We travelled as a family (2 adults + 2 kids) and the suite was good for a 5-day stay. It was not from walking distance from the Chiado and the kitchen had limited space, though these were things I knew upfront and did not impact our stay. We traveled by car and there was a close parking (24-hrs especial price was fair), while at night we could leave the car in the street for free. Depending on pricing, would definitely stay again.

No issues. What is advertised is what you get. Had a positive stay and would definitely stay again.

Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by a very welcoming staff. The check-in was quick. And the location to public transport could not be better or closer. The metro line was less then a 5 minute walk, and the bus line was practically right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel on its location alone!

The only negative remark we have on this hotel was the beds. When we reserved our room we had selected a classic double room, and we checked in the concierge told us they had upgraded us. We assumed a larger bedroom with a view. But when we entered into our "upgraded" room we saw two twin beds pushed up next to each other and the view wasn't anything special, not that it mattered honestly. We assumed the bed situation would be an issue when it came time to sleep, but hadn't realized how much that would end up effecting our nights rest until after the first night. During the middle of the night our beds grew further and further apart from each other. We stayed here four nights and this was an issue every night.

The hotel is located next to the Marques de Pombal square which has 2 metro lines (yellow and blue) and you can quickly go to every neighborhood of the city. The neighborhood of the hotel is very quiet and there are many restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and supermarkets near the hotel. Our room was cleaned daily and our sheets and towels were changed daily. We had a room overlooking the Avenue Rua Braamcamp and from the window on our right we could see Marques de Pombal square with the big statue in the center. We did not have a balcony, but a window with a nice view. In our room we really liked that there was a dividing glass with a curtain for the bathroom, instead of a wall with a door. Breakfast is served in a nice area on the ground floor and includes the famous pasteis de nata. The staff were all very polite and spoke fluent English.

Location and Facilities

Breakfast needs to be improved, even for a continental one. Advise: go to the Padaria Portuguesa, a few metros down, on the same street! You will pay for a lot of delicious Portuguese food for two people with half part of the amount of the money you pay for a continental breakfast for one person. ;)

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Located in an offices area 20 minutes walking or 5 minutes driving from some of the main touristic areas of Lisbon. As we like to walk, especially in a town like Lisbon, we preferred this hotel on hotels in the middle of Alfama or Barrio-Alto. Top floor provide relaxed area with coffee snacks and a beautiful view.

Elevators are very slow so in rush hours one would wait a lot of time

The team was welcoming, polite and very professional. The hotel is very well located, easy to get to for local transport, 5 mins away from Marques de Pombal metro. The property was extremely and the attention to detail was on notice.

Not much to say but the lounge has a Nespresso machine and a snack machine, the offering isn’t that great and also doesn’t accept card payment. I think thats one of the areas to improve.

It was a mum and daughter trip, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. we had a junior suite on the eighth floor which was impeccable. We liked the size of the room and the fact that there was a kitchenette.

The bathroom only had a shower and not a bathtub. This was ok for a four night stay but I would’ve loved to take a bath in a bath tub. it wasn’t a huge issue, we still enjoyed our stay a lot.

Location perfect, clean, friendly staff, nice building

Breakfast/restaurant - mediocre. Only thing OK at breakfast was fresh fruit, everything else mediocre at best, disappointing breakfast. Paid for breakfast included but went out for breakfast every morning. Went down one night for dinner but after looking at menu, instinct said don’t do it.

The location of the Hotel is perfect.

The hotel is a four-star hotel and doesn't have a bellboy or concierge service. We had to carry our own luggage to the rooms. The junior suite we had booked for my family of four was small. On the first night we had to share one blanket between the four of us as they said that housekeeping staff wasn't available at the hotel at night hours and our room wasn't prepared for 4 guests. There was just the security guy and a staff member at the reception with no one else to help.

Apartaments are well equipped and clean. Comfortable beds. Good location. Staff took care of our luggage for free when we took a quick trip to Porto.

Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of options for some people but it was good enough for me. And if you’re not happy with breakfast, you have a nice kitchen and a lot of appliances to cook yourself.
