The staff was attentive- simply superb. Overall 10++ excellent from the moment we arrived to our departure. Our room was impeccably clean and the staff left lovely new details every day. We engaged with staff on a daily basis for guidance, reservations, and tips in the city- the concierge service made a huge difference in our experience in Lisbon. Sublime team worked well together and provided seamless service and follow-ups between shifts. Kudos to the management for inspiring such great service. The restaurant staff was equally responsive. We enjoyed breakfast, great Soalhiero wine, cheese, and a homey stylish ambiance. The location was great too, quiet and safe- we were able to walk around to most places in Lisbon within 20 minutes. Thank you for a memorable trip.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, couldn’t have done enough for us. The rooms were very comfortable. Lots of nice touches - the foot cream on our beds after a long day walking around the city was a lovely surprise.

Our room was above the restaurant and we could hear the music which disturbed us at night and morning once breakfast started. We phoned reception and they did turn the music down immediately, and after the same issue over a couple of nights we got moved to a quieter room. This was much appreciated!

The definition of a "boutique" luxury hotel - small, very personal, very distinctive. Brilliant, friendly, super personal service - Every touch point with every member of staff was excellent - from the initial greeting, check-in, requests for advice through to the manager introducing herself and asking for feedback. Design throughout the hotel and individual rooms (we had the opportunity to stay in two!) was unique. Rooms well-equipped, spacious and very comfortable. Many special touches in the room. This was a special part of our stay in Portugal and would be a major reason for us to return.

The breakfast was excellent, and the setting was gorgeous. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The most incredible experience was with the staff of the hotel. Antonio Ferreyra the concierge was absolutely unbelievable and beyond. We only spent one night, but Anthony provide us with incredible information about the best spots to go and visit, restaurants, bars, and experiences throughout the whole time we spent in Portugal, He help us doing reservations and talked with the restaurants when there were no available spots. I have been lucky, and I had traveled quite a bit, I have never seen or experienced anything like the service Anthony provide us. He was like our private Travel guide, and better. Delightful boutique hotel with friendly helpful staff and a lovely restaurant (excellent breakfast). The design was extremely chic and the amenities in the room superb.

The location was very good for a business trip. If I was there purely for fun it might have been a bit out of the way. But it is a short taxi ride to everything and close to the Gulbenkian Museum.

One of the best stays I had in a while. A unique experience with so much care and attention to the details. From the checkin to the welcome gift, to the beds, room setup, breakfast, staff and everything in between.

Great hotel! Attached restaurant for breakfast, drinks, dinner was great. One of the best dinners we’ve had in a long time. Staff very welcoming and goes out of their way to be helpful. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

The hotel and staff are fantastic - the property is a bit on the fringes of touristy destinations but still centrally located - maybe a bit more walking involved or some Ubers.

Staff were amazing. Very useful e-butler WhatsApp. Prompt service and genuinely trying to make everything a great experience. Interestingly everyone working there seemed genuinely engaged and happy. A charming Boutique hotel, indeed.
