The location is amazing, very central. The room surprised me for being so spacious amd comfortable. I'd say the only thing that was a bit strange is the hotel hall, it's pretty gloomy. But overall, great experience.

hotel was very handy to local metro station and only a very short walk from, which was useful as we arrived by metro from airport late in the evening. Room was adequate and met pictures stated on website and met all our needs for short city night break. Hotel was only a few minutes walk downhill to main shopping area and local food market. Breakfast facilities were good and standard continental food was offered and staff were very helpful and friendly during out stay. At time of visit hotel appeared relatively quiet, but upon checkout a coach full of visitors checked in, so we stayed at a good time.

Solo business travel. A nice room matching the star rating; comfy beds, good shower, light and good for relaxing and work. Great location -- branch out for a few minutes to hit the river, several nice restaurants, convenient stores, or the metro. Nice baked goods are seconds away (though that's the norm in Porto). Staff were friendly and everything (including Wifi) went very smoothly.

Not too much to say here! It's not the fanciest place but that's reflect in its very reasonable cost (for the location).

The location is perfect — one block from the Bolhão metro stop which connects directly to the airport; near a large shopping district; dozens of restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries all within walking distance. The WiFi connection was strong; the bed was comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and always plenty of hot water. The staff are fluent in several languages, friendly and helpful. I was there 29 nights and could have stayed longer.

The breakfast should have been included with the room, it was much too expensive for what they were serving. Perhaps I should have requested more information about the cost when I arrived.

No, there wasn’t anything in particular that I didn’t like. And I guess that for what I paid it was a de ent place to stay, but if I compare it to a similar hotel in Madrid, this one in Porto was more expensive and it didn’t include coffee or water.

We love everything about this hotel. They let us check in ahead (as soon as our room was ready). Staff especially Francisco (might be spelled differently in Portuguese) was really perfect for the job. Great location as well! walking dstance to metro and Chapel of Souls - one of Porto's attractions. We love the small cafe across the hotel Room has a tub and very spacious!

it looks a bit too old, like it's seen better days, and though this is by no means bad, the furniture and overall outlook initially gives this run-down look, that's later shaken off by how clean everything actually is. And I have to over emphasize just how nice the staff is. The cleaning staff is one of the most meticulous I've ever seen. Don't let the looks put you off.

A really excellent location for exploring Porto, really close to the Bolhao Metro. The room was comfy and clean, good choice at breakfast that set me up for the day.

When I arrived the room was really dark because the curtains were closed it took a while to work out how to switch the light on - you needed to put the key card into the slot to make the lights work but because the room was dark you couldn't see where the key slot was. Pure luck found it!

This is a very special hotel with a unique style that we loved! Beautiful and extra clean! The room was spacious, there was even an extra bed besides the double bed we booked. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was perfect, too - metro line to the airport as well as one of the main long distance bus stations was just some minutes walk away. The wifi connection was surprisingly great, we could easily make our work purpose video calls.

We received breakfast included as free bonus, so I have nothing to complain about and of course we got our fuel for the day. If I needed to pay the price of it, I would have been disappointed though - for such an excellent, 3* star hotel, I expect a greater variety and food also for health-conscious guest, such as more veggies, fruits, whole-grain pastries or sweetener instead of sugar. Their coffee was very good! :)

The location was perfect indeed. Besides, it was surprisingly quiet inside the room. The breakfast was okay, even cool, I enjoyed it :)

My room wasn't ready at 2pm as it was expected (check in time). The lady at the reception said that they had some issues with cleaning. When I came back at 4pm it was still not ready!! They gave me another room, bigger, but very dark and with no view at all :( well, at least bigger...
