Staff were super helpful and friendly especially Concierge. They were knowledgable and helpful. They also use an amazing taxi firm which is brilliant with trips. Everyone speaks v good English.

We were looking forward to sitting by the pool a couple of hours after our day trips and that was v disappointing. It was packed, and the pool wasn’t big, which wasn’t a problem in itself but for the fact we could not find a sun lounger to sit on. When I question the reception staff, they told me this pool is shared with another hotel!!! Then this should not be advertised as a hotel pool. It does feel more like a public pool.

Location is great, and you'll be within walking distance from most of Lisbon's attractions and best neighborhoods. The staff is very helpful with giving directions, helping with calling taxis and they have valet service and garage if you rent a car (additional cost). The hotel is everything you'd expect from a 4-star hotel and my experience was great.

You may find that the rooms are slightly smaller compared to other hotels I stayed at. The tiny elevators allow for 4-5 people max, which means you may be better off using the stairs to get to your room/lobby if you're at the lowers floors.

The concierge, reception, and staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. The rooms are a good price for the value. Amazing breakfast with lots of options. The concierge is absolutely amazing and really went out of his way to help me organize a nice surprise for my husband.

the only complaint is SEEN the restaurant- the food was some of the worst I’ve ever had in Lisbon and the service wasn’t good and didn’t match with the standard of the hotel. I ordered the chicken that came with was tasted like a whole container of salt. Lots of items were jazzed up in the menu but when they arrived were very disappointing. We were celebrating a birthday and called ahead but nothing special came out. We eat at the top restaurants in Lisbon so are standards are very high but the hotel is so nice that we were surprised that the restaurant didn’t match that same quality. I also woke up with food poisoning from the restaurant the next day... I always recommend the hotel but tell everyone to stay away from the SEEN restaurant.

The standard of the food at the pool was pretty poor and took 45 minutes to arrive. Pretty poor given that it was two items. The nachos were literally a pack of tortillas tipped into a basket and two paper cups of runny sauce. Poor both in terms of quality / price and presentation. For. Euro 14 price tag I would have expected better at a six star hotel?

Avery nice hotel in a great location. The welcome on arrival was excellent both by the concierge and reception staff. Lobby bar and breakfast were excellent.

Front of house on the Seen restaurant was atrocious, tried to locate us in the worst possible location in the restaurant despite better tables available, eventually after some discussion moved us to a suitable and available table. The lady in questions attitude was not good, felt like she was doing us a favour being allowed in, despite being resident in the hotel. Sky bar drinks quality was poor compared to lobby bar, incapable of mixing a cocktail, Dry Martini straight from a bottle. Also do not expect a good nights sleep as windows in rooms are inadequately sound proofed to the noise until 2am from the Skybar.

We travelled to Europe with our adult twins and kicked off our anniversary trip with a blissful 6 nights at the Tivoli! The rooms were a good size, quiet, with very high ceilings and the usual accoutrements. The lobby bar with daily music and ceiling windows a welcome respite from a day discovering Lisbon. We picked this hotel for its location and pool. They were both fantastic! Late afternoons by the good size pool were a lovely balance to the sightseeing. My husband and children enjoyed the rooftop bar as well. My daughter and I had massages that were excellent. Loved the "foot ceremony". Room service food very good.

Only buffet available for breakfast which is always too much food for me but at least they put out complimentary coffee and a couple rolls to go.

The young concierge Carolina Costa was excellent & an asset to the hotel

In normal course I signed a restaurant dinner bill to the room & gave it to a young waitress…. A few minutes later a waiter brought it back & told me that I had not included service & stood there for me to add it … I declined & he took the bill & walked away with a loud sigh…. I normally leave a tip but probably not in a large hotel restaurant with multiple staff … not good for an otherwise classy restaurant

This is the second time that we have stayed at the Tivoli hotel. The hotel is situated in a great location. The breakfast selection is excellent and food is great. The staff are attentive and helpful. The room and bathroom is a decent size and very clean.

The pull down sofa is not the most comfortable and not great for older children. The mattress is thin and lumpy. The pillows also need attention.

The service throughout the hotel was 5 star excellent. The food in the Cervejaria Liberdade was AMAZING! The best sole I've ever eaten. We wanted to try more restaurants in Lisbon, but kept going there because it was so good. The SEEN bar has terrific views... but it's a "scene" and there is alot of smoking which kinda ruins it for me

on our first trip there, we were given a room that was below expectations for the price and photos (Junior Suite). On our return trip 5 days later, we had a wonderful room that exceeded our expectations.

Thought the hotel overall was lovely such as staff in main hotel, breakfast was great with really good service and lovely choice. Pool was a bonus but couple of issues.

The hotel seems to be lacking in any environmental improvements for example our towels were replaced twice a day which was completely unnecessary and opened shower or shampoos replaced for new even though there was plenty still left in the tube which was a complete waste of shampoo and packaging. We stayed for 4 nights and on one of the days we couldn’t use the pool because it was too busy partly caused because it was shared with a neighbour hotel.
