Raise for the staff!! Extremely helpful and caring receptionists - offered help multiple times - f.e when I've lost my piercing the receptionist didn't hesitate to help me find alternatives etc. Breakfasts are decent and facility for this price is quite comfortable and clean.

Creaking beds were quite annoying

In the city center, so very accessible. If you take Bolt, it's only 7 euros to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's no air conditioner in the room, so I felt a bit hot. Good value for money

Location feels safe and is close to the Metro line, and well known spots in Lisbon are mostly walking distance. Access codes easy to use. Lockers are in the rooms and hall but you’ll need to bring your own padlock. Friendly and attentive staff. Stayed in 8 bed female dorm and still had much of my own privacy, the curtain was handy and there was a fan in the room. One bathroom in the room with shower toilet sink mirror hair dryer, there were at least two more a minute or so outside the dorm in the outer hall. Toilets on reception floor also. No towels but I believe you can rent for 2 EUR. Fleece blanket and thin sheet blanket and one pillow on bed. This was enough in the July heat. Coffee machine and water jug in reception in the morning, and if you get breakfast included it’s your usual cereal milk juice bread (nice bread) butter jam ham cheese yoghurt pot. It’s also 8:30-10:30 which is a nice portion of time. There isn’t too much street noise due to the area being a fairly quiet level for Lisbon city. It’s not completely quiet but you don’t get much noise bothering you. There’s also lift which is handy if you have lots of bags/can’t handle the hills of Lisbon each day. Overall would stay here again :)

Not much to dislike as everything is as listed and shown in the hostel description and I had a good stay!

I stayed in dorm of 8 females however every 4 beds were separated with a door so that was good. The location is really good. It was very clean and the staff is really nice specifically the girl in reception (I failed to get her name) she was very nice and professional. I really enjoyed my stay there and in fact exceeded my expectation for the price range and a dorm like stay

If I have to complain, they don't give towels and there is one bathroom for all 8 girls. Also, some of the girls who stay in the dorm are very inconsiderate like make very loud noises and eat in room at 3 am, not silence their phone and getting notifications the whole night, not stopping the flushing toilet (it was stuck) and some of them fail to enter their room code and start knocking on the door in the middle of the night or the early morning continuously and wake everyone up but I guess you expect that already when staying in a dorm.

The location was great, easy to get to the city centre and relatively quiet at night time. Everything was clean and comfortable for the price we paid. There was only one bathroom on our floor but it was almost always available when we wanted to use it. We could store our bags after checkout which was very helpful. The room was a great size and we had plenty of space. There is a lift which is good for taking luggage up and down.

There were some noises from outside from people on nights out but we just used headphones/earplugs and it was fine. Only one of the windows had a blind and the curtains didn't block out the light so it wasn't completely dark at night. The paper towels were not stocked in the bathroom.

Really nice neighborhood, we felt truly safe in the area. Rooms were very clean and the smell was fantastic. Breakfast was quite poor but tasty after all. Bunk beds were unsteady but mattresses were comfortable. Nice locked luggage room. There was no stove in the kitchen which wasn't nice. I frankly recommend this place for your stay in Lisbon. Very close to Pombal metro station. I recommend buying 24h public transport card and you have everything you need. Supermarket just around the corner. Very tasty Italian restaurant just beneath the hostel. Highly recommend the place!

Unsteady bunk beds No stove in the kitchen not a big variety of products on the breakfast (but tasty after all!)

This is my first solo trip even though I have been to Lisbon so many times. I would say that my overall stay was really excellent! The hostel is very secured and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly too. Location wise, it is also a plus as it is very near to the shops and in all the tourist spots such as the Praca do Comercio, Eduardo Garden VII, etc... For someone who does not like walking, in the whole one week duration of my stay I just walked to all the places I went. If you can ride an electric scooter, there is also a parking spot near the hostel, literally just 1min walk away. When it comes to the room, I wouldn't expect more as it is a hostel. So I was placed in the bottom bunk bed which is very accessible for me. You also get your own locker to place your valuables. In the room I chose an all female room so I was really comfortable, plus we have our own bathroom so we do not have to use the shared toilet of the whole 5th floor. The hostel also have common areas and my personal favourite was the bar terrace, I spent most of my times there to relax and eat. I definitely recommend to stay here as I really felt safe, secured, and comfortable. And when I checked out, they gave me a little souvenir and it was a Portuguese sweet gin. Thank you again for the fantastic stay!

The drain of our shower room wasn't draining well so I had to close the shower every time I do not need the water just so it wouldn't flood.

For the first time in a hostel, it was a good experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were advised in advance that the check-in starts at 4pm. Also, it's mentioned in the reservation description. We arrived at 1 pm, but were able to leave our luggage there. Meanwhile, we went for a walk. The breakfast is simple: ham, cheese, bread, jam, butter, yoghurt, fruits, milk, and cereals. You can get tea/coffee as well. For lunchtime/dinner we ate out, mainly at the restaurant nearby, either we ordered something and we ate in the back garden. I suppose you can get something from the market and prepare yourself. Would be a good choice if you have food intolerances. I didn't ask (even, I have). We got a room with our own bathroom. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The shower was a bit inconvenient, but there were no other issues. For hot water, you need to wait for a few minutes. The room was big enough, with a bed, drawer, hanger and lamp. Basic needs for someone who's out, visiting, for the whole day For housekeeping, we got the towels changed and the bin collected on our request. We didn't need it every day. Beside the Garden, there is a living with TV and sofa if you want to relax.

Should be added a few more options for breakfast. The lift sometimes was stucked, but probably because people were not closing the door properly. We would suggest a mini fridge. Was quite warm in the room and we needed to buy water and juice often as I needed to get medicines.

The location was perfect for my needs; very close to buses, trains, and walkable areas. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The bunks were clean, comfortable, and reasonably private. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Overall, the value for money was terrific.

One fan in the room was unfortunately not nearly enough to keep things cool and, as a result, there were a few very restless nights as we suffered in the extreme heat.
