Tha appartment is great.It is clean and spacious. It has everything you need. It is located near the centre. Everything is very close. It is the modern street with the shops, local bars where you can eat (breakfast, lunch, dinner). It's quiet because it is little up the street but very close to everything. We did everything on foot.

We missed the garage or at least parking place because we came by car. We parked the car near the appartment (10 minutes walk) 20 euros for 3 days. The name of the garage is Trinity parking.

The unit was clean. The bed was comfortable. There is an elevator which was convenient as we were on the 4th floor. Large windows allowed plenty of light in. Could not hear neighbours. The location is about 100 metres from the busy part of Santa Catarina, so very convenient. About a 20-25 minute walk to the restaurants on the river. Breakfast is served in a picnic basket brought to the unit each morning at 9am - croissants, eggs, ham, cheese, fresh fruit, yogourt and freshly squeezed orange juice. Delightful.

We had a power outage on our first night. Management was responsive and it was fixed in 3 hours. The bathroom was much smaller than shown in the photos; the shower was tiny and difficult to bend over without touching the walls. The stove is Induction. One of the pots would not allow the stove to function, and required management to figure out the problem. I'm not a fan of Induction. I like to make coffee in a Moka pot and this wasn't possible. They do provide a Keurig type coffee maker. The couch was not comfortable. Management was responsive to any issues we had.

The staff made our holiday, they were really helpful with advice on parking, attractions & restaurants etc. Nothing was too much trouble. The day we arrived it was raining and Fernanda kindly gave us umbrellas. The location is really central, walking distance of all attractions. Being a city centre location, there is a little traffic noise, but well worth the noise for the location and luxury apartments. Really modern and clean, with the added bonus of a shared washing machine and tumble dryer. We will definitely be back again to meet Fernanda and her colleagues.

Nothing, the apartments where perfect.

Really great hosts who showed me the apartment and also provided me information of the city. The apartment was clean and had all amenities to make it a place to work remote from. The apartment-hotel is also centrally located to many of the sites that are a walking distance away.

Unfortunately during my stay there was heavy construction in the neighbourhood and you could hear and feel all the heavy drilling from within the room. This is of course nothing the hosts could do, and they did give me suggestions of cafes I could sit and work from. However, it did taint my stay.

I was expecting room with balcony but that only has 1 bedroom as we were a family didn’t work but I thought that’s what I had booked as pictures said so but was only 1 night so it was ok

We arrived early, and they were able to accommodate us easily. Fernanda was an absolutely lovely host, she gave us a little tour of the apartment and shared a ton of information about Portugal via Whatsapp for us to peruse. I was very impressed with the value for the price, we stayed at a different hotel for the start of our journey and honestly, I wish I'd rather spent that time at Signature Apartments. Breakfast was delivered to our door perfectly on time, and the location is amazing. - Clean, great location, friendly host, easy to find.

The apartment is located just north of the center tourist district with lots of shops and restaurants. It is only a 5 minute walk from Bolhao metro station, a little longer if you need to drag your luggage. It's in a very quiet area. There is a free washer and dryer for the guests to use but I could not figure out how to operate the washer, so if you plan to use it, ask for instructions. The unit is small but has everything you need for a short stay, and the storage space is good. Fernanda greeted us and she was very kind to provide recommendations on things to see and where to eat. She was super responsive made us feel very welcomed. You can contact her through WhatsApp.

If the other guests talk in the hall way of the same floor, we can hear it. The unit can feel small if you have 4 people or need to stay long term and need to work there. The shower is very tight for big people but it seems common here.

This property was brilliant, I stayed in 101. I will warn you from the outside it looks like an ordinary office building but inside it is beautiful, well decorated and clean with a lift and stairs. A great size apartment with air-conditioning in the bedroom and the living room. A lovely spacious kitchen with everything you need - full fridge, self catering was a breeze and as I was working remotely very convenient. The bedroom - OMG, the bed was so comfortable and beautiful. Dark and quiet to sleep at night exactly what you want. Lounge room was comfy, nice couch, big TV, dining table and window to an outdoor area at the back which was really nice although I didn't have much time to spend their during my visit. There is also a washing machine and dryer downstairs. Now I need to mention the fabulous host, Emilia. Emilia speaks Portuguese, I speak English but no matter what I needed help with she was outstanding. She went above and beyond to help me and in the time of covid when you are trying to sort extra things out to travel it was amazing, exactly the help I needed. It made being in a new city super easy. I would recommend this location to anyone, I really enjoyed my stay. In terms of location, you can walk most places in 20-30 minutes (Great for stays exploring Douro and the old city) and their are buses and the metro. There is a fairly big supermarket 8 minutes away, close to trinidade metro station. (You can get a covid test near here as well, which may be relevant for the current travel period - for me July 2021) Also 30 minutes by bus to the seaside / beach - I recommend taking the trip, walking the sea front and having a meal. (It's the magical Silver coast)

The apartment with the lovely terrace on the top floor - 5th floor/no 502 was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully supplied with amenities - right down to the wine opener. It is at the top end of Santa Catarina st and within minutes you will be in the hub of it as you walk down. The entire check in process is hassle free and access code (to building door and apartment) is provided a few hours before arrival - efficiently via whatsapp. Washing machine on ground floor is convenient and washing powder is also provided which is really thoughtful as is difficult to procure single wash sachets Would certainly recommend the terrace apartments and great location

The only misses - No space/rack for luggage in the room

EXCEPTIONAL!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Upon our arrival they shared all the checkin and sightseeing info in advance in detail. The welcoming was perfect, the explanations were perfect, location perfect, room perfect, breakfast OUTSTANDING, checkout info in advance done perfectly.. what would you expect more from a hotel??.. the price quality balance is extraodinarily good. EXPECTATIONS MET MORE THAN ENOUGH, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
