The concierge staff were amazing throughout our stay. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help us as tourists not familiar with the area. The cleaners did an amazing job cleaning the room daily, and we were very pleased to have a nightly turn down service with little treats like cookies and chocolates left on the bed. The room itself exceeded our expectations! The colour scheme was perfect and the furnishing was a creative interpretation of the 'vintage' theme. We loved the stainless steel bathroom sink especially. The view from the balcony was a beautiful way to wake up in the morning. The hotel was very well located and we were able to get around easily on foot and/or Ubers. We also loved the swimming pool area and spent a long morning there during our stay as we wanted to take advantage of being the only ones there at the time. Finally, on our last day we went thrifting at a flea market and bought some plates that we couldn't take on our flight back due to weight restrictions. The concierge very kindly stored them until we were able to coordinate a collection at a later date. This really really helped us out and we were ever so grateful that they were able to accommodate this request. I think it speaks to their approach of going above and beyond to ensure that guests enjoy their stay. Overall a fantastic stay; I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for anyone visiting Lisbon!

We tried to visit the rooftop bar but it was very crowded and we couldn't find anywhere to sit so had to go elsewhere. My only suggestion would be to maybe reserve an hour or so in the early evening for hotel guests to have a little apero before it is opened up for non-hotel guests for the rest of the evening.

The staffs & the accommodations are amazing comfortable beds great view lots of hooks in the bathroom make it huge difference. Concierge downstairs knew everything that I wanted and help me figure out how to plan a great day. Everything was really comfortable. Felt luxurious while still being really cool and edgy.

Access to plugs make it really hard to charge multiple devices if more than one person is in there, I did never found another plug. Some sort of USB would be nice. I’d like to use my phone as an alarm clock, but I had to plug my devices in the bathroom and mentally remember to switch the other ones out so that they could both be charged for the following day just a little annoying.

The staff was amazing and the level of service was exceptional. We could call (or use Whatsapp) and request anything (more towels, 2 cappucinos, etc) and it arrived within 10-15 minutes. The staff also went out of their way to leave us small treats during the stay. They even surprised us with a birthday cake for my fiance (they must have seen the date on her passport because we never said anything!) Also, the spa and rooftop lounge were top notch.

They had some issues with the elevators during our stay, but had it addressed quickly.

I am incredibly thankful to the staff for making our stay such a wonderful experience. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and they went above and beyond by surprising us with complimentary cake. Every detail of their service was impeccable, and it truly felt like they anticipated our every need. The spa experience was especially memorable. We felt like we were in a private retreat since we could reserve the spa just for ourselves. Most of the time, we had the entire space to ourselves, which made the experience even more relaxing and intimate. Thank you for such an unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to return!

The toilet door offered no soundproofing, which was a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the soundproofing of the door and walls could be improved, as we could easily hear people cleaning outside. This made us feel a little less private, especially since we were hoping for complete seclusion. That said, these small inconveniences didn’t detract much from the overall experience.

The Room was nice, decor was pleasing and many nice amentities. We love relaxing at the rooftop bar for the evening and watching the sunset. They had a delicious mixed drink special for the month up there. Breakfast downstairs was delicious, even though it was not included. The locations was okay depending which way you were going/coming there are some hills to up when coming from the main street, Av. de Liberdade.

Breakfast was overpriced, so many wonderful cafe not to far for much less. Depending on places you are visiting or wanting to explore. It is a bit more of a walk, which we didn't mind and did our research before hand but could be a downside for many.

The staff always made us feel welcome and we enjoyed the little treats and touches of luxury provided. It was nice to be situated outside the main city centre and in a small hotel where guests don’t feel anonymous. Breakfasts were great & the roof terrace & the spa/pool facilities helped us relax in between sightseeing in Lisbon. The hotel is well placed for the museum of natural history & science, the university botanic garden, and other interesting venues to visit in the locality.

Because of our own circumstances we found it a little far to always walk to and from the metro and so when contemplating a visit into one of the further out areas of the city the hotel staff were happy to book a taxi for us, which always arrived promptly. The lunch and evening menus were good but would benefit from a few more choices.

The location is in a lovely area with nice restaurants and things nearby. Not right in tourist central - close enough but not too close! The staff were helpful, the spa treatments were good. The styling of the hotel was very nice. Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch. Rooftop bar is lovely.

I thought they could have ensured we were given more milk if we had used it. There was only one small carton of milk provided but if you used the Nespresso machine each morning you would use it up in 2 days. Maybe some long life mini milks or something even? This is a very small point!

Central location with many tourist sites within walking distance. Character property with large windows looking onto a street location but not noise. Friendly staff and great roof top bar, views great and spa facilities a really good add on to the stay. Beautifully styled and a lovely welcoming feel to the hotel.

We had a lovely stay overall, with only a few minor comments. The room had a cozy, atmospheric feel, but the lighting was quite dim, which made tasks like applying makeup a bit difficult. The spa was fantastic, though it's essential to book in advance since they have timed slots. We found it challenging to secure the times we wanted, so book in advance. Additionally, both spa and gym entries need to be booked separately due to their compact size, and they only allow a limited number of people. We weren't informed about this beforehand, so a heads-up would be helpful. Lastly, the rooftop bar is small and was fully booked for two nights, so we were unable to access it. Just something to keep in mind!
