OVER ALL LOVED IT! can't wait to be back. Unique, charming, convenient boutique hotel with super friendly and helpful App+staff! definitely download the App and get to know everything before hand! Incredible style + breakfast, food, rooftop bar, cocktails. Pretty convenient to get to most place! Good value for your money if you are into stylish, charming places. Spa is super cute! Location is great but expect to walk to places .... at least 15 mins WEAR COMFY WALKING SHOES. Uber /taxi is super affordable and convenient, clean & safe. Public transportation is also easy.

Make sure to book your spot to use the spa early on as it does get full and they close at 8pm. Our room was facing the street and a bit noisy on Saturday night but oh well that‘s what you get to stay in a cool, vibrant city with a night life :) But if you are a light sleeper ask for a quiet room or pack ear plugs.

Wow I’m so glad that I stayed here! The Hotel Personnel is really what made this experience so welcoming. I want to shout out the front desk women - as a solo traveler they made me feel safe, and comfortable. reception even did check up calls to ask how my stay was going. got a massage at the spa that was A+. cannot say enough good things. i also was working remotely and had plenty of spots in the hotel to get my work done. Made my Lisbon experience very special. everything was so thoughtful - thank you.

love the vintage interior of the room. It was very simple and a perfect mix of old and modern. Breakfast and dinner were lovely and location was perfect for getting around the city. Loved the spa, the sauna in particular was very high quality. a cozy gym with enough equipment to get by and great massages. The warm and smiley staff in the hotel make all the difference to an accommodating and comfortable stay. I'm very grateful for everything you do, thank you Vintage Team

You have 24 hr convenience of room service at a slight extra cost, there is everything to love staying here! I loved the Sauna, Steam and Spa facilities alongside the gym. Loved the rooms, and all the lotion as well as the beautiful, warm and friendly staff, their accommodating nature, warm smiles and helpful nature made all the difference to making my stay special. This is a place I could recommend to anyone, whether they are travelling solo, with friends, family or as a couple. It's perfect for all. I send a heartfelt thanks to all the Vintage Team.

Great central location on a quiet street. Lovely friendly staff. Very clean rooms with great facilities, including a few complimentary drinks in the mini bar. Superb walk in shower (although a towel hook would have been useful). The spa was fantastic and just what was needed to relax after a busy day wandering. The roof terrace bar was also delightful, if a little bit pricey.

The spa closes at 8pm, which includes the pool. It would have been nice to be able to have a dip a bit later in the evening (especially on the day we arrived as it was about 8:30 and it was disappointing not to be able to chill out straight away).

The staff are superb. I was added to a WhatsApp conversation prior to my arrival which was so incredibly handy to organise airport transfers and secure restaurant bookings. Nothing we asked for during our stay was too much trouble. The hotel itself is extremely well appointed. The rooms are comfortable, well stocked and the welcome drinks/snacks left out on arrival in each room were a lovely touch. The rooftop bar is cozy, and a lovely option for a nightcap. Breakfast is exceptional. If you're on the fence about including it, don't think, just book! Great start to the day. Also really enjoyed the food for lunch in the restaurant on our first day. Fresh, tasty, reasonably priced.

The location of the property was so central for our needs in Lisbon and the facilities & additional services were second to none. The concierge even posted a lost item back to me when I realised it was lost. The rooftop bar is special (if you can get a seat, as it's not exclusive for hotel guests and quite small), as well as the spa and pool area, we were lucky to have it all to ourselves both times we went to go and use it.

Overall the experience was amazing and luxurious, and I would recommend The Vintage to any couple. There were only two points where improvements could be made, but this is just me being forced to come up with something: 1). The shower room door hinge was installed improperly in room 001, meaning it was impossible to close and some water would escape into the sink area. 2). Whilst the idea of a Jazz quartet in the downstairs bar is great, the acoustics are not. The musicians were talented but the music wasn't given justice as it was just loud with too much reverberation.

Wonderful hotel situated in a great location in Lisbon, we had a stunning room with wonderful full length windows. The rooftop and spa facilities were a real treat after a long days sightseeing. We loved the concierge service via whatsapp who kindly booked restaurant for us. The staff went out of their way to make my husbands birthday special with a lovely chocolate cake and a bottle of wine. We will definitely return.

it would be good if the hotel guests can reserve the roof top spaces for evening sundowners

Everything about Vintage was perfect. The entire staff we so friendly and helpful from booking reservations, providing recommendations and checking in to see how we were doing. The food and drink were fabulous and all spa services were open. We loved the location, easy walk to shops, restaurants and clubs. The rooms, housekeeping and room service were excellent. During our stay, Portugal instituted new Covid-19 restrictions but the Vintage staff arranged for a clinic to come to the hotel for rapid antigen testing. I highly recommend Vintage when visiting Lisbon.

We loved everything!

From the moment we entered the vintage hotel we could tell why it has such a high rating. It truly was a luxurious experience with the most incredibly helpful staff. The whole hotel smells like a spa and the decor is contemporary and calming. The rooms are immaculate and there are complimentary treats for you upon arrival. We also had a very restful sleep each night. The food in the blue restaurant is delicious, we would happily eat breakfast, lunch and dinner there each day. You can also eat up at the rooftop bar or request room service. The pool/sauna/steam room is such an enjoyable experience, especially since the staff seem to give each room their own individual slot. Great location- 15 minute walk from bairro alto and 5 minutes from avenida. The walk back to the hotel is slightly uphill so we availed of taxis sometimes. Their sister hotel Lumi is located in bairro alto and is also a lovely spot.

Nothing bad to say, it was amazing. A little tip would be to ask for a kettle and tea bags at the beginning of your stay to avail of the complimentary tea.

My stay at the Vintage was exceptional. Their beds were perfect for my daughter and I. As a result. I increased my firmness on my bed at home. The breakfast was exceptional. The entire staff were so wonderful, they made my holiday stay wonderful. THANK YOU FOR THE GIFT. They made spending the holiday season away from home so wonderful. When in Lisbon again, I will plan to stay here. ALL amenities were comfortable. ALL staff were exceptional. The spa areas were my delight.

The hills of Principle Real. Nevertheless, I didn't dislike anything about the Vintage. I will definitely look into more boutique hotels in my future travels in other locales. But in Lisbon, this is my spot.
