The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa was very nice and the booking system means it’s not crowded. They have bikes available to use for free. the breakfast was very nice and food in the restaurant was also good quality. The decor is really pleasant and there’s a nice bar/ lobby area to sit in. The rooms were large with a small balcony and comfortable bed. short walk to the beach and local restaurants.

The jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer. The coffee from the breakfast machine wasn’t great (but you can order nice coffee from the bar).

There isn’t enough room around the buffet at breakfast & dinner and also the restaurant space is too small. You don’t need that artificial tree in the middle of the dining room as it makes difficult for people to access their table and the restaurant room is too small anyway for such a big artificial tree. You should put it outside in the terrace as a decoration. I didn’t like the fact that I had to book for my breakfast the night before. Also the buffet in the evening quickly runs out of food and one has to wait for the food. The nice dessert run out quickly and was replaced with some yogurt 😕 Finally the coffee is bad…. Can’t you have proper filter coffee and proper teapots!

My stay at this hotel was amazing. It's a very clean environment, relaxing view and I absolutely enjoyed every bit of it. I needed a peaceful and relaxed holiday for my birthday. The hotel surprised me with a birthday cake and prosecco bottle which I taught was a great touch. Breakfast was delicious, very healthy, filling, and fresh. We had fresh fruits and juices every day and varieties of pastries, hot and cold. They kept on replenishing as it goes until the last minute for breakfast. The staff were very friendly, smiley, always willing to help and very informative. The location is perfect, right in the centre of a tourist location, surrender by other hotels. 10-15 min walk to the beach, a very calm and peaceful and relaxing environment.

Everything about this hotel was outstanding. However, the gym needs some gym mats and spray sanitising for the equipment.

Room was good value for money, comfortable and met my expectations. If you are there for a short break or business, this is the perfect stay. Other facilities like pool area, rooftop and restaurant wer superb; these were not too big but rather cozy.

In my view, the staff could have been a little bit more proactive. I booked a session at the indoor swimming pool but was unable to attend as they had double booked or forgot to mention to the previous people that they had to leave. Also, I had to chase a couple of times to have access to a towel. Perhaps would be good to have them "at hand" at the reception rather then going find someone so they can provide one.

We have stayed there for the third time. Again everything was just perfect. Very nice room with a fantastatic ocean view and a beautiful large terrace. Perfect service, nice staff, good breakfast. The room was equipped with everything you would need for a good stay. Comfortable beds, coffee machine, coffee tabs and water was refilled daily, plus a very good bottle of wine & fresh fruit basket as a welcome gift and on top a bottle of Champagne with sweets, for my husbands birthday. Thank you so much for that !!!

Nothing we did not like !

The prime energize is a nice hotel with a good location and with a lovely pool on the roof. The room was big and really clean. The breakfast buffet had everything you need and tasted good! I think this is the best (and most modern) hotel in Monte Gordo.

The bath room was a bit outdated and really basic unlike the rest of the hotel. For a hotel like Prime Energize you expect more than this.

A gorgeous breakfast, unlikely the ‘noiser music’ w/ plates, cups and whatsoever stuff! A shortly but comforts room. A very much refreshing ‘tank’ in the roof,supposedly, cause haven’t used. The availability & staff good willing to help.

Definitely the car park used policy!

All the premises were really nice and clean, good amenities with rituals products. the weather was a bit chilly so we used the SPA a lot. The breakfast was also really nice with fresh orange juice wit the amazing local oranges. Very close do the beach.

The mattresses were not really to our liking, a bit too soft.

Nice clean , smart and modern hotel set in a central location with friendly and helpful staff . Very comfortable and warm room .

The only downside was the needless requirement of allocating a time slot for breakfast ( not something you want to do on holiday ) and on top of that being required to sit at a specific table , the dining room never being more than one third full ... maybe a review of this policy in low season might be an idea ?

Bread was a little stale the first day but the weather was exceptionally hot do could have easily dried out my husband didn’t like the fried breakfast .. mushrooms inedible very chewy Powdered eggs .. tomatoes had garlic on bacon chewy … so I didn’t bother having it My husband left his breakfast The second day he only had yogurt Cake choice was very limited but the continental breakfast was really good
