The Hotel is very well located. A lot of public transportation are very close. Our room was on the street side but very very quiet. The room had enough space and the bathroom was more than okay. The breakfast was very good. But during six days the variety of choices where not that big. Overall - we would stay there again!

In the Hotel information was written, there is a restaurant with service for lunch and dinner. That was not the case - the restaurant was closed - only open for breakfast.

We booked a suite which according to the photos had a balcony, on arrival the suite did not have. a balcony so we raised it with the front desk staff. They were unaware that the photos in the suite description did not correspond to a suite. they found us a room with a balcony and refunded us the difference. The pool was very small with approx 8 sun beds so be quick!!

The location was perfect in a quiet area on the Boulevard, but within easy walking distance of the tourist areas. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed a Vietnamese restaurant around the corner from the hotel and also having a coffee from the kiosk in the park across the street.

The room service menu was very limited and it's a better idea to order Uber Eats if you want to stay in. TV channel selection could have been better.

After a week in Portugal, we returned to Lisbon and needed a room for the night before flying out the next day. We did not want to be down in the old town area because we wanted easy access out of the city the next morning. We also needed parking. Both the neighborhood and the hotel were lovelier than expected. The Turim sits on a tree-lined boulevard with bistros and cafes nearby in addition to its own restaurant. Loved the lobby, guest rooms and decor. Great amenities. Very comfortable beds, balcony with a view and great bathroom. The rooms were spacious, classy and yet cozy with great lighting. The hotel has a lovely cocktail lounge and a rooftop area with great views. Breakfast was sumptuous. The staff were friendly and helpful. Temperature controls in the room worked very well. Too bad we had to leave the next day!

Location is simply AMAZING , THE BEST The young receptionist with little dark skin is so attentive and friendly , he likes and enjoys what he’s doing , always attentive and active and ready to help

Not enough facilities , or not so spacious , like to eat or chill in the lobby expensive if booked with the normal given rate 420euros , i had a discounted rate due to my genius account, thanks to booking.com The night before i had a problem with my shower i asked the receptionist at 8pm that the head shower isn’t working , her response was use the other one as in theres no maintenance staff 24/7 Few minutes later she realized that this couldn’t be a normal response so a maintenance guy showed up and fixed it ,

I really enjoy my stay on Turim boulevard hotel it was an amazing experience all staff are very friendly and attentive with excellent customer service the hotel is very clean room is an great size and delicious breakfast buffet. I totally recommend this place very central area close to amazing restaurants and cafe, very short walking distance to visit some o the mains tourist points in Lisbon as Praca do Comercio, elevador santa justas and others.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was superb, such variety of food to choose from. The hotel was exceptionally clean and in a fantastic location. The cocktails were delicious😊

The hairdryer wasn't great. It was quite dated for a 5 star hotel. We had to check out early (7am) but unfortunately the breakfast doesn't commence until 7.30am. This meant we only got 2 mornings b&b despite paying for three. Perhaps for guests checking out early; a takeaway option could be made available to them if sit down wasn't an option. Overall, we loved our stay

Perfect location, beautiful room

In a 5 star hotel when it’s raining there is no one umbrella available.

This hotel is a very comfortable option in Lisbon in the beautiful street Av da Liberdade with its high trees, close to the Restauradores square which is very central, going down the street from Marques de Pombal. Metro Station Avenida of the Blue line is 10 seconds walk from the hotel door, really handy. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts everrr! Staff very nice and kind. Nice facilities, small but cool rooftop with pool (unfortunately not heated). Really was a great experience staying there.

Well at the checkin the lady wanted to charge 20euro more than the actual price of the stay, which I questioned of course, and then she corrected. So just pay attention and check the prices of whats being charged. Also room service (food) order system is quite complicated, you must do everything on your phone, which could be ok if the system itself was not so confusing. Calling and just ordering on the phone would be much easier.

Haughty , indifferent staff, overpriced everything. Reminds me why I don’t stay in chain hotels. Despite the high quality of the rooms, the guest experience didn’t deliver. By far the worst customer service of the 10 places we stayed in Portugal.
