Great location in a nice neighborhood and easy access to bus stops which are almost outside the building or in a 2’ walk. Clean and friendly staff, quite decent breakfast.

The female employee during our check in was impolite, we arrived 2 hours earlier than the entering time for the room and although we were carrying a baby she refused to give us a time slot of when the room would be ready and denied when we asked to be notified by phone so we could come back. We had to wander for 2 hours although we had arrived from a very early flight with almost no sleep. The stuff that we communicated the following days was more than friendly and helpful. also the room was quite small for 3 people, when you opened the sofa bed the access to half the room, desk, tv and window was blocked.

Excellent location. Very close to the metro station. Breakfast was very good. Enough number of choices for every taste. And a very convenient breakfast saloon. The availability to take away coffee/tea was excellent for a good start of the day. The room was very silent. Although it was facing the main street, when the windows were closed, we had no street noise. Also isolation between the rooms were very good. We have not heart any noise from the neighbour rooms. Very comfortable beds. Ideal hotel for a good sleep.

Room was small. This is not a big problem but there was a very small wardrobe in the room, only for our coats. We kept all belongings in the suitcase. Although room cleaning came everyday, they were making a very ordinary cleaning. Bed, towels, etc. No proper dust removing.The room was little dusty, specially the curtains. Also the room cleaning was not removing any glasses we left the day before. We had to throw away all cartoon glasses. And wine glasses and a knife we brough to the room the first day, stayed there till we left, nobody took them No hair conditioner . Also no toothbrush holder in the bathroom.

hotel is located in just upper-middle of tourist spot, whole district is open for late night and secure cost will be higher than another local inn, serviced apartment(called as AL, Alajamento local, you could see blue AL mark many times when you are Lisbon), but it is first time in Lisbon or for elderly, having children, and don't want to expect trivial matters(clean, call, food, room condition) this hotel will be your choice.

price will be little higher for young, experienced traveler. and it is located upper middle of the spot(park Eduardo). it will be segure, but way further south(500m perhaps, district of chiado, baixa, barrio alta) is more lively till dawn. So recommend for younger ones, seeking more on southern part. But this quotes are not the problem of hotel. only for preferance of one who seek.

This is a really solid non-nonsense hotel, with one of the best price/quality ratios I have seen in Lisbon which has become really expensive. Great helpful staff, a big thank you to them! Also, clean rooms, well soundproofed, still relatively new, breakfast with a wide choice for a 3* hotel, this was a very nice surprise:).

It is not about the hotel itself-if you rent a car the parking zone is “red” so it means you can only pay for around 2h in advance. There is an underground parking just opposite the hotel, but it is expensive and quite full most of the time.

The room was very clean and it looked even better than on the photos. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy. The bathroom is big enough. Breakfast was almost the same everyday but with a big sortiment, so you can eat something different everyday. They cleaned everyday and staff was friendly. The hotel was a 2 minutes walk from the metro with a 10-15 minutes away from the very downtown. It was very good that they offered two types of pillows, a harder and a softer so the guest can choose whatever she/he likes to sleep on.

Breakfast is very good. The variation is in the pastry option..😉 the front desk is good:I have got a quiet room as requested at the 6th floor, away of the elevator. The room is spacious, desk, chair. Towels are great, very large! Bed, bathroom is good, view of room is great. Elevator is fast! (Valued at 8,5 between 8 & 9 as a hotel, as rating of booking com does not give it )

Frontdesk let me know that my creditcard was not valid, I contacted booking com about it, as booking com had used my creditcard to pay for another accommodation in Lisbon. I sent several messages to hotel Holiday inn and to booking com then I made a phonecall. In the evening I could pay the hotelaccommodation with my creditcard. So hotel Holiday inn & booking com should change their payment system as it apparently is not working as it should be. Booking com did not offer help with it to clearify. So in the end my hotelreservation was kept by the frontdesk of hotel Holiday inn, but it was a lot of stress just before travelling to lisbon..

- Located on Av. Liberdade, which is a classy area that is central and you can walk to anywhere in Lisbon. - The hotel is clean and room was done daily. - Trendy lobby with a nice quirky decor and cool stairs. - The bed is comfortable an dyou have two types of pillows. - The team responded to our reqyest for a balcony and gave us a cute small private balcony o the room.

- The hotel is basic but keep in mind that it is a Holiday Inn Express. Lack a bit of character in my opinion. - Breakfast in included but it is basic with mostly carbs only. Though the quality of them are great. - The bathroom is cold. If you go out of shower, you will feel cold if you dont wrap your self with towel. - No electrical socket near my bed, only near my freind on other side and the desk on corner. That was very annoying. - Some rooms have a shared big balcony. Don't know how safe is that actaully (at least fro me). - When I got a balcony room, I signed a responsibility document, which I found very weird. At the end, it was a nice comfortable stay and enjoyed it. Nothing so memorable thus I would like to try other properties maybe if I was back to lisbon.

It was significantly cheaper than hotels in the main tourist zones, especially as it included a solid breakfast. Location is not bad at all: nothing much of interest on doorstep but a perfectly nice area, short walk to Marquis de Pombal metro and just a few stops to Baixa Chiado, Terreiro do Paco etc. Appreciated being a little removed from the busy core tourist zones and walking along the nice streets to/from Bairro Alto in 10/15 mins. Staff were good: allowed us to check out late both times we stayed.

Coffee at breakfast - skipped it and had much better coffee at a cafe across the street.

Hotel has an excellent service. Staff is very nice and professional. They do they best to make your stay great. Thank you! The rooms are big enough with everything you need, very clean and comfortable. The location of hotel is really cool. Just around the corner begins the main street and a lot of buses and metro brings you everywhere you need.

Rooms were very clean, good insolation, good location, you can walk to the centre, walking back is a bit more challenging. Metro is 5 mins away. breakfast is nice!

airco in the room was very loud. it sounded like a small waterfall :-). the lady at the reception suggested another room but we didnt want to give up the nice top floor view. hotel is directly near a road with busy traffic. you dont hear anything in the room, though
