Excellent price, cleanliness, great air conditioner amd mice hot water from the shower?

A challenge to operate the coffee maker, An instruction card by the maker would be very good to place to show how to use it. Also, very important to have information on the refrigerator in letting guests know, it needs the key card to operate in order for it to stay cold. And it would be excellent if hotel mgmt would place neighborhood maps of the Campolido (area) to show what restaurants, grocery stores, and other related businesses were close by (this would be extremely helpful!)

I had a deluxe room on the top floor. Had a balcony overlooking the aqueduct and it was amazing! Much bigger and brighter than expected, the bathroom too, with a walk in shower. Large choice of food at the breakfast bar. Staff were super friendly the whole time I was there. Whole hotel was exceptionally clean.

Were only 2 things I wasn't keen on but that's my personal choice and would absolutely not affect me staying here again: shower in the bathroom is right next to large windows (from floor to ceiling) so was a bit worried about the neighbours getting an eyeful when I showered lol! And also maybe a lamp. Main light was a little too bright when settling for the night, and the ambience lights arw blue which gave the room a wierd colour which was hard to read in. Not massive complaints though!

A lovely hotel, decor excellent, clean and comfortable. The best thing about this hotel are the staff from the reception breakfast staff and housekeeping nothing was too much all superb. It might be a bit out from city centre but the tram runs from just around the corner and taxis are cheap.

We come from a place that is very quiet at night so not used to street noise so we asked to be moved to back of hotel as our original room overlooked street. As has been mentioned in other reviews the planes coming over can be noisy but stop before midnight and start around 6 in the morning.

Staff were super nice. Location is not the most central, but it's quiet and close to the terminus of one of the historic tram lines taking you to Rato, Príncipe Real and Camões - this is a bonus when going out of the hotel during the day, you can have part of your wait inside the tram before it goes, usually in an available seat.

There is no laundry service, and my stay lasted more than a week - but luckily I managed to find someone in a nearby self-service laundrette who took care of the one load of dirty clothes that I had.

Very friendly and helpful staff as we had to change the room due to some technical difficulties,, breakfast is fair considering the very cheap price, location is okay for public transport or local cab services

First room had no blinds at the shower which faced an outside window, which is quite an interesting concept and the A/C was noisy. Three days in a row the pancake machine at breakfast wasnt working and nobody seemed to care about it. Otherwise the noise from incoming planes can be bothering. For further reduction the hotel would need to invest in some good soundproof windows.

The location is good, but you will have to Uber or use public transport to get to any of the sights or central locations. Both are very convenient. The rooms are small but comfortable. Very clean. The staff is exceptional - both at the reception and the housekeeping staff. The breakfast was nice and had good vegetarian options as well. There is a bidet in the toilet, which is GREAT. Basic toiletries are provided. A basic coffee machine is provided too. The best part is you can refill your drinking water from the reception - which is excellent!!

Everything was as promised!

Modern well equipped and reasonable sized room. Air-con worked fine. Breakfast room although in the basement was roomy light and comfortable. Breakfast itself was fine, usual continental options with some cooked elements. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It's under the flight path for the airport, but, that said, once inside the hotel and/or in our room I didn't notice a thing, neither did my wife who is a light sleeper. But, I guess if you're someone that can't sleep with aircon on and you need to keep a window open that may be different. Location is a little away from the centre, but, UBERs are cheap and for the energetic it's really only about 20 mins walk to the "Alto" area of the city.

Can’t believe it’s only a two star hotel, very great and beautiful hotel and room, super nice staff. The hotel public Wi-Fi couldn’t work the day we lived there, but I had a must-do work so I had to use the internet. I asked the reception gentleman for help at 2am, there is another Wi-Fi but he didn’t know the password but he tried very hard to find it, he said he would like to share his own Wi-Fi if I can work downstairs. Then I went back to my room kept working. At 3am I got the what’s app message from him about the Wi-Fi password! I was surprised he kept working on finding the password to help! He is so nice, really made my day and helped a lot! Strongly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was amazing, everyone was nice, welcoming and helpful. Facilities were clean, we were very satisfied with the cleaning of the rooms during our whole stay. The location was also good for us as the hotel is easily accessible by buses from anywhere in the city. Plus points for the pictures too as they show everything very realistically (even the size of the rooms for 3 people)

As others have mentioned, you can hear the airplanes from the rooms and sometimes the neighbors as well, but only until 11-12pm I would say, so it is not too bad and you can bring earplugs, if needed. One suggestion for the rooms is maybe to add a few chairs (or on the balcony) to have some more space to put things on

Fantastic hotel, very modern interior where the owners have really thought of everything. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Catarina, who went out of her way to help and give advice. The hotel has genuinely nice staff and I can only recommend staying here. Comfortable bed, clean room with balcony, decent shower, lots of sockets and charging points, good lighting. Quick and cheap to get into the centre, (Uber costs from €3.50), the local area is more Portuguese than the centre.
