We loved everything - we stayed in apartment Ceramica, very nice and well equipped. Sofia and Joana made our stay even more enjoyable, offering us a lovely basket with delicious food for breakfast and providing us everything we needed. We couldn’t ask for more, it was simply perfect!

My husband and I stayed in the theater-themed apartment for 4 nights. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, very tastefully furnished, and spacious. Everything needed for the stay was available and the kitchen was fully equipped. Sofia was an amazing host, really caring about her guests. We arrived late in the evening and she was in contact with us straight away, making sure that we got in okay and had everything in place. Breakfast baskets each morning were a very sweet touch - always super fresh and tasty (special thank you for this). Building manager Joanna was very helpful and friendly, always making sure that we were okay. Overall, the experience was absolutely great. We really felt at home and we are looking forward to coming back again.

The property was amazing! Joanna keeps everything is great clean conditions and was so friendly and welcoming! She was beyond delightful and helpful. The apartment was beautiful and we loved that the AC worked perfectly since it was hot! There is construction going on in Porto but by closing the shutters the apartment was virtually soundproof which was great. The free included breakfast was Devine! The picnic basket was adorable and the breakfast daily was very appreciated and very delicious. Sophia (the homeowner) is located further away but was extremely helpful over text as well. This property was amazing and beautiful, highly recommend! Joanna and Sophia do such an amazing job!

Nothing, it was amazing from the breakfast to the amenities and the help from Joanna. Nothing to dislike, everything was great.

The hospitality and location far exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect - clean, comfortable bed, quiet at night for sleeping. The shower was hot and excellent water pressure. The room is beautifully decorated with a sitting area, dining & sleeping area. The location was perfect for walking all over Porto. Sofia was very helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had before & during our stay. She provided her contact number upon arrival in the event that we needed to reach her at anytime. Joana was waiting for us upon arrival and made our check-in very smooth. She is very friendly, kind & helpful as well with any questions. To our surprise, we were delivered a beautiful basket each morning filled with fresh juice, milk, coffee, cheese, meat, fresh fruit and of course fresh baked croissants & rolls. We would highly recommend Viterbo'8 for your stay in Porto. I know that we will be staying here again when we return to Porto

Nothing - it was perfect.

The appartment is well located in the historic area, not far from the metro, close to the river, restaurants and bars and easy walking into the old town. It’s quiet considering it’s in the tourist area. The appartment is comfortable, spacious, very clean and well appointed. The bed has very a comfortable mattress and quality bed linen. The bathroom area includes lovely products, a dangerously slippery carpet which we folded away, but irritatingly lacks any towel rails or hooks on which to hang towels etc. The kitchen is well appointed but could do with a spatula and a better sharp knife. The appartment concierge/manager was wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. She smoothed the problem apologetically and brilliantly. Breakfast, a not very inspiring continental selection, was delivered every morning to our door except strangely failed to materialize on our last morning. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the appartment so some spray or plug ins would be good as there’s no mesh on the window.

Lovely, clean, well-appointed suite & very comfortable & secure. Joanna was amazingly welcoming & helpful; the breakfast basket each morning was another extra touch of making guests feel well cared for.

The street construction right outside was quite noisy at times & as they were working thru the night, there was a bit of disturbance on a couple of occasions but this was not the fault of the property itself, so not a criticism of the property but of the circumstance. One other item of mention, it would be helpful to have a towel bar or hooks in the bathroom area.

The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished, and everything looks very new. The location is perfect, in proximity of most sightseeing destinations in Porto. Adorable breakfast served in a picnic basket with fresh baked goods. The service was really good with immediate communication. The selection of bathroom products was also really nice. Wifi in each room. We were able to leave our luggage on location the day of departure.

Unfortunately, there is major construction going on around the apartment, and for some absurd reason they were working through the night so plan to bring earplugs (end of works in 2027). The window blinds do not completely black out the light, so consider an eye mask as well. Finally, there are no hangers at all for towels in the bathroom, but the host said they're looking for a solution.

Everything was beautiful, location is perfect, building is very modern and clean, apartment is very cosy and charming. Very clean and has everything you need, toiletaries, iron, coffee machine. House owner is very kind and Joanna - hostess is extremely friendly and kind. Each day you get a charming basket for breakfast for free. We enjoyed everything and would return here if I ever come back in Porto.

One thing only. No place to put towels after shower. Because of the way the shower and toilets are located in aware that is difficult to put hangers there but one hanger for coats would do fine. Sound silly but it was a problem for 4 towels.

In the historic part of the city. I was met upon arrival and provided with the codes to enter the building and room. A light Breakfast was served each day and waiting outside the room each morning. It was a nice surprise. Communication was quick and easy. Received several follow-up messages to make sure I was enjoying my stay. Room is beautifully decorated.

There is construction throughout the historic area as a new metro line is being added. Once completed it will be wonderful. It in no way takes anything away from the charm of the accommodations.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It’s location was perfect, on the best street in Porto in our opinion. Our room was so spacious and clean, the beds and towels were soft and comfortable. There was space to sit down at a table or on the couch as well, you could also watch streaming services on the tv provided. We had free breakfast baskets delivered each morning as well which came with coffee pods for the coffee machine. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to Porto. The staff were also lovely and very personable.
