We were welcomed warmly by the staff and always felt taken care of by how accomodating they were with smiles and greetings every time we see them. The room is bigger than what we had imagined based on the pictures. The sofa bed was very spacious that can accomodate two people and was set up like a bed itself (in addition to the actual bed already in the room). The room was clean every time we go back after a full day outside roaming the city and we always have new set of still water and clean towels. Location is very good - near to metro and bus stations, you can even see the Sagrada Familia by just a couple of steps from the hotel.

We would recommend having softer pillows just in case someone prefer that. But still, the bed was comfortable along with good airconditioning.

We stayed for two nights and had a lovely stay! The Hotel is in walking distance to the Sagrada Familia and with the Sant Pau Recinto Modernista right around the corner you have a Hop on Hop Off Bus station next to the hotel too! The staff were friendly and made check in and check out as easy as possible. We got two complimentary waters as well as tea & coffee in the room

Our room was very small, especially for two people, you couldn’t really move around unless one person was on the bed. Also the walls are very thin so the room is nothing for light sleepers who wake up easily. There’s also a 20€ deposit to be made if you intend on using the safe.

I don't undestand how this hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Beds were great, perfectly clean, staff more than happy to help, great price (cheapest hotel available at the time) it was a great find, definitely better than any Ibis or similar. Located close to 2 metro lines, a great Mercadona and right in front of a bus station you can be anywhere within 10-15min by public transport. Just a few blocks from Sagrada Familia if you want to see it everyday on the way back to the hotel. Also near 2 great places for breakfast with great food for 6-8eur and natural juice pressed fresh!

I have nothing to complain really, even the price was great, staff spoke english (rarity when you go away from the city center). Bathroom was adapted for people with low mobility too, no problems I could see.

The hotel was a 6 min walk away from subway station - Sant Pau-Dos de Maig station (Exit Calle Cartagena) which was great, because from that station, you can connect to all of the other stations and tourist spots. The staff were extremely helpful in showing us which subways to take and how to get to the tourist destinations. There were many food spots (cafes, restaurants) nearby within 10 mins walk, but a lot seemed closed or only open during certain hours which could be a Spain thing. The area itself wasn’t a lively bustling area, but it was a quiet, nice and safe area. Make sure to get a Barcelona metro pass (24/48/72 hours) which is worth it if you choose to take the subway/other trains.

The room itself was very clean, however the size was very small and tight, but still manageable.

- very comfortable beds (all singles which do shift about so if you’re ‘doubling up’, take care!) so sleep really well - lovely shower - towels and sheets changed every day - all staff excellent and helpful - several good cafes nearby (recommend Mr Pan) - access to the roof terrace was a nice touch

- room rather small but this is an inexpensive hotel in a nice location and we weren’t spending time in the hotel so it suited us perfectly - not a lot of storage space (to bear in mind if staying longer than a few days) - it’s on the sixth floor Are not served by the lift, so those with mobility issues could be affected - could hear the guests in the next room so suggest wear ear plugs

We were lucky to get room 602 which has a big balcony where we had breakfast and nighttime drinks from the supermarket around the corner. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Location is 10 minutes away from Sagreda de Famila and metro stop. We got the 4 day metro pass which covers all zones and it was great value. Lots of goid restaurants and cafes in the area.

I really liked the location. Close to bus stops, attractions - Segrada Familia❤️. The staff were very friendly, kind, warm and spoke English easily. The hotel kept our room very clean, cleaned every day, changed the bed linen and provided extra bottles of water, coffee, tea. If I return to Barcelona, I will stay at this hotel again. Highest recommendations❤️

Perfect location - 5-min walk from Sant Pau Station, 10-min walk from Sagrada Familia. Safe area with restaurants and shops nearby. The staff very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was very clean. The facilities, the furniture... everything was good as new. It says it is a 2-star hotel, but it is not far from a 3-star, in my opinion.

The only thing that reminded me that it was in fact a 2-star hotel were the paper cups instead of actual tea cups. Paper-flavoured tea isn't really my thing. However, that is really minor. There was nothing about this hotel I didn't like. I would recommend it.

The location is great. 8 mins walking to Sagrada Familia. There are several markets around. Reception is open for 7/24. The bad was comfy.

I did not get same room as the pictures. I think room only 601 and 602 are different. Those rooms are not rectagular and has no balcony. It would be great if the staff warn me about that or make a discount. But overall everything was fine.

The reception was 24/7 and staff were always very kind . Hotel looks good in rooms, bathroom, was pretry clean and the view from upper floors is pretty. There’s a small balcony with chairs if you want to sit. Plenty of places nearby to get breakfast or dinner, also supermarkets, near to Sagrada Familia. I think it has great poaition and connection for the city. Bathrooms and towels were clean, with shampoo, showergel and hairdryer

I don’t know how often the bed sheets are changed or just re-arranged. On the last day they changed the sheets and they were stained from something, but I didn’t bother to ask them to change as I came late and it was the last night. I think they should be more careful with the bed sheets and that the duvet covers are also changed and clean. Placed on very noisy street and windows don’t isolate sound well, but that’s just Barcelona
