Just a short 15 -30 minute walk away from main attractions- Spacious and Clean hotel room - excellent breakfast choice. Working Safe in room.

unfortunately my friends and I checked in after a group of about 10 men and had to queue/wait approximately 30 mins whilst the staff checked them in whilst training new staff. Staff did apologise but we were left standing there listening to everyone’s details being put through very slowly whilst men stood there in the queue drinking pints of beer.! I then found my fellow travellers had paid almost £100 less through booking direct with hotel rather than booking.com. The staff member tried to put through a 4 night stay as a contactless payment which was of course declined- and this meant everyone at the desk heard how much I had paid and questioned it.

Absolutely wonderful stay that completely fulfilled all expectations of a 4 star hotel. Rooms were spotlessly cleaned each time and finished to a very nice standard. Bathroom worked perfectly. The room on the top floor was completely quite and we could sleep soundly each night. The price was also very good for the quality. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The AC was not particularly strong. I am used to not having AC in my home and usually live through 30 degree heat just fine, so I was not bothered at all. Could still sleep comfortably. Just dont expect US style cold blasts that will cool your room to 18 degrees.

The room was lovely and very clean . We had a room overlooking the street but it was very quiet . The hotel is a short walk from the Subway station Marques Do Pombal .The beds were slightly harder than we are used to but comfortable . However the pillows provided were slightly hard so a choice of soft and more firm would have be great . The breakfast was comprehensive with lovely choices of fruit ,meats and hot breakfasts so plenty to choose from . The staff at the hotel were all amazing ,very helpful and polite . I would give a particular mention to Fabio the barman he was really attentive and genuinely interested in helping us enjoy our stay with them . We wanted to visit a Fado show and he recommended a lovely little restaurant which included the show. We would definitely stay there again and would happily recommend it to family and friends.

Pillows could have been softer

Situated in the city center, easy to reach the turistic attractions also by foot. Really near by bus and metro station, very well connected. Very clean. Comfortable bed and nice room. Nice and professional staff.

Breakfast was good but it was the same for 8 days. A little variety will be welcomed. Also coffee served at breakfast is instant coffe but you can take espresso from the hotel bar. It was offered to us by the staff when we told them we don’t like the coffee from the breakfast.

Well located with good sized rooms, nice happy hour.

If I had to mention something it would be the 2 tea bags offered. I could have used more and asked housekeeping but she didn’t understand, I ended up looking and grabbing them myself.

The hotel is close to the Airport, about 15 minutes. The area around it is quite, staff are helpful and friendly. The check in and check out were done quickly. The rooms are clean and spacious and the bed was comfy. Although my room was opposite to the elevator, it was quite. WiFi Speed was good. In addition, there is a small cafe attached to the hotel serving healthy food. It was easy to get an Uber from and to the hotel. Breakfast was somehow good and the restaurant of it was quite. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The room had no complimentary water as ot is not part of the service. The room lacks lights specially on the dresser. It was very dark. The Breakfast had limited options with no egg station and no toast bread. The elevators were not in sync, each has its own button. Moreover, I asked for a iron and iron board which was brought and then taken next day while cleaning.

Good location, good sized room and friendly helpful staff. Bathroom was also a good size, with a lovely cascade shower. The room was spotless and housekeeping cleaning was great. Faulty hairdryer replaced within 15 minutes (see below).

A few minor niggles for a 4-star hotel. The safe was looked when we arrived - should be left open for us to choose our security code. Phone in room didn't work (called reception on 9 - it rang 3 times quietly and then cut off. Hairdryer blew up immediately (cut out and became very hot). Vertical showerhead wouldn't stick - vertical connection broken. TV remote control - back was broken. We were given incorrect directions to the railway station (possibly a misunderstanding - best to check this info with Tourist Information Office. These are all minor and easily fixed, but worth the hotel noting, checking (in all rooms) and fixing to provide an excellent experience.

Perfect location to go and see all the sights. Walking distance to the Metro station. All the staff were absolutely wonderful. They were really accommodating. We got the keys as soon as we arrived at the hotel. I was over the moon as I had a really stressful time at the airport with missing luggage. Not sure if they gave an early check in because they felt sorry for me. In any case I was really grateful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family who's interested in visiting Lisbon.

Just perfect!!! The room was amazing, just loved the bedroom and the bed was super comfortable, also the bathroom was very nice with all the essentials. The hotel is located in a strategic position at about 20 minutes on foot from the heart of the city (baixa) but it is also very well connected with the buses- the bus stop is just across the street. So it was very quiet during the night and it is close to the center. The staff was so very kind and very friendly. We came back for a second time because it was just an excellent stay.

The breakfast was a nice spread, good choices. The location is good, its 20 minutes walk from the centre of Lisbon, its in a nice area so a nice walk in to centre. The staff very helpful and friendly. Overall a great stay.

Rooms are quiet small but they do for a city trip. The air con did not seem to work well like all hotel rooms they get very warm.
