The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, although it is not within walking distance. However, they offer a shuttle service to the airport at reasonable prices, although the rates may vary depending on the time of day. The reception staff is consistently helpful and cooperative. Additionally, the hotel provides the convenience of an ATM on-site. The rooms are simple and clean, focusing on providing essential amenities. While the hotel may lack luxurious features, it excels in delivering well-executed basics. Dinner is served at the restaurant in decent potion size.

The hotel rooms are a bit dated, the hair dryer was small and inadequate. The first iron did not work. The hotel does not have metro access (using uber instead). There are no restaurants or shops close by but it is not a major drawback.

Breakfast was awesome. Staff were nice and helpful. It was very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Nice little lounge to sit in and chat and have a drink. However there were no plugs in the bathroom for drying hair or shaving. The bathtub was very high and hard to get out of. It was an express hotel so no real extras but we did not have expectations beyond that for this brand. Good value. BEWARE...airport to HI taxis will try to rip you off, as they did us. This driver charged us more than triple what he should have. Don't pay more than 10-12 euros for that trip. Ask them what they will charge you before you get in the taxi. Shuttle back to airport only 5 euros.

Nothing. Everything was really good, actually better then we thought it would be. The only thing to remember is the hotel's location and be prepared to use a taxi. Its a good 40 minute walk with cases from the airport but the taxi is only approx €7 from the airport. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Evening meal choices limited but OK when you have just arrived. I would recommend you eat in Lisbon after your first night.

Everything was perfect and we had a great experience. Staff were friendly upon check in, the room was just as advertised and better yet they had a cot set up for our baby which I didnʻt request but greatly appreciated! Staff were also very friendly and check out process was very straightforward. The location was perfect only 8 minutes away from the airport which made it easy for us on our last day. If I ever go to Lisbon again I would definitely stay here again.

Typical airport hotel but very efficient and pleasant. The fairly large restaurant was OK but seriously understaffed. The waitress was very nice and did her absolute best, but she was completely on her own to seat people, take orders and serve both food and drinks. I hope she normally has more help. There was a useful and reasonably priced shuttle to the airport.

The restaurant menu was inexplicably printed in the tiniest type I have ever seen - causing problems for all their mainly elderly customers.

The air-condition did not work in the room The Wi-Fi did not work , they made a backup Wi-Fi that worked only in the lobby, so it was not convenient to stay there and we used our package and could not charge our phone The staff is very helpful and kind.

Good fresh croissants at breakfast (although we had like 5 minutes to grab our breakfast). The room was nice, and we also got a baby crib.

There's no shuttle to the Airport in an "Airport Hotel", and it's not a walking distance, you have to take a taxi. Breakfast starts at 6, so in case you have an early flight, you cannot make it with the breakfast. It could start at least 15 min earlier. At the reception we were told we can come 5:50 and start the breakfast earlier, but even at 6:00 it was still not ready and personal was slowly smoking cigarette outside and not letting us to grab the coffee.

The room was large, spacious and modern, with a variaty of lighting and plenty of sockets, including USBs. Nice and big bathroom. The breakfast was quite good too. There was also a very convenient "take out" option, if you were in a hurry. The location, although a fair ride from the city centre, is very convenient for access to the motorway and the bus stop for local transport is only 5 minutes' walk away.

The Booking.com site said the nearest metro station was 0.4 mile away. It turned out that it was 1.5 mile and not an easy walk. Fortunately buses were there. The surroundings were quite industrial, but if you use the hotel as a base, it won't matter.

The check-in was easy, and the bed was bed sagged slightly. Overall the room was perfect for our needs. You had a hot water kettle in the room which was good because I then didn't need to ask you for one. The shuttle was on time and reasonably priced. Overall staying at the HIE was the perfect choice. Also, the breakfast spread was also good.

The bed sagged a bit and the sink was messy to use. The faucet isn't long enough to not get water everywhere.

I was only at the hotel for 4 hours, 1:15am- 5:15am, due to delayed and missed flights, then an early departure flight, but the room was comfortable and a welcome respite after a long day of travel! Nice that the hotel was only 10 minutes from the airport :) Great that coffee was available in the room and that I could pick up a pastry for the morning, knowing that I would miss the free breakfast.
