The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The location was good - out of the main part of the city centre but close to Trinidade Metro station and only 10 minute walk from cafes, restaurants and shops. The roof terrace was lovely, although no bar open up there, which was a shame. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in, but the receptionist found us an available room, which was welcome after an early start travelling. The room was very clean on arrival and cleaned daily. A good mid-range hotel.

It felt a little bit unfinished. The bar on the terrace wasn't open. Things like wonky light fittings, like they had rushed to open on time rather than getting everything perfect before opening. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't seem to be working, and mirrors were not heated, so they stayed steamed up for ages. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 11 am, but we went down at 10 am one day, and certain things had run out and weren't restocked in all the time we were there. It's not a huge breakfast area. I would imagine it being quite busy when the hotel is fully booked.

New refurbished rooms, very clean, very quiet (backside), good bed, rental car stations just around the corner and we had one free airport transfer

Surrounding area, you need to walk quite a bit / take a taxi / public transport to get anywhere. This was no problem for us, we did 20 km a day, but it may be for others. When taking a shower, you cannot avoid that half the bathroom gets wet. EUR 800 for 4 days is quite a price!

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The location was great - slightly out of the centre so quieter but good access to a metro station with access to all the lines

Nothing major - the aircon control panel lit at night was distracting but diffusing the light with something helped!

Very nice clean property with friendly staff and good size rooms (for a city).

The toilets in reception don’t lock which is annoying! Well - there is a lock but neither the M or F work well. Also when I used it - it was very dirty.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were immaculate with all requirements- toiletries, tea/coffee, water. A space to work from, and comfortable beds!

some milk in the rooms perhaps for tea/coffee. It may have been me, but I couldn't adjust the air conditioning- it might be centrally controlled.

New, modern property.

My room (706) was on floor 7, below the rooftop bar. I could hear chairs moving above until late in the night. The room was also exposed to noises of cars as it was facing the street.

We stayed here after our flight was cancelled. We arrived very late but the staff were welcoming and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay though we spent most of the night trying to reschedule our flights!

The hotel has got a terraced bar at the top which is very convenient.You can enjoy a stunning view from the top while having your drinks and good food.

Everything was perfect.

Located along a street of cobblestones with intense traffic, so depending on the room’s location it can be a bit noisy.
