Staying at the hotel was great. All the staff was really friendly always with a smile on their faces. In addition, they made the stay with a little one so much easier when it came to heating her food up etc. All I have to say is Thank you. I will definitely be back💗

There’s not one thing.

It's a very quiet hotel, a small hotel, with comfortable and well designed and equipped rooms, young, friendly English speaking staff, opposite a very well stocked Lidl. It is close to the airport but you would never know it, because it is not noisy, close to a main road but again you would not know it because no noise, and also close (ie a five minute walk) to KFC and a large supermarket. It is also five mins away from the 728 bus stop which for two euros takes you all the way to Belem. All in all it's a great little hotel - if you know or use Travellodge in the UK it's a very similar sort of hotel. We found the bed and bedding very comfortable, we had a very good night's sleep and the shower worked well. The window/french door opened, so you could have fresh air. It was nice to have complementary toiletries too. The kettle, cups and complementary tea/coffee in the room were an added bonus.

Well we visited at the end of April when temperatures were 18 - 20 degrees outside so we can't comment on how good the Aircon was, because it wasn't necessary to have it on. The carpet in the hallway could do with a shampoo as it had quite a few stains, and if you wanted a meal (which we didn't) facilities were limited which meant you would get a microwaved ready meal. We know this because it is prepared in full view of any guests. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on it's quality.

We had to get to the airport early in the morning, so we only stayed for a couple of hours. For that it was absolutely fine, we slept well, the room was clean. The staff was very friendly, no problem checking out at 3 am, they also called a taxi for us.

Please be aware that you will have to take a taxi to get there, no public transportation available! Our two taxi drivers spoke little to no English, which was a bit stressful. If you need short-time accommodation before leaving for the airport, the hotel is a good choice, but you might have a hard time trying to get to the city center. The floor of the room smelled a bit odd and the room temperature (18.5 degrees) was a little cold for us, it is not adjustable.

The best of the Stay hotel is the staff. They are efficient and helpful. Upon our arrival, there was no water in the hotel due to the maintenance in the vicinity. Still, the officer at the reception desk was friendly and polite and explained the situation, although we were probably at the end of the endless explanations he had to make this day. I left my jacket in the hotel, and with some effort, they found it and stored it for a week when I returned to Lisabon. Again many thanks for that! The location is practical for early departures or late arrivals to Lisabon, and they also offer very early breakfast. The LIDL is just on the opposite side of the street. The taxi from the airport to the Stay hotel costs you ca. 7 EUR only.

Unfortunately, the hotel is located beside the highway, and we got the rooms on this side. Due to the noise, we could not sleep half the night. The rooms on the opposite side or towards the courtyard can be significantly better. Ask for them when you stay for a longer period.

The hotel is clean and has everything an overnight guest will need in order to fly from Lisbon Airport the next day. It's not a luxury place but very convenient, and the front desk people were nice and helpful. The hotel is not next to the airport, though. I needed a taxi ride to get there and back to the airport the next morning, but the ride was short and cost me less than 10 Euros. Make sure you get a regular black and green taxi at the airport. I was led by the guy taking care of the taxi line to get a yellow and old Mercedes Benz and the driver charged me 30 Euros. The hotel staff told me there are many schemes like this at the Lisbon Airport, so be aware!

For what I needed, an overnight stay, it was perfect.

We were accommodated in a room with a highway view and the noise from the road was enormous. Moreover, there was some issue with windows and they didn’t close properly. Taking into account that people choose this hotel in most cases to sleep over one night before departure as it’s close to the airport, to have a good quality sleep is essential.

The hotel was close to Lisbon airport and there is a Lidl supermarket just in front of it. It is a good stopover hotel, either to or from the airport. The receptionist called us a taxi and it arrived almost immediately. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could have been better. The selection of fruit was weak, the bread rolls hard, and the croissants really not very nice at all. A better selection of breads would have been nice. And instructions on how to use the modern appliances would be helpful! I struggled with the orange squeezing machine, the technicalities of the magnificent toaster, and the expresso machine (because it had someone´s old coffee capsule stuck in it...). The size of the plates bely what is actually available. They are huge!

I loved the location and proximity to everything you would need. The hotel provided food for sale which for my short stay was perfect. A LIDL is across the street . The bed was comfortable and I had enough space to move around with my cane.

The balcony could. Not really be enjoyed. As there was no chair to sit outside.

the property is very close to the hotel. our sole purpose was to have a comfortable bed very near the airport and this fit the bill. we were only there about 7 hours. we were satisfied with the room. They supplied shampoo, conditioner and soap. the beds we’re comfortable and the staff was friendly on checkin. The rooms are very small but has everything one needs for a short airport stay.

The rooms were a bit too small for two people and lots of luggage.

The bed was extremely comfortable, it was modern and stylish with warm staff. Very courteous and helpful. Great location reasonably close to the airport.

No coffee provided only tea and a small fridge to keep milk and fruit cool in the heat would have been nice as we wasted some of our food...don't like wasting food especially when so many people are dying of starvation in the world.
