I took a girl I had recently met to Lisbon as a big surprise trip like I have never done before, and this was the first place we stayed. This hotel blew her away. Going into the room the view was spectacular and the blinds opened up on a wonderful view. She said it was the fanciest hotel she had ever stayed in. The Bluetooth sound system let us play music through the room which she absolutely loved and so did I (We got to listen to out special travel playlist). The lighting was super fancy and she looked beautiful under the red romance lighting. The bathroom was also incredible with a huge rainfall shower that really impressed her. Everything was clean and shiny and modern, and the wall art was an amazing touch. The hotel was right by a train station so convenient to get around the city. It also was by a very large park, which at the time had a wonderful Christmas market, so the park or the market was a great first activity. This was an incredible place to start our trip and made a great first impression on her. I couldn't have asked for more.

I loved this place, but maybe I would have wished the rooftop pool had longer hours that it was open.

Hotel easy to reach from airport via metro. Lovely to have a pool with sufficient 'loungers' and seats. Staff very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast had a huge range of options (including cola bottles!) and was good value for money. Our room was given a thorough clean on a daily basis.

Whilst the pool was lovely in the daytime, the roof terrace bar was usually extremely windy in the evening and we didn't feel like staying for very long. The drink prices were also pretty steep- a gin and tonic set you back more than 13 euros.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Lisbon! The staff were very friendly and helpful- we had a personalised greeting from Carolina! The hotel is new and modern and the room was large, comfortable, with a high pressure shower. The was also a shutter that was great to block out all the noise and lights at night and the AC was very good to keep the room cool. I would recommend getting the breakfast as it had loads of options and serves until 10:30. The highlight of the hotel is the roof top pool with full bar. We enjoyed cocktails while getting in some sunshine and while it was busy we always found some comfy loungers! Finally? right near the metro and loads of great restaurants.

Clean room with a good bed. The in-built speakers are a great touch which we used a lot. Friendly staff. We were upgraded to a terrace room (with a balcony), which was a lovely touch. Rooftop pool and bar with great views. We loved the quieter location of the hotel, as it is outside of the really touristy areas - it's about 25 mins walk (downhill, down a lovely tree-lined avenue) into town or you can take the metro (cheap, regular service, easy to navigate) from the stop just a minute from the hotel. Metro is also well connected for the airport or day trips to Sintra. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as a beautiful park. Even though it is in a busy location, the soundproofing of the hotel was great and our room was quiet.

The room was very clean but had a slightly stale smell to it that we couldn't rid. Otherwise, we couldn't fault it.

My husband and I stayed at the HF Fenix Music for four days and our time there was nothing short of perfect. The location was central and accessible to the metro, trains, and buses—within walking distance to many restaurants, gift stores, shopping areas, etc. The hotel was very clean and modern with spacious rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the fact that there was a refrigerator in the room was a definite plus. The rooftop pool was simply amazing providing a panoramic view of the city. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and welcoming. However, Carolina and Janice were exceptional in the service they provided. They both were so helpful and genuine. They advised my husband and me on sites to visit and also the best mode of transportation to get to our location. At the end of our stay Carolina left us a personal and thoughtful note accompanied by a gift. Everything about our stay was perfect and the guest service provided made it a more pleasant stay.

Everything about our stay was amazing. My husband and I can't think of anything that we did not like Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a central, clean, friendly, and contemporary hotel in Lisbon.

The hotel was brilliant and definitely exceeded our expectations! We've bullet pointed a list below to show all of the pros for staying at this hotel - The receptionist staff were incredibly lovely and helpful which was just what we needed after a 6 hour delay at the airport. - Hotel is very clean and well looked after! - The rooftop bar is a lovely addition which we used for a late night drink - The balcony was brilliant with a stunning city view. - The rooms were looked after to a high standard - Location was spot on and easy to taxi to places all over Lisbon. We will definitely be staying here or at another HF Fenix Hotel when we visit Lisbon again!

Nothing, all brilliant!

Breafast was really good and they offered lots of options. I was extremely impressed with the effort they had put in the variety of breakfast table! Staff was very welcoming and polite throughout our stay and kindly helped us with questions we had about sightseeing, transportation etc. Room was also really nice. It offered some really cool special lightning and automatic darkening curtains. Beds were comfortable and room had AC. Mini fridge was useful as well. Room service worked fast and neat. We never actually saw room service come or go, even though the times we left from the hotel varied widely, but they cleaned our room every day by the time we came back. So it was very pleasant and felt more personalised. Special thanks for all the comfortability the hotel offered and the effort of their staff to make us happy! We were very satisfied with our stay.

My partner and I have just returned back from this most beautiful city and hotel. PLEASE TAKE ME BACK!! An excellent hotel with brilliant staff, this hotel will make you feel very welcome and valued right from the beginning. The service from the staff throughout the hotel was excellent. Beds are very comfortable! And the Shower was amazing!!! With fresh towels each day. Good choice of breakfast, ranging from hot food, meats and cheese and fruits, pastries, coffee and fruit juices. The pool area was amazing, very relaxing, and amazing views of the city. Thanks again. We will definitely be back.

The rooms are very new and modern. We even got an room-upgrade for free!! The employee were so friendly. The breakfast was very good. They had everything you need, even a pancake-machine & nespresso cafe! The location were close to the main roundabout & the metro station.

everything was good! the only thing, if you‘re a person who wanna explore lisbon by foot and not going by metro or taxi (which is by the way very cheep) - this hotel could be a bit too far away from the centre.
