Very nice, professional and helpful staff. A very nice swimming pool with hot water (even a little too warm). Good location and tasty breakfast are additional advantages of this hotel. Since our flight was quite late, we were allowed to stay at the hotel for a few hours after check-out, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend!

Unfortunately, the room rented for three adults is not suitable for this purpose and I was given a fold-out bed to sleep in (not very comfortable). All the utensils in the room (towels, cosmetics, drinks) were also only for 2 people. However, the missing items were quickly delivered by the staff. I would rate the stay 10 points if it weren't for this one thing

We got an upgraded room when we arrived, the bed was comfy, cleaning was done everyday, we always got mineral water, tea, coffee in the room. The hotel has a pool, gym and sauna on the top. Bus stations are very close, it is easy to get to the city but taxi is also cheap. There were a lot of choices by breakfast.

Very comfortable stay during my time at Copthorne Downtown. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was also great and is worth spending money on. The location also seemed to be in a good spot that was close to a lot of the tourist locations. I also arrived earlier than expected but the staff were able to accommodate an early check in for me.

House keeping were brilliant. When looking for a hotel I base my stay on the cleanliness of the hotel and standard of house keeping - and it’s the reason for extending our stay. Plus house keeping team were all so humble. Reception staff and the concierge were very accommodating and professional. We had to extend our visit twice due to securing a property and they were able to accommodate us. Location is central to shops, restaurants, bus stops, taxi stands etc. I felt like it was walking distance to shopping centres. It’s a great location and at the time was the only hotel on tripadvisor that didn’t have any fake reviews.

We got a massive room (walk-in robe, living room area, bedroom area, and huge bathroom) on the last floor, which was ideal as we were coming with a bicycle. The free car valet is provided by the hotel. Good location, close to the World Trade Center, corniche, grocery store, mall and outlets.

The A/C was very loud, and even though we set it for heating, it was only cooling, making the room really cold. The windows weren't insulated enough, allowing noise from the street to come in, and the blinds were ripped off the hangers, introducing light through the night. All the staff were very friendly but seemed really unhappy when we wanted to keep our luggage with them between check-out and our flight.

Good location, in the heart of abudhabi .. everything u beed you find close by.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for three days, and it was pleasant experience from start to finish. The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding area and its attractions. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the attention to detail and the high standard of care provided to guests. The rooms at this hotel are quite nice. Not only are they clean and elegantly designed, but they also offer a level of comfort that immediately makes you feel at home. The hotel goes above and beyond by providing bottled water daily and ensuring that the rooms are meticulously cleaned every day. This commitment to cleanliness and comfort made my stay particularly enjoyable.

Cleanliness, facilities, location

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel ((3 pre-cruise and 1-post cruise day) and were satisfied with our choice. The check-in and out were efficient, the staff -polite, flexible and helpful. For the first 3 nights we got an upgrade to a premium suite which we appreciated. The suite was very spacious, light, very clean, with a nice city view. The bed was comfy. 4 complimentary bottles of water was a plus. The 4th day we stayed in the room we booked and we were happy with everything. We used the swimming pool twice -it is not big, but the water is pleasantly warm. We found the location very convenient to reach all the places of interest on our itinerary. We chose to travel by public transport -there are many bus stops around depending on which direction you travel (the only minus is that most buses run every 30 minutes). A 15 min bus ride to the Corniche beach (the private one, Family beach N2). Numerous supermarkets/grocery stores and restaurants around. The closest Pizza Hut is an 8 minute walk. If we ever return to Abu Dhabi, we will not hesitate to book this hotel.
