The journey from the airport to Sincerely Lisboa is effortless. The bus stop is immediately outside the airport and the bus stop is approximately a 5 minute walk away from the accommodation. Breakfast was more than expected, very fresh with lots of choice. The added bonus was the availability of coffee and tea in the common sitting area when we returned at night. The beds were very very comfortable and very very clean, as was the shower room. What made our stay even more pleasurable is the staff, very welcoming, very helpful and very informative. We will re book Sincerely Lisboa the next time we visit Lisbon.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The nice woman who welcomed us gave us some tips about nice restaurants nearby and was often asking if we needed anything. The location was perfect (on Avenida da Liberdade, one of the main avenue of Lisbon), a few minutes walk from Marquês de Pombal. The room was nog big but big enough for a 4-5 days stay.

The shower was very very small. The breakfast buffet wasn't huge, probably due to the fact that there are only a few rooms but the main elements were there (orange juice, coffee, bread to toast, small buns, croissants, ham, cheese). Some scrambled or fried eggs would have been nice too.

The hotel is located really close to Avenida metro station. If you go from the airport to the city center by metro, you just need to do one line transfer and you're almost here. The room is not big but quite cosy. The beds are perfect. The staff serves breakfast every morning. The round form pie is absolutely amazing! If we could we would eat it alone :D:D

It's very wet inside the room and especially in the bathroom so our towels couldn't dry out normally. And even AC didn't really help because it made air just warm but still wet. We recommend to ask to change towels every day and to open window from time to time to let air become drier.

Great location - within easy walking distance of a metro station and not a long walk down to town centre. The accommodation is in a nice neighbourhood and shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a variety of cereals, including yoghurt, breads and jams and a good selection of teas on offer in the sitting room.

We only had one problem in our room and that was with the WC which would not flush. We reported it in the morning and staff seemed to be familiar with problem - it was fixed quickly and when it recurred the following evening we were able to repair it ourselves.

the location of the property is SUPERB! It is in the middle of a beautifil part of Lisbon, close to metro and easly accesible by taxi or a car. There is a 24/7 parking nearby. For those that love walking, you can make it to the historic part of Lisbon in under 30 min. Breakfast was decent. the room was nice and clean. for the price we paid, the value is exceptional! especially taking in consideration that e only came to the room to take a shower, sleep and have breakfast in the morning.

The shower cabin could be a little larger ;) and the bed could have been a bit more comfortable. But it is not a complaint! What we had was sufficient.

Good location with lift, clean rooms with air com and comfy bed, friendly staff, good breakfast selection.

The rooms are in the loft so you have to constantly bend down to walk around your room or bang your head. The most annoying thing is the lack of a fridge which can be used at all times given the heat. There is a fridge in the kitchen but when staff leave there is no access to it. So then you can’t have cold water or refreshments. There is room in the common area for a drinks fridge or ice machine to resolve this. It seems petty. Also there was bass music audible from the room late at night but I was so worn out from walking I slept anyway.

Bed and pillows very comfortable (I like a soft sleep). Extra covers were available in the spacious wardrobe. Staff were very welcomimg, helpful and friendly, with good English. They bake very good homemade cakes for breakfast! Breakfast was a good continental (bread and rolls, toaster, cheese, meats, eggs, pastries, yoghurt, fruit, juice, coffee, teas). We were able to leave our bags and get room keys before check-in time (we arrived about 11am), and our bags were in our room when we came back late night time. Very close to metro (about 2 min walk) and a flea market on weekend. On a street with higher end fashion shops. Google says it is near a good few restaurants but can't really comment on them as we mostly ate in the more touristy areas, but, on our last night went to the Lisbon Winery (a couple of streets over) for wine and nibbles, which was really good for wine, port, cheese, chorizo and service. Rooms are on 4th floor - there is a lift. Bathroom and room were clean, towels replaced daily as required. Aircon heating unit with remote is provided in room (but we didn't use it, so can't comment on effectiveness). Plenty of soap, loo roll, shower gel provided.

The b&b itself is quiet however, we could hear some late night backgound dance music from a club or bar, which we couldn't figure out where it came from. Not sure what time the music finished as we we able to sleep regardless! Curtains were not black out. No TV in room - there is one on the communal area. Shower cubical was rather small - difficult to shave legs/wash feet etc, but good water pressure and hot water.

Close to a metro station and a bus stop, not far from the river. The building located in a charming area. The staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast good, everything clean, even a staircase in a building quite pretty. Rooms don't have numbers but names, which is original. The atmosphere is positive and feels like home. As I was leaving very early in the morning, I got a breakfast bag the day before (that was my fifth holiday in Lisbon but for the first time I left with food prepared by the staff).

There were two things which weren't the fault of the staff. In the room, there was a safety door and I could smell everything that happened in the building - there were some renovations downstairs and they were using varnish whose smell reached my room. Also, almost next door there was a five-star hotel with social gatherings on its rooftop with music till 1 a.m. every evening. As I went to bed quite early, it annoyed me.

The location was ideal for what I wanted to do and see in Lisbon. As I had an early flight home, the hotel booked my taxi to the airport and left me some food to eat before I left as I would miss breakfast. To me, this is fantastic service. I'm sure I'll be back in Lisbon, and I hope to be at Sincerely Lisboa.

Nothing, being a 4th floor hotel accessed via a lift meant we were well away from the street and it was therefore quiet, an important thing at night when one is trying to sleep.

Location excellent, a few steps from metro or buses at beautiful and ellegant Avenida de Liberdade. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds. Breakfast is really enough, you can have fresh fruit, delicious yoghurt, cheese and ham, eggs, fresh bakeries and very good coffee. Everything you need to start a day of visiting Lisboa. Staff helpful and friendly. Would come back! Recommend !
