The service at the front desk was exceptional - thanks for the help with the bags! Everyone I crossed paths with at the hotel/beach clubs and breakfasts/dinners was extremely friendly and helpful, always with a smile, which was very nice. Incredibly varied and delicious breakfast and dinner. The room was cleaned every day and was very clean. I really liked the location of the hotel. There are plenty of places nearby to walk around in the evening. I would love to come to this hotel again. The sunbeds on the beach are a bit worn out. But by the pool it is very comfortable to lie down and it is very good that there is a separate pool for adults.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and friendly. But what really made our night special was our dinner at the Terazza restaurant, thanks to Lee. She's amazing - she helped me surprise my husband with a "Happy Anniversary" dessert, drinks, and a specially decorated table by the window for the occasion that made us smile. Lee paid so much attention to all the little details and made our celebration super memorable. The whole Terazza team created a cozy, romantic vibe that we loved. From the comfy room to the great food, everything was awesome. We totally recommend this place, and we can't wait to go back and make more memories.

It is a bit tricky going to the beach with a toddler, as it involves crossing the street below ground, especially if it is too hot outside.

Room was good, outside the hotel looks dated, but inside was very clean and very nice, room was very big and new. bed was supper GREAT!!. valet was nice and helpful. breakfast was good and nice options.

Cups in bedroom, don't fit the coffee machine, they are too big, a very little thing but can't find much eles to say.

The staff were very friendly specifically sajita and serajuddin we had an amazing time, the room was very clean and they prepared gorgeous honeymoon decorations for us, the hotel facilities were great they have several pools for adults only and families as well as kids pool with many activities. I totally recommend the hotel for everyone

- The facility at all. From the lobby and the restaurants to the beach club and the iconic Hemingway's pub. - The staff. Very polite and helpful for every enquiry. - The room. Our room was huge with 2 separated spaces (one for the bedroom, one as leaving room) one huge bathroom and one wc. -The place of the hotel. On Corniche blv. (one of the most important roads of Abu Dhabi) next of restaurants, bars and ON the beach. - The breakfast was full, with many different tastes to cover such the European as the other visitors.

- The daily cleaning of our room. In 4 days there they just fix the room and changed towels every day but they didn't change the sheets and they didn't wipe the floor.

We had an amazing time at the Radisson Blue. The staff were wonderful especially the folks in the restaurant: Christian, Lee, Alvito, Azim, Mariama and Richard. Our son was a bit noisy at times during meals. The staff were very accommodating and made an extra effort to ensure that we, and our diners, enjoyed our meals. The selection at the buffet is huge! Even after eight days, we always looked forward to our next meal. The hotel has a great location. One of the few hotels right next to the beach. You need to use a short tunnel located right in front of the hotel to cross the busy street and access the beach. It's very convenient and only takes a couple minutes. Some other reviewers on Booking.com complain about the age/upkeep of the building. The hotel itself is an older building. Our room had some dents and dings in the flooring and one wall. Other than that, the building is fine. You can't beat the proximity to the beach and the great staff. Highly recommended!!

It's a nice hotel with private beach on the Abu Dhabi Corniche, almost at the end of it. Great location near the Emirates tower. It's not a big building but nice size. The beach is nice and it's easy to get there thanks to the passage under the road. Breakfast was okay. It's in walking distance from tourists spots.

Our room was a bit outdated, unfortunately there was a constant leak every time we would shower due to not having a courtain or a door. Cleaning room service was a bit strange, we would put the room to clean switch on but sometmes they wouldn't do it The breakfast room was big but the spaces around the buffet would be small, not much variety of food. The sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach might need some TLC.

Edmund was helpful in sorting out issues on the first night. The host at the Exec lounge was good and efficient. Housekeeping was excellent. Terrazza breakfast had a good choice and staff seemed happy and friendly. Akshay the night manager was great and helpful and Solomon and Malik the concierges were fab

Receptionist (Imame?) who checked us in was totally lacking in any customer service skills. Never even welcomed us or said hello. Just stern faced and asked for passports. We were a family celebrating a special occasion and in your hotel and in Abu Dhabi for the first time ever and her lack of care at check-in spoiled our first impression of you

The location of the hotel is great. The swimming pools and area were excellent the children’s pools are heated, there’s plenty of space and lots of sun Ed’s available, however do note there is quite a walk to the beach and swimming pools by using an underpass. The room was clean and very big. Beds comfy and tvs massive. Coffee machine and fridge are great. The breakfast and dinner were good with a wide variety of food on offer.

We were very fortunate to get a very good deal on the room we had, however had I paid full price I’d of been slightly disappointed with the hotel. Radisson advertise their Radisson rewards scheme which I found the staff didn’t really want to provide or were not trained to offer the discounts and rewards. The distance from beach and swimming pools is a tad far and I’d imagine in summer you’d be roasting by the time you got there. Food and drinks a tad expensive however I do understand this is the Emirates and prices are high. A children’s play area would compliment this hotel.
