The support throughout the stay was amazing The room was nice with all the essential things available They also offer a discount voucher for a parking place very close to the hotel The room and the whole place was very clean The cleaning lady is very kind if you happen to talk to her for any info Wi-Fi connection was very good

The room only had a window on the internal stairs, so we had to use aircon, and we are not really a fan of it. (but the room itself was ok) Maybe the price is a bit too high for the structure of the room itself I was expecting something more "solid" from the pictures from the site

The stay was comfortable. It was neat and tidy. The room had all the cooking utensiles and appliances for basic cooking. The location is great. Walkable distance to main attractions.

Only suggestion is that, if they could provide basic cooking incredients such as salt sugar coffee and oil, it would be great. As we cant carry all these items all around. Providing just the utensils wont do any help. And its a headache to find the shops to buy these basic items. Also they wont come in small packets. So its not practical to spend time buying all of them and leave them behind for a 1 or 2 day stay.

I was impressed with how well organized the entry into the room was. All that was required was an online check-in in advance and we were sent all the necessary information afterwards. We were able to leave the room at the agreed time and there was no check-out. Everything very easily organized, really great! The room was wonderful, a perfect mix of old walls and modern finishes. We had the room with terrace which was perfect. The location is optimal. There are some nice restaurants nearby and a parking garage for which you pay 10 euros for 24h.

Just a note from my side. I thought at first we didn't receive shower gel and shampoo. Only after I searched in the bathroom cabinet, I found everything.

Have everything necessary for short stay. Efficient and silent AC and a confy bed. Parking on discounted public park close by. Very central location, the main shopping street is a block away.

Our double room is rather small for 2. Small window to the stairs, rather noisy. Sound isolation is poor, you can hear every move from neighbours. Water pressure inconsistent to the low side.

The breakfast was fine, but we have requested gluten free items due to celiac disease and no one responded on time to tells us that they could accommodate that. They refunded us and there is a full grocery store 1/2 block away that have what we needed so we had breakfast in our room since we also had a table with chair and a mini kitchen. So it worked very well at the end. Also my husband is a very tall man and it was a bit tight to maneuver around the bed to get to the bathroom, but we managed. The place is new and pretty so for three nights is was alright.

Alvaro was particularly helpful to us when we arrived as the wi-fi reception in the entrance hall didn't work with our phones so made it difficult to check in. Plus he carried our suitcase up to the second floor which was a godsend as they are steep stairs and not designed for bad backs! We had a room at the back of the building, which I would definitely recommend as Rua Formosa is a busy bus route so I would imagine is pretty noisy at night-time - whereas our room was quiet all the time (room 204). The location is brilliant, a short walk to the main shopping road and the amazing Bolhao market. The bed was very comfortable. There is a left luggage facility.

Shower was temperamental - went from cold to boiling if someone was running another tap. Shower base could have done with some mould cleaner. No lift for heavy suitcases and/or people with mobility issues. Crockery was on very top shelf of cupboard so difficult to reach.

Great location, everything is nearby. The communication with the owner was also great and everything was clear to us. The apartment is relatively small but for us, people who are most of the time outside it was OK.

The only thing which is really bad is that there isn't fresh air because the apartment don't have windows to the outside. + you can hear literally everything from other rooms.

Location is right in the city and Mercado de bolhao is walkable. Room size is just right for 2 people. It was clean and comfortable. Self check in and check out so process is smooth and efficient. Very affordable!

I do not think there is anything I dislike but perhaps a suggestion for improvement is to install a holder for toiletries.

The property was conveniently placed in the centre of town next to all the transport links. The look of the place was very and stylish. Communication with the owners was also very good.

The only thing that could be improved is the sink drainage. Occasionally the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain but other than that everything was perfect.

The room was big & comfortable, the location is quite in the center, very easy to reach everything in Porto, the bed was great, slept very well. The breakfast was nice too. Overall it’s a good option for where to stay when visiting Porto.

I would be more thorough with the cleaning of the bathrooms, the room was clean and nice but the bathroom needed more attention from the cleaning staff. The bathroom door is the sliding type and when we closed it we saw woman’s hair all over it. It should be closed and cleaned before sliding it to the wall :) Also the shower walls that are dark grey had toothpaste or shampoo stains that were not cleaned- that would need a good scrubbing too.
