perfect location for a city trip. the Hotel is located between the main Avenida da Liberdade and the trendy neighborhoods of Principe Real and Bairro Alto, yet very quiet at night. Very friendly staff, confortable beds and spacious bathrooms.

It is true that the Hotel may be a bit overrated, you do not get the 5 star luxury feeling if that is what you are looking for. It is more like a higher up business type of hotel. No bling bling! However, it is great value for money, clean, quiet, great location.

Honestly, overall it was a great stay. The staff were very friendly and assisted with cab bookings as well as explaining in detail how to get around the city. We only had breakfast for a day but the spread was decent and it was a good tasting breakfast. The hotel is near a bakery (you have to try the breakfast from there) and a couple of restaurants: 1 Italian and 1 Portuguese. At the bottom of the street you'll find luxury shops. The room was nice and spacious and the bathrooms modern and clean. There was also toiletries like body shop, conditioner, tooth brush, cream, shower cap etc that was provided.

No late check out given. Just one small suggestion is to offer the option for a late checkout until 4pm subject to availability of course. We had our flight quite late in the night but had to check out of our room at 2pm otherwise the hotel said they would charge us for half a day. Nonetheless they did let us leave our bags in the concierge downstairs till we waited to head to the airport.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. it is a very nice hotel and the services are excellent . The rooms are very large, nicely and modernly furnished, and the bathroom is large, you have a bathtub and a shower. The bed is verycomfortable and you can rest it's good after a long day of walking in Lisbon. The location is excellent quite close to the attractions in the old center. The breakfast is richly ,varied and very tasty. we realy enjoyed the cheeses, charcuterie, coffee and natural juices. The staff is very attentive and helpful. In a word, I recommend this hotel and if we will come back to Lisbon we will choose to stay here again.

LOVED IT!! The rooms at Eurostars das Letras Hotel are spacious, well-designed, and impeccably clean. The bathroom was equally impressive, with modern fixtures and plenty of fluffy towels and toiletries to make our stay even more comfortable. But what really made our stay at Eurostars das Letras Hotel truly unforgettable was the warm and friendly staff. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. They were always available to provide helpful tips. The staff also went above and beyond to ensure that my friend celebrated her birthday by serving the room with a cake and bottle. Of course, one of the highlights of our stay at Eurostars das Letras Hotel was the incredible breakfast spread. We were blown away by the variety and quality of the food, from the freshly baked pastries to the delicious hot dishes. The staff was also incredibly attentive and helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay. I look forward to returning!

Location was good. Martin in the front was extremely welcoming, and helpful with the parking. The night front desk assistance were very helpful, showed great customer service. The name of another front desk clerk who was very helpful and would answer any questions we had was Carolina.

When we first checked in, the front desk was not too warm or friendly. For supposedly such a high star hotel, they lack customer service, except for Martin and Carolina who went out of their way to assist us and help with our questions.

The breakfast was very very good, there was a lot of options to choose from, we had savoury options and also a lot of sweet ones. During some mornings it was a little crowdy but all in all was ok. Also, the first day, after we checked in, we went out and when we returned, we found out in our room 4 pasteis de Nata. This was very well appreciated. The room was very big, the cleaning was done everyday, the towers changed every day.

The one thing I did not like was the door to the bathroom that was in glass (not transparent) and the door made noise when closed (so risking waking up the partner) and was not very well sealed when closed. Also, we had an incident one night, when the TV from the room next to us was very load and could not sleep.

From the check in moment, my partner and I were welcomed by Antonio, he was super helpful and friendly. He also guided us with a city map since it was our first time in Lisbon. Also, the gift he prepared for my Birthday! It was amazing Room was huge, bed was comfy, bathroom is clean, and there is a bath. We didn't have breakfast included but we decided to try on our last day it was beautiful. Location, I was super happy with the location since it is not exactly in the city center but also not to far away from it. There were a lot of great restaurants nearby. And public transport is only few minutes away from the hotel.

The toiletries, there were no shampoo and soap. There is one day when the elevator is out of order, we were kinda waiting for few minutes before realized the lift was not working. It is a great exercise though..

Great location, absolutely EXCELLENT staff and facilities and we all slept so so well. No road noise, close to eateries, shops, transport and other areas of Lisbon. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in!

A pretty minor point: we came back to the hotel at 6.15pm after a long day out and Housekeeping was servicing our room. We had to wait until 7pm to get into the room, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

The breakfast is very good and generous options, the service offered by the staff is kind and wholeheartedly, which seems to be a cultural trait of the Portuguese. The room was cozy and offered everything you'd expect for a business trip. This is not a luxurious style of five stars hotel, if this is what you'd expect, rather a more sober business hotel, closer to a superior 4*.

I would improve the business center to enable multiple people to have reunions. Being an open space, indoors, makes it difficult to hold meetings, so we ended up discussing the entire day in the lobby area. Also, the bar service started only at 16:00, would have been nice to have water and coffee during the day too. In full honesty, I saw very few people before that time, so I can understand the low demand, maybe some of the morning restaurant staff could make some coffee on request. Because we had a longer meeting, the ladies from the breakfast area were kind enough to let us have some coffee upstairs, which was great, however, we would have ordered much more if it would have been possible.

The staff is incredible, we arrived the day before my birthday and Paolo organized a small gift for me. Furthermore, he gave excellent recommendations that we did not regret following! The location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything you need to see!

Everything was good, nothing to complain about!
