Breakfast was really good Location was near the airport which was what we needed Wify was excellent in the room The bed was really comfortably BB Hotel is a chain that we will consider for our next trip!

The room we stayed in was small although it had anything we needed, but I have noticed that you have different options for people that need to stay longer. We will ask for more space if we need it I suggest that you have a person dedicated to the reception. I called several times once during the morning and nobody answered. I tried in the afternoon and someone pick up the phone finally!

Hotel fits the need, as in comfortable and very near airport. Easy to find, easy to park in their good sized car park and easy to check in. Good sized room, comfortable double bed, lovely large shower with good towels. Everything was very clean. Air con meant we slept well. However, it is a little noisy if you have a road facing room. Breakfast was passable with a good range to choose from. But it was obviously cheap yoghurt, the bread rolls were really dry, the crossiants were burnt, and the coffee was mediocre. The best thing was being told I would have to wait 15 minutes for a clean spoon, as they were all in the wash! Usually a B&B breakfast is a good one, so maybe they were having an off day!

Actually. I could say everything almost. The place was super clean and had clean sealed rooms. Shower is huge too. It's environment conscious. It's confortable, safe, and even has free coffee or other drinks. It has free WiFi, a huge reception. Staff was super nice too. It also has a big garage and the staff picked the phone up straight away once I called to ask about it prior to my arrival. This was a gem in the midst of a crazy Lisbon city.

Did not have breakfast (left at 04.30) It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient, and had a supermarket near enough for last minute shopping. Suitable for single night stay while traveling

The outside traffic went on until very late. There were no facilities for tea or coffee in the room, only on the ground floor, granted it was free of charge, but when you are tired from travelling long time it would be nice to be able to just stay in the room with a hot drink.

The hotel provided us with what we needed. A place to sleep for one night before taking the train to Porto. The shower was REALLY good, the best one out of all the places we stayed in Portugal. The bed was good and the staff were helpful when we needed some info. Supermarket just across from the hotel was convenient.

The really strong cleaning smell when we entered the room. Took some time to air it out, never went fully away. Would have been nice to have a restaurant close by as we were hungry and tired but the supermarket across the street saved us!

Close location to the airport, free and safe parking space, friendly and supportive staff, gentle and professional management, comfortable bed, free beverages 7/24, cleanness My booking was for 4 days but due to an emergency health situation I had to shorten my stay to 2 days. Although I paid for my whole stay beforehand, the hotel management refunded the cost of the remaining 2 days. I wasn’t expecting this but they were so helpful with understanding my situation.

Clean room which mostly met our expectations. We were greeted by very friendly staff in the middle at the night (we have arrived well past the midnight).

This is an "airport hotel" clearly designed for single night stays. As such, the room was very basic with only a single small wardrobe. There was no kettle, no mini fridge, and similar equipment was absent. Room was also quite tight in space: there was barely enough room to open all three bags at the same time to access our clothing.

Staff very helpful and greeted customers properly. The facility was very clean. They offered free coffee, the Room was clean and overall had a comfy environment. A/C was working fine, and had a really nice shower.

Foremost, I did not like the fact that I was not able to pay via MB way or by QR code, and had to fill a form in which I had to introduce my bank details. Of course, the personnel must be trustworthy to work there, but it is just as a safety matter. Better safe than sorry. Secondly, the shower had an issue in which should be corrected as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I did not report that situation to the personnel too. The room had some "scratch" next to the bathroom, so once again I did not report that, as they must be aware of these issues.

+ Parking Space is included. + The room smells very good. + Easy check in and check out. They have a very nice liquid soap, shower gel and shampoo (Dove).

- The pillow was to small, it was very flat. - The water smells strongly of chlorine. - The breakfast buffet was mostly the same everyday. The fresh orange juice machine was from aprox. 8.30 a.m no longer available, although the breakfast time is from 6 a.m. til 10 a.m.

Within a few minutes of the airport so ideal for our last night before an early morning flight. Reception has staff 24 hours a day who arranged a taxi at 4am which arrived within minutes and only took five minutes to get to the airport. Hotel itself was modern with all facilities you will need including free coffee/tea in Reception. Breakfast available if needed although we did not need. Hotel is near a very busy road but soundproofing good.

No restaurants nearby although a Lidl within three minures walk which seemed to be used by many guests including ourselves during the evening.
