Excellent location, amenities were great, comfortable bed, perfect amount of space, easy to check in and great customer service.

Only issue what there was no iron but they did have an ironing board! :)

The location is perfect. Just in the heart of the historic center. Everything is few steps away. There are hundreds of restaurants and bars around. Most of the attractions are around. The self check in is very easy.

Th apartment is nice, artistic. But there is a lot of moisture everywhere. It smells of mold. The clothes get moistened as they stay on the hanger. And it seems the walls are made of paper - you can hear everything from the whole building.

Beautiful and original studio room with wooden floors and stone wall. Kitchenette for cooking breakfast and light dinner. Nice and picturesque few to the city. Big windows with closable wooden shutters. Extra nice beds. Location was in the heart of the historic centre, near the river. All services around. Easy check-in and out.

The location is on a narrow street and there was no elevator, so not easy with bigger luggage or reduced mobility. There is some noise and restaurant smells coming from the street, but they're easy to block by closing the windows. The kitchenette is equipped with minimum supplies.

Location within walking distance to all the fabulous restaurants and tourist sites. Very large and clean space with basics to cook. Blackout curtain and quiet so had a great sleep. 10 minute walk to train station. Cheerful, helpful staff.

Photos accurate with no view (just walls). Space is a bit stuffy so needed to open the door for fresh air.That being said, I would still highly recommend it for location and size.

The room was really nice. The location is very good. You can see all the tourist stuff by foot. The check in was very easy too. we arrived at night time and they told us exactly what to do, there were no problems at all.

The bathroom floor still had a little bit of hair on the floor when we checked in. One of the towels had a huge whole in it. We had three more towels to use so it wasn’t that bad, but it‘s still not that nice. The bed was a little bit hard to sleep on.

The room was extremely cold. Would have been nice if heater worked better. It never got above about 64 in the room at best, mostly colder. The shower head flopped down so you had to hold it up to get wet. Maybe if the shutters were closed when we arrived, it would have been warmer, or if they turned on the heater knowing we were coming. Also no instructions on heater use in room. The switch was hidden on the back of the heater even though the front had a digital screen that looked like that was how it was operated.

I loved everything about it - location, design, the size of the apartment, facilities, cleanliness, responsive propriety manager/owner. I even enjoyed the fact that there was no elevator (I know, you can call me crazy 🤭 but) you do need to be fit to do Porto by foot so that was a good warm up.

I like the location of this place. This is close to pretty much all the attraction in and around porto. Also the apartment is clean and big. Perfect for the family or two couples sharing. It has retain its character of nature wall throughout the apartment. It's a great value for money. Although it's a person less check in the check in has been a breeze with the simple check in instruction in a message from the service provider. I would highly recommend this place.

We were in February. Slightly cold during the night as the heating in the living room is not enough considering it's size .

The location is good. It’s Quite at night. They don’t have any stuff for helping check in. It’s all self check in and I really think they should have sent the check in procedure one day before I arrive. Yet, I have to contact them when I get there and the phone number on their info page was not working. I have to call them on WhatsApp. That’s not very pleasant experience. But overall, it is ok

B. Places completely beat my expectations! It was not only beautiful, but meticulously maintained. aesthetically, it felt really elevated. The colors, the hardwood floors, the beautiful old windows and high ceilings that let in ton of light made me never want to leave. The balcony was darling and the coffee percolator was such a nice tough that I think I will get one now. And, the location was exceptional! I reserved this place at the last minute and for the price it was SO MUCH BETTER than the next place I went to, right around the corner. The new place pales in comparison and I wish I was back at B. Places. note - no shampoo or conditioner
