice

The staff weren’t flexible when it came to scheduling or times. For example we paid for breakfast yet had an early checkout and I asked if it was possible to receive an apple or banana which they refused saying it was only for the breakfast time and suggested we take some fruit from the breakfast area the day prior however there is a rule that you cannot take any breakfast items outside of the breakfast area. So that did not really make any sense

Location is great for beaches - local one is gorgeous and a 2 min walk, wider and the more open one near the Old Town about 25 mins. You can get to the Old Town for going out in 10 or so mins. Comfortable and clean rooms. Lovely upper floor for breakfast with great views over the bay. Helpful reception staff.

Small points: Pool area is pretty small Could be a little noisy in the street outside around 8.00 - 9.00 am Breakfast needed more variety Gym is dated Lifts seemed slow and clunky so we always used the stairs from our first floor Looming nearby is an abandoned large hotel - it's unsightly but it ended up being a real talking point

Location struck a great balance - at your doorstep to walk the coastal cliff trails, easy access to lots of magnificent beaches. Their roof top restaurant (Lucas) was outstanding. Great menu, good variety. Breakfast was included in my rate. Tasty, well organized.

The walk into town (Lagos proper) was ‘just’ long enough to prevent me from multiple trips in one day (Uber or cab would do but I almost exclusively walk). Not man nearby options for eating without going into town.

Great location next to the beach and cliffs, we had booked a bottom floor room in the basement which was just OK…should have paid the extra for upper floor. Good breakfast included on the top floor also great lunches or dinners…Nice helpful staff.

A bit smelly in the basement areas, need another waste paper basked in the room, coffee machine in the room would be nice, felt like the air conditioning wasn’t working late in the night…fan worked but compressor wasn’t running? maybe this was done for a reason to save electricity at night?

Breakfast was lovely in the rooftop terrace restaurant with fantastic views of Praia D'Ana beach. Plenty of fruit, bread, ham and cheese, cereals and some pastries. Good coffee.

We chose a standard room that had a balcony but no view. There was a view of plants and white walls which was not unpleasant. It was also quiet which was a bonus although it was early in the season. The only drawback was that the low walls between balconies of each room meant that you were visible to your neighbours which isn't ideal in terms of privacy. I would suggest paying a little more for the partial seaview with sun terrace.

We arrived to Carvi Bch hotel from Lisbon and were so happy we chose it. Location is KEY !! Located in the best beach in Lagos D.Ana beach is steps away and oh so beautiful!! The property is clean and the staff is super friendly and nice. We quickly checked in and went to our room . The room was extremely clean, spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms!! A luxury for us after a small apartment in Lisbon. We loved everything about the room and the property, it’s location and having breakfast on the terrace every morning was excellent. We also booked dinner at the Lucas restaurant on the terrace which was absolutely delicious!! Check out was quick. Definitely will recommend!!

We spent 5 nights at the hotel. The hotel was a minute's walk to the main beach and a 15-minute walk into the old town, which is absolutely gorgeous and packed full of amazing places to eat. The hotel restaurant overlooks the sea which is lovely and breakfast is a very well-stocked buffet. The staff were friendly and very helpful. If you want a beach towel you can hire from reception. There is also a pool on the roof terrace which gives you a peaceful break from the beach which does get packed and noisy!

We were 2 friends on holiday and shared a room and while there was enough space to hand clothes and put away our suitcases, there were no draws for underwear or tops etc.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I loved the close proximity to the beach and the boardwalk that connected us to so many other wonderful beaches, sights and trails. We were without a car and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, including the main center of Lagos. The daily breakfast was also great. The bed was comfortable and the view of the ocean and the balcony/patio was beautiful.

Our room felt tight and sparse and could have used some basic updates to make the space feel a bit more tidy. The bright lights outside of the room also made it difficult for me to sleep at night without an eyemask (I'm a very light sleeper).

Very good breakfast, however bad choice of music in the breakfast area. Good location by a nice beach. Walking distance to town with many choices for food, shopping. Lovely walking path along the cliffs just in front of hotel.

Lack of parking made us not use our rental car in the extreme heat as we feared we would not get a parking spot upon returning. Hotel on an Extremely busy street with tons of people and cars (all though not noisy) from morning to night. Dinner in restaurant was very expensive and food not good. The view is nice however. One member of reception staff quite unfriendly.
